Marines Ban Twitter, Facebook, Other Sites

Right now, I have a problem w/ my mouse.  It is a type of virus that is sent to prevent my being able to point and click without a major struggle.  My computer is disallowed from using the "restore" feature to return to a point several days ago before this new attack on my free press rights.  It is not the mouse - I tried several. 

I do not see this ban on social media for the Marines as being as major as some do, and I do not know if it includes Marines stationed only in combat zones or across the board.  I have worked in companies and law firms handling sensitive data, and the computers do not allow one to reach social media, and some other computer capabilities were disengaged.

What I do consider MAJOR is my own censorship which is designed to protect the information that AN AMERICAN CITIZEN WAS SECRETLY ARRESTED AND MURDERED IN GOVERNMENT CUSTODY and all inquiries about the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal have been met not with open disclosure, but instead, his survivors are persecuted, stalked online and in person, censored, and must hide at home like Ann Frank for asking, "What happened to Larry Neal?"

My Facebook account was recently taken over.  I discovered that when I tried to drop a comment on my page against enforced H1N1 vaccines.  I believe folks should have control over their own bodies and no citizens of any country should ever be forced to submit to medical procedures with experimental drugs.  Enforced vaccines is the most absurd and fascist thing I heard of since my brother was murdered and authorities in this HOME OF THE FREE refused to release records of his arrest and death.

Pharaohs, there are many computers.  I'm going to hurry and get our injustice well broadcast before Sen. Rockefeller's laws pass, so that other Americans will know to watch out for their mentally and physically handicapped loved ones.  Most of them don't know that their handicapped relatives are subject to secret arrests and extermination like they were in Nazi Germany. 

Most Americans are unaware that any deaths of citizens in government custody are covered up by authorities.  People would be shocked at the tactics engaged in to prevent my telling the public- cyberstalking, in-person stalking and attacks, regular takeover of my Internet accounts and my personal computers, secret arrangement with certain sites, computer trickery to make my URL show data that is not really posted, and MORE.

THIS IS NO JAMES BOND MOVIE.  STOP THE ABUSE.  OBEY THE LAW.  "BE WHAT YOU SAID ON PAPER," AS DR. KING ADVISED.   JUSTICE WORKS. 

When the police are wrong and the prisons are wrong, and citizens die as a result, and the facilities are sued, just pay your freaking damages, prosecute the jailers if they intentionally killed the victims, and move on.   This elaborate cover-up was unnecessary and juvenile.  Now you have engaged so many others in the conspiracy you want to get rid of the victim's relatives.  THAT IS PSYCHO.  Look at the Internet.  If I stump my toe, people will think you caused it.  The revelation you fear is exactly what you would bring on yourselves.  Again I say to you, Pharaohs, JUSTICE WORKS.  

As a Christian family, we follow God's prescription for settling discord -1) If you have ought against your brother, go to him in privacy and let him know.  Give him an opportunity to make amends.  2) If he will not listen to you, then go to those in authority over him.  3) If he still will not listen, then take him to the courts.  The Bible ends there, BECAUSE THE COURTS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE JUST. 

So I go back to step 2  - WE THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA are supposed to have AUTHORITY over government.  Since the agencies that are supposed to be in authority will not exercise their power to bring justice, this has and will be taken to those in authority over you - THE PEOPLE.

Forgiveness is also a Biblical principle.  But rather than admitting a wrong and making amends and asking for forgiveness, folks would rather engage in subterfuge, conspiracies, computer sabotage, stalking, and all manner of EVIL.  That is unacceptable and illegal behavior.  You break man's laws and God's.  You do not have the sense to recognize how lucky you are to be dealing with Christians who stand ready to forgive.  If you don't take advantage of it soon, then our obligation to offer same is OVER.  Recognize that you have not shut down the Internet YET, and that even if you had, Jesus is known the world over, and the Gospel was spread via word of mouth.  THE TRUTH GOES MARCHIN ON!

I REFUSE TO CONTINUE STAYING HOME LIKE SOME PRISONER WHEN YOU ARE THE CRIMINAL.  THIS WILL HAVE TO BE FULLY AIRED AND YOU DO WHATEVER GOD ALLOWS YOU TO DO, CRIMINALS!  Naturally, I would prefer that you conduct yourselves with the decorum I see in the televised meetings.  Will the Gentleman from Tennessee like to speak?  Will the Gentleman from this place or that place yield the floor?  This is how you should conduct yourselves in REAL LIFE.  All rise! and in walks a man or woman clothed in the honor and respect of the American judiciary system.  HALT! and grownup people stop in their tracks, because the command comes from one entrusted to keep law and order among the citizenry.  HAVE ALL OF YOU ABDICATED YOUR SWORN RESPONSIBILITIES?  ARE YOU ALL LAWLESS HEATHENS WHO HAVE FORSAKEN GOD AND RIGHTEOUSNESS? 

The censorship, media blackout, intimidation, and actual endangerment have not worked and will not.  Try justice.  It works.

Unfortunately, prisons have become America's de facto mental hospitals.  Presently, there are 1.25 million mentally ill citizens behind bars.  This is due in large part to closings of inpatient mental health facilities, reduced services in communities, and policy changes requiring that mentally ill persons not be subject to enforced hospitalization or outpatient treatment unless and until they prove to be a danger to self and others.  However, when the mentally ill do prove to be a danger to self and others by breaking laws, they still do not go to a hospital, but to prison.  Once incarcerated, the mentally ill are usually subject to more cruelty than other inmates, including abuse by fellow inmates and guards, gassing and restraint chairs used for control, and they comprise 60% of the 25,000 inmates enduring solitary confinement prison torture - isolated 23 hours per day in a 6' x 9' cell, naked and alone. 

Americans with mental disabilities are subject to cruelty in their communities from their neighbors and law enforcement officers.  Unfortunately, even well-intentioned police officers have harmed or killed mental patients by using Tasers, which police are taught to think of as "non-lethal weapons" rather than "less-lethal weapons."  When citizens die in police custody, their deaths are frequently subject to cover-up conspiracies, such as Kathryn Johnston in Atlanta in 2006 and Larry Neal, a mental patient who died after 18 days of secret incarceration in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003. http://wrongfuldeathoflarryneal.com   -

The article at the first link above publishes another death of a mentally ill American who was beaten to death by Fulton County, Georgia guards.  Federal investigators are working to uncover the truth about the Fulton County Jail wrongful death case as they did for Kathryn Johnston's murder by former Atlanta police officers.  Larry Neal's death is still covered-up and USDOJ refuses to investigate same due to the role that federal agency itself played in Larry's wrongful death cover-up.  After nearly six years, his family still has no arrest records or accountability for his demise - all requests to government agencies regarding his Guantanamo-style arrest and death for open disclosure and equal justice have been denied or ignored, and his death is kept out of mainstream news.  In fact, his family lives under threat for asking about him, suffer censorship, cyberstalking, and in-person stalking in violation of U.S. Code 18, Sections 242 and 245.  See articles about this in citizens news by Goggling "Cochran Firm Fraud."

Since the reduction in facilities and services to America's mentally ill, the criminal justice budget (including court costs, lawyer fees for the indigent, and $50 billion annually to prisons) has risen to around $185 billion per year.  There has been no taxpayer savings in imprisoning rather than hospitalizing sick people or facilitating community care on a broader scale.  In fact, the results have been prison overcrowding, increased burden on criminal courts, a drain of financial resources from other needed domestic programs, and avoidable suffering and deaths among the mentally ill and others.

Thanks for your interest, NowPublic.  I will try to break it down to you.  It is very simple, actually.  Someone simply DELETED my "Naked Demonstation" article and SUBSTITUTED it at links for another of my articles.

1)      I wrote “Naked Demonstration to End Censorship," and published it at NP

2)      I put an excerpt and link to it at Care2 News Network

3)      “Naked Demonstration” was read by many, and excerpts appeared on other people’s websites in the US and some foreign countries, with links back to NP for the full article

4)      The article was DELETED at NP, and but its link title remained on the web as “Naked Demonstration.”  Upon activating the link, people were instead taken to another of my articles entitled “Theft of Emails . . . “:  http://my.nowpublic.com/health/theft-emails-re-wrongful-death-larry-neal-and-cochran-firm-fraud

5)       When I found my article had been deleted and traffic to the “Naked Demonstration” link was being diverted to another of my articles, “Theft of Emails,” I complained

6)       Since I discovered the cyberstalking and complained, the cyberstalker then changed most of the links on the Internet to be the same as the name of the article folks were being directed to, but whoever did that forgot to change the excerpt.  The excerpt that appeared with the link remained the first sentence of the deleted article.  The cyberstalker did an insufficient cover-up job.  See what I mean in the example below – new title and link to the excerpt were used, but the Naked Demonstration article is GONE.

SELECT THE “VISIT SITE” TAB at this Care2 submission, which I published the same day as the “Naked Demonstration” article.  The Care2 link goes to the Theft of Emails article, because the public was diverted there.   The cyberstalker had deleted the Naked Demonstration article altogether.

NOTICE THAT although the cyberstalker who did this obviously had the power to change the title of my article on the Internet (and he/she did that, but left the original excerpt) the cyberstalker did not have the ability to change the title at Care2 News.  Therefore, the title, picture, and excerpt remain unchanged at Care2 News, but the link is redirected like all the links were.

More samples of this bit of cyberstalking were published in the comments at my “Maybe LaToya Jackson Is Right” article.  In every case, the link that should go to the "Naked Demonstration" article goes back to the “Theft of Emails” article instead.  The Naked Demonstration article was deleted and substituted. 

Now do you understand what happened?  Cyberstalkers.  ALL of the people who commented on the article who visited NP and read the Naked Demonstration article KNOW that the link originally led to the "Naked Demonstration" article and not to any Email theft article.  So the cyberstalker does stupid things that are easily proved and witnessed.

That should answer your question about the DELETED article and the REDIRECTED LINK.  If you want to know why these things are done, read further.  If not, you have the info you requested.  The reasons why I am censored and a victim of cyberstalking are detailed below.

In addition to cyberstalkers, I have in-person stalkers who followed and accosted me at neighborhood businesses last year (2008).  I always make sure everything is in the public eye.  Although I have witness statements about the in-person stalking, nothing was investigated by police and so far, nothing has been done about my online stalking, such as the deletion of my article and substitution of another at the links.  This is why I stay home for safety like Ann Frank and slaves in the Underground Railroad.  When the USDOJ itself is in the wrong, there is apparently no one to help citizens.  A friend said I should take the matter to the UN, but I think that because the U.S. is the most powerful nation in the UN, that body would not be likely to be able to make the DOJ release records and protect my family from stalking either. 

Here is what happened:  Shelby Co. Jail secretly arrested and killed my handicapped brother, Larry.  The jail did not file the necessary report on his death to the DOJ, not having an excuse for his death.  They appointed The Cochran Firm to contract with us to pretend to be our wrongful death attorneys.  The Cochran Firm played its role by NOT doing any legal work while it pretended under contract that our lawsuit was going forward against the jail.  When we caught the lie, it was already too late for another attorney to investigate, prepare, and file the three lawsuits.  So the folks who killed Larry escaped responsibility.  We sued The Cochran Firm for fraud.  The law firm got Judge Wendy Shoob to say it did not exist in Atlanta and dismiss our lawsuit.  Meanwhile, the federal government had hearings to determine whether Shelby Co. Jail had complied with the terms of its agreement with the USA after lawsuit for mistreating inmates.  Although the DOJ knew about Larry's secret arrest and death in custody of the Jail, the DOJ allowed Shelby Co. to enter perjury into federal proceedings by omitting any account of Larry's death.  Any records the jail submitted were necessarily fraudulent, because the DOJ affirmed twice that it had no records from Larry Neal dying in the jail.   Deliberate omissions are perjurous.  But the DOJ already knew the jail was lying by omission, and accepted the false testimony entered into federal court proceedings for the jail to gain release from overview, just as though Larry never existed.  That is the BIG SECRET that everybody is lying and hiding records to protect. 

Meanwhile, they planned to kill me because I tell everybody about it.  I keep telling folks about the NWO working together to suppress this truth, figuring there is some safety in disclosure.  My writing about it is deleted and sabotaged online, and I am followed and accosted in person. I reported the stalking when we sued The Cochran Firm in United States District Court, Northern Dist. of GA.  Judge Timothy Batten did nothing about the illegal activities under U.S. Code 18, sections 242 and 245.  He also dismissed our lawsuit against The Cochran Firm, saying everything the law firm did to prevent open disclosure and accountability by Shelby Co. Jail was "immaterial."  Legally, we never should have been allowed to file suit in USDC under the diversity rule, because there most certainly is a Cochran Firm office in Georgia - right where they said in court it did not exist - 127 Peachtree Street.  After Batten issued his Order dismissing our case, The Cochran Firm then published a YouTube video advertising the office to other unsuspecting minority people -- like Ms. Kathryn Johnston's family was when she was murdered by police in Atlanta in 2006.  That is why I call them the NWO gang. 

Many parties in power worked together against Larry's family's due process of law and keep this quiet so other black families would continue to trust The Cochran Firm with confidential information and with their legal cases against police.  The cover-up continues in mainstream media, so I figure it is very important to break through the shroud of cover-up.  How could they hope to keep the secret with me telling about it daily?  They must be up to NO GOOD.

I don't know if they do the computer sabotage from their own locales, or if they hire people at the sites where I write.  They don't tell me.  I am not even sure who "they" are.  I just know EVERYONE WASTES THEIR TIME TELLING ME THIS IS A COMPUTER GLITCH -- TOO MUCH EVIDENCE, TOO MANY WITNESSES, TOO MUCH FILM.

For instance, the Cochran Firm Atlanta Office YouTube commercial was loaded on NP with my article "Mary Neal Requests Meeting with the USDOJ."  But it was not permitted to show after the first few days.  When I tried to bring the footage forward, the cyberstalker who is assigned to attack my input here deleted the entire article!  They are something! I call them New World Orderlies.  They deserve a raise (and more training).   Now, that film cannot be transferred from YouTube at all - it is now on lockdown. 

You can read more about how the cyberstalkers operate in the comments to my NP articles.  I recorded much of their activity there as it happened and got film and witnesses.  Plenty of examples are in the comments of my "American Concentration Camps Proposed in Congress - H.R.645" article.  They REALLY got busy when I published that.  I figure they do not want to delete it because it would look really, really bad.  Plus, too many other sites already republished it - not just an excerpt.  I plan to tell the public from now on to always copy my entire article if they find it worthwhile, because deletions are getting to be rather common.  Like Nazi book burning.

The NWO attack against my family to conceal government crimes is much the same as the Guantanamo torture camps.  That did not come out in the news for a long time.  Now that it is out, much of the related documents are kept secret, and it is doubtful if there will ever be accountability or punishment for the prisoner torture.  Larry Neal, a mentally ill heart patient, was treated like those people who are in prison camps who are suspected terrorists - only he was a sick  American citizen who could not even spell "terrorist."  It was the same USDOJ, under the same command.  The determination to keep this secret is just as intense, I suppose, so folks cyberstalk and censor me.  And the Obama DOJ did not respond timely to our FOIA requests - nothing yet, almost a month overdue.  Not really hard to understand, but the story has a lot of chapters.  I tried to summarize it in this blog:

(Before we go further in this post, check and see if you see my Concentration Camps article link below - highlighted in yellow.  The cyberstalker did something funny with that paragraph, and that sometimes means he/she will steal the data.)

I sent our FIOA request on May 7, asking the DOJ why in the world the agency had federal hearings to release Shelby County Jail from overview and allowed the jail to again omit reporting about Larry Neal's secret death although the DOJ and I had corresponded about what happened to Larry in that "jail from hell" (a news reporter's description, and the reason the jail was sued by the USA and placed under USDOJ overview.) 

On May 28, the DOJ wrote us and said our FIOA Request was sent to the USDOJ Attorneys office and the Bureau of Prisons - and that they had 20 business days to respond.  Well now what do you think happened after that?  The USDOJ Attorneys office wrote me and asked where I think the DOJ attorneys should look for their own Memphis Shelby County Jail records!  That made me say, "Oh oh.  What is up with these folks?" 

Calendar Alarm:  20 business days have passed.

USDOJ attorneys certainly know where the Memphis Shelby County Jail is located - the Western District of Tennessee.  And they know where to look for their own records of federal lawsuits against jails.  What kind of new game is this the Obama  and Holder DOJ playing?

In case Memphis politicians did not notice, the people  they trusted to protect them from exposure for the Secret Arrest and Wrongful Death of Larry Neal cannot even protect themselves from bad publicity.  Eventually, they will run out of judges to protect them from lawsuits, also.   Not that the judges in Neals v. The Cochran Firm case did that on purpose, you understand.  They were apparently just extra-gullible judges who were  unaware of how some lawyers lie.  

The Georgia judges we got probably never turned on a television with all those commercials advertising The Cochran Firm in Atlanta.  It was quite shocking for Judge Shoob to dismiss our case saying the Cochran Firm had no Georgia office.  I thought - what?  Someone must be playing an expensive game on those lawyers at 127 Peachtee St to buy commercials and say the firm is The Cochran Firm.

Wonder why Judge Batten allowed Cox Enterprises, Inc. to IGNORE OUR FEDERAL SUBPOENA FOR THOSE ADVERTISING RECORDS?  

A week after Judge Batten dismissed our USDC case, The Cochran Firm did its own YouTube commercial for the Atlanta office.  See it. 

That is the most unique defense against civil suit that has ever worked.  When you get sued, claim non-existence; when the suit is over, reappear!  That would save money on medical malpractice insurance and help with the national health care crisis, President Obama.  Any medical facility or doctor can just claim non-existence when sued.  I don't know if it would work everywhere, or only in Georgia. 

QUESTION:  DO YOU THINK THE MEDIA CENSORS THIS NEWS BECAUSE THEY MAKE SO MUCH MONEY ON THOSE COCHRAN FIRM COMMERCIALS, OR DO YOU THINK THEY CESNOR LARRY'S DEATH OUT OF MAINSTREAM NEWS BECAUSE THE MEDIA OWNERS ARE ALSO IN THE NEW WORLD ORDER?

THE COCHRAN FIRM DENIED IT HAD A LAW OFFICE IN MEMPHIS ALSO - -

IN FACT, IF YOU LOOK IT UP ON THE TENNESSEE SECRETARY OF STATE'S LIST OF TENNESSEE CORPORATIONS, IT IS/WAS REGISTERED AS AN "ASSUMED NAME."   I won't be surprised if that law firm really does turn out to be a HS agency - designed to keep up with blacks and Latinos.

STRANGER STILL, THE COCHRAN FIRM WAS NOT REGISTERED IN GEORGIA AT ALL UNDER ANY NAME WHATSOEVER!  I alerted the public that name the Atlanta law office used in GA Sup. Ct. in defense of our lawsuit was not registered in Georgia - "Cochran Cherry Givens Smith & Sistrunk, P.C."  but the law firm actually failed to appear as registered to do business in Georgia under any name.

I checked at the Secretary of State's office, the courthouse for a D/B/A, and the City of Atlanta - no registration! Yes, I have the certificate saying so. 

Wonder under what name The Cochran Firm pays taxes -- or if they have to pay any?

WHO IS THAT MASKED FIRM?  Maybe that is why a USDOT truck was with the folks following me.  I may have uncovered a big secret - like folks in movies who stumble onto a big spy secret because they pick up the wrong suitcase at the airport. 

WHILE THE COCHRAN FIRM WAS IN USDC  SAYING THERE WAS NO SUCH THING AS A COCHRAN FIRM IN MEMPHIS, THEY HAD TO REIMBURSE MY MOM AND ME FOR SOMETHING BY COURT ORDER. THE CHECK THEY SENT US WAS DRAWN AGAINST THE ACCOUNT OF "THE COCHRAN FIRM - MEMPHIS OFFICE."

If perjury mattered in USDC, they would probably be in trouble.

. . . not that it mattered much to Judge Timothy Batten, of USDC, Northern District of Georgia.  No matter how many times perjury was proved in our case, no matter that Angela Mason admitted to knowing the color of the van that followed me most often in violation of U.S. Code 18, 242 and 245, Judge Batten ruled it was all "immaterial."

In fact, he ruled that everything The Cochran Firm did to trick my mom and me while the statute of limitations was running out on our case was "immaterial."

I don't think it is only because Mr. Bush appointed Judge Batten to federal court, but some folks in my family think that.  Remember that the folks in Texas had trouble getting abuses in county jails investigated under the Bush Admin. USDOJ, too.  It was so bad there in Willacy Co. that the grand jury indicted Gonzales for prison profiteering - taking kickbacks to withhold USDOJ investigations.  Inmates suffered after the indictment, and there was a prison uprising that resulted in deaths.

Do the blatant lies in Neals v. The Cochran Firm remind you of anyone?  I am more convinced than ever that all of the censorship was used to stall until folks could catch me out of the house - as though Larry does not have 130 other close relatives and about 100,000 others who know about his Guantanamo-style secret arrest and death in Shelby County Jail in Memphis in '03.  Better watch behind you.  Now YOU know, too.

I THINK IT IS SHAMEFUL THE WAY THE COCHRAN FIRM TRICKED JUDGE SHOOB AND JUDGE BATTEN INTO THINKING THEY DID NOT HAVE A GEORGIA OFFICE.  MOST CHILDREN I TALKED TO ARGUED THAT THEY DID, BECAUSE KIDS LOOK AT SO MUCH TV AND THEIR COMMERCIALS WERE ON EVERY FIVE MINUTES TELLING FOLKS TO COME TO THE ATLANTA OFFICE OF THE COCHRAN FIRM.  BUT I SUPPOSE JUDGES DON'T GET TO LOOK AT MUCH TELEVISION.

AND I SUPPOSE THE SAME THING IS TRUE OF THAT LAW FIRM THAT DEFENDED THE COCHRAN FIRM AGAINST OUR LAWSUIT - CARLOCK, COPELAND, SEMLAR, & STAIR, LLP.  THEY MUST NOT GO TO BALL GAMES EITHER. 

HOPEFULLY, CARLOCK COPELAND WOULD NOT DELIBERATELY PUT FORTH A LIE IN GEORGIA SUPERIOR COURT AND TURN AROUND AND PUT FORTH A WHOLE SLEW OF LIES IN FEDERAL COURT.  Some regular working people who go to court would be prosecuted for committing perjury in court.  The elite in America have special privileges in the "justice" system, including reduced or no consequences for lawbreaking.

If The Cochran Firm is really a federal agent, I suppose other lawyers knew it already.  That is probably why we had to go pro se  on a breach of contract case I thought was open and shut.  But although my mom and I paid USDC $350 to file a breach of contract case, The Cochran Firm and the court stopped calling it that last winter and started calling it a malpractice case, knowing that GA is a state that requires a lawyer's affidavit to file a malpractice lawsuit.  The Cocharn Firm certainly did all three, and all three were proved.  I want my $350 back if the courts take citizens' money for and then ignore truth.

IF FOLKS CARED ABOUT JUSTICE, MY MOM WOULD NOT HAVE ANY MORE NIGHTMARES ABOUT THE POSSIBLE SCENARIOS THAT MEMPHIS POLICE MAY HAVE USED TO KILL POOR LARRY.

I find it quite amazing that I am still writing about the secrecy about Larry's death almost six years after his muder.  I thought those involved in the cover-up would apologize and repent and pay their damages.  If you had this much to hide, you would have done that, wouldn't you?  I even thought that the agency paid to protect institutionalized persons, disabled Americans, and uphold justice (the DOJ) would investigate and prosecute offenders.  Wrong again.  So far, it is like Guantanamo Bay, done by the same folks and protected the same way.  Only this time, it was done to an American citizen who no one can say was a terrorist. 

Sometimes I worry because authorities don't seem concerned about being discovered violating citizen's Constitutional rights or U.S. Code and state laws.  Seems like they may think those laws don't matter - or won't be in effect for much longer.  That's why reading about Congressman Hastings putting forward a bill - H.R. 645 - for concentration camps in America alarmed me.  Did you read my article about that?  Here it is:

We will know this week about the Obama USDOJ.  I am hopeful but not convinced that things have Changed.  I got no response to my phone calls to the USDOJ in February and March.  The federal agency that can trace cyberterrorism did not respond to my request for assistance, either.  When I called police about the cyberthreats to kidnap my family members, police promised to call me back and give me a report number, and they did not do that. 

We thought it was time to take advantage of President Obama's open disclosure laws improving government transparency and limiting the time government agencies have to respond to FIOA requests.  Larry Neal's secret arrest and wrongful death case will test the new DOJ's commitment to upholding the president's stance on transparency in government. 

It was a little discomforting for me to read that President Obama may be vacationing in Martha's Vineyard this summer and staying in the home of the Assistant Attorney General under the Bush administration.  The lawlessness of that DOJ is legendary.

Although the DOJ lawyers in Washington pretend not to know where to look for their own Memphis, TN records, the Bureau of Prisons did not write such a silly letter to me. Therefore, we look forward to finally getting some answers next week, according to the DOJ's own timeline, about Washington's part in the cover-up regarding the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal, an American with disabilities who should have been protected, not murdered by our authorities. 

So far our government has acted very Chinese about the wrongful death of Larry Neal.  "Missing" citizens coming up dead in government custody without explanation used to be something that did not happen in America.  Even in the 40's when they lynched black men, they would hang them in plain view so their families knew what happened to them. Those were the good old days.

There was a time when Americans were not followed and waylaid by goverment vehicles like I was on Sept. 27, 2008, when my family had to save me at the Chevron station from four cars of men and a US DOT truck when DeKalb County police did not come help me. These are the reasons I always say we have a very criminal "justice" system and feel concern for the 2.3 million Americans who are incarcerated in these people's hands behind prison walls - especially sick citizens like my brother Larry was.  In my experience, the sociopaths were or are in charge, and inmates who are locked up for being mentally ill probably have more sense and a lot more decency.
