Below is an email from a woman who needs your help.  Please endorse and share her petition.  These are the facts of the matter as Cynthia relayed them to me:

Cynthia Davis reported a woman for child neglect last year.  The woman retaliated by falsely accusing Cynthia Davis of a crime.  The white police officer who went to Cynthia Davis' home to question or arrest her on the woman's allegations attacked and beat Cynthia, who is an African America.  He caused her to fall, and Cynthia incurred a head injury.  Since that abuse, Cynthia suffers from seizures and PTSD.  She was unable to work, lost her home, and had many other problems - all since her police brutality occurred.  She was so stressed as the day of trial approached that Cynthia had a stroke recently, and now she has impaired speech.  Cynthia is an educated woman and was making an excellent income prior to her brutality which caused her head injury and led to her financial, mental, and physical crisis.

CYNTHIA DAVIS IS IN COURT TODAY.

The police officer who beat Cynthia and caused her disabilities was in the news for beating another citizen.  Cynthia said the Newark D.A. offered her a deal:  If she agreed not to pursue damages for police brutality, and she would not have to stand charges on the negligent mom's false allegations.  This was clearly blackmail, and Cynthia would not accept the deal. 

Unfortunately, court is not going well for Cynthia.  She said that the day a hearing was held, the judge walked in court and asked something to this effect: "Is there someone in here who needs a mental health break," and the D.A. and police officers all laughed with the judge.  Next, the court refuses to allow Cynthia's evidence that her prosecution is the result of blackmail.  They disallow her admitting police phone records from 9/8/08 and police videotape from 9/1/08, 9/2/08, and 9/8/08.  She asks your support on her petition for justice and for your prayers.  Petition for Cynthia Davis to have a fair trial:  http://www.thepetitionsite.com/2/please-promote-and-support-advocacy-for-cynthia-johnson

I know that I've sent this message to you quite a few times but it's getting down to crunch time and the local government still has not released the police phone records and/or videotape that would prove without a doubt that I have actually been abused and harrassed by one of our finest blues.

MINNEAPOLIS policeman beats citizen on traffic stop.  Throws him facedown in snow.  Backup comes and helps beat citizen and Tasers him.  Then the police said they have a tough job (hurt knuckles and scuffed boots in this case) and they want people to trust officers.  Thanks, Jenny, for posting at AIMI!  She saw it on the news in Austrailia!  At the time the film aired, there had been no disciplinary action against police.

Marines Ban Twitter, Facebook, Other Sites

Right now, I have a problem w/ my mouse.  It is a type of virus that is sent to prevent my being able to point and click without a major struggle.  My computer is disallowed from using the "restore" feature to return to a point several days ago before this new attack on my free press rights.  It is not the mouse - I tried several. 

I do not see this ban on social media for the Marines as being as major as some do, and I do not know if it includes Marines stationed only in combat zones or across the board.  I have worked in companies and law firms handling sensitive data, and the computers do not allow one to reach social media, and some other computer capabilities were disengaged.

What I do consider MAJOR is my own censorship which is designed to protect the information that AN AMERICAN CITIZEN WAS SECRETLY ARRESTED AND MURDERED IN GOVERNMENT CUSTODY and all inquiries about the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal have been met not with open disclosure, but instead, his survivors are persecuted, stalked online and in person, censored, and must hide at home like Ann Frank for asking, "What happened to Larry Neal?"

My Facebook account was recently taken over.  I discovered that when I tried to drop a comment on my page against enforced H1N1 vaccines.  I believe folks should have control over their own bodies and no citizens of any country should ever be forced to submit to medical procedures with experimental drugs.  Enforced vaccines is the most absurd and fascist thing I heard of since my brother was murdered and authorities in this HOME OF THE FREE refused to release records of his arrest and death.

Pharaohs, there are many computers.  I'm going to hurry and get our injustice well broadcast before Sen. Rockefeller's laws pass, so that other Americans will know to watch out for their mentally and physically handicapped loved ones.  Most of them don't know that their handicapped relatives are subject to secret arrests and extermination like they were in Nazi Germany. 

Most Americans are unaware that any deaths of citizens in government custody are covered up by authorities.  People would be shocked at the tactics engaged in to prevent my telling the public- cyberstalking, in-person stalking and attacks, regular takeover of my Internet accounts and my personal computers, secret arrangement with certain sites, computer trickery to make my URL show data that is not really posted, and MORE.

THIS IS NO JAMES BOND MOVIE.  STOP THE ABUSE.  OBEY THE LAW.  "BE WHAT YOU SAID ON PAPER," AS DR. KING ADVISED.   JUSTICE WORKS. 

When the police are wrong and the prisons are wrong, and citizens die as a result, and the facilities are sued, just pay your freaking damages, prosecute the jailers if they intentionally killed the victims, and move on.   This elaborate cover-up was unnecessary and juvenile.  Now you have engaged so many others in the conspiracy you want to get rid of the victim's relatives.  THAT IS PSYCHO.  Look at the Internet.  If I stump my toe, people will think you caused it.  The revelation you fear is exactly what you would bring on yourselves.  Again I say to you, Pharaohs, JUSTICE WORKS.  

As a Christian family, we follow God's prescription for settling discord -1) If you have ought against your brother, go to him in privacy and let him know.  Give him an opportunity to make amends.  2) If he will not listen to you, then go to those in authority over him.  3) If he still will not listen, then take him to the courts.  The Bible ends there, BECAUSE THE COURTS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE JUST. 

So I go back to step 2  - WE THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA are supposed to have AUTHORITY over government.  Since the agencies that are supposed to be in authority will not exercise their power to bring justice, this has and will be taken to those in authority over you - THE PEOPLE.

Forgiveness is also a Biblical principle.  But rather than admitting a wrong and making amends and asking for forgiveness, folks would rather engage in subterfuge, conspiracies, computer sabotage, stalking, and all manner of EVIL.  That is unacceptable and illegal behavior.  You break man's laws and God's.  You do not have the sense to recognize how lucky you are to be dealing with Christians who stand ready to forgive.  If you don't take advantage of it soon, then our obligation to offer same is OVER.  Recognize that you have not shut down the Internet YET, and that even if you had, Jesus is known the world over, and the Gospel was spread via word of mouth.  THE TRUTH GOES MARCHIN ON!

I REFUSE TO CONTINUE STAYING HOME LIKE SOME PRISONER WHEN YOU ARE THE CRIMINAL.  THIS WILL HAVE TO BE FULLY AIRED AND YOU DO WHATEVER GOD ALLOWS YOU TO DO, CRIMINALS!  Naturally, I would prefer that you conduct yourselves with the decorum I see in the televised meetings.  Will the Gentleman from Tennessee like to speak?  Will the Gentleman from this place or that place yield the floor?  This is how you should conduct yourselves in REAL LIFE.  All rise! and in walks a man or woman clothed in the honor and respect of the American judiciary system.  HALT! and grownup people stop in their tracks, because the command comes from one entrusted to keep law and order among the citizenry.  HAVE ALL OF YOU ABDICATED YOUR SWORN RESPONSIBILITIES?  ARE YOU ALL LAWLESS HEATHENS WHO HAVE FORSAKEN GOD AND RIGHTEOUSNESS? 

The censorship, media blackout, intimidation, and actual endangerment have not worked and will not.  Try justice.  It works.

"The man in question, whose identity is being withheld, plans to sue the Boise police.

"On February 14 of this year, the 'complainant,' as he is called in police reports, physically blocked the door to his residence when police arrived to investigate a domestic disturbance.

Believing the police officers, who he claims did not identify themselves, to be a person coming to 'beat him up,' he refused to allow them entry.
"When officers forced their way in, 'three officers rushed in and within nine seconds, had the man face down on the floor and had deployed the Taser against the small of his back. Only after the first [tasing] did they order his hands behind his back,' reports the Boise Weekly.

"In a report, Boise Community Ombudsman Pierce Murphy said the officer who used the Taser — described as Officer #3 in the report — also coarsely threatened to use the Taser in the man’s anus and genitals.

Murphy’s report says that use of Taser on a man’s buttock’s does not violate policy in and of itself,' reports the Idaho Statesman.

The Boise Weekly quotes Boise Police Chief Mike Masterson as saying the allegation against the officer is “one of the most serious charges that an officer can face … It is an offense that is very likely to lead to termination.”

But the complainant’s lawyer, Ron Coulter, said that the officer in question is still walking his beat.

“I don’t think he should be back on the street, but then I’m not the chief of police,” Coulter told the Boise Weekly. “When you do things like he did I’m not sure that person’s even fit to wear a uniform.”

Many of our police officers need more vacation time, better pay to avoid working two jobs, and regular mental health and drug screening to identify officers who need a temporary transfer away from positions interacting with the citizenry under stressful circumstances.  Conduct such as the officer engaged in cannot be tolerated.

The Idaho incident reportedly happened when officers responded to a domestic violence call.  Perhaps that is one man who will not hurt his family ever again, if that was the case.

PAYING FOR NEEDED IMPROVEMENTS IN THE PRISON SYSTEM:

Removing non-violent mentally ill inmates from prisons and jails and into outpatient commitment programs like Kendra's Law (or into secure mental hospitals for violent offenders) would immediately eliminate the need for private prisons and save taxpayers BILLIONS each year. 

The money that would be saved by repealing the death penalty and decriminalizing mental illness could finance all of the changes listed below with money left over for states' general budgets.

*  It is much cheaper and more humane for mentally challenged people to be treated in their communities than prison costs taxpayers. Mentally challenged inmates who are not charged with violent crimes should be provided subsistence assistance to avoiding homelessness. Search online for "Kendra's Law" and "Assisted Outpatient Treatment."

*  Each death row inmate costs taxpayers $90,000 per year more to imprison than inmates in maximum security prisons
