This msg is an information release...a partial list...of what MARK BEGICH, FRANK MURKOWSKI, WALT MONEGAN (chief of police - A.P.D.), A.S.T., P.P.D., PROVIDENCE HOSPITAL, VALLEY HOSPITAL....etc... are all trying to cover up/hide from all of you so they can successfully complete the assassination of me!!!



These that follow are CASES/CASE NUMBERS that we have filed against so many of the REAL CRIMINAL/TERRORIST ELEMENTS :

1. Case ..04-30221...filed 6-22-04...KIDNAPPING, RAPE, ASSAULT of me 6-18-04 - charges against A.P.D., Officer Henikman, Providence Hospital & a whole list of persons inside the Hospital...see .... "SUM = GLTY! CHRGD 'R' -" S.I.G.N. in view my pics... These charges were filed from North Pole @ my families residence after I was 'ulled out' from this attack...There were supposed to be Detectives from Internal Affairs sent out to my families residence to interview me, collect evidence etc... GUESS WHAT....THEY NEVER SHOWED UP....ha ha ha / hee hee hee

KIDNAPPING, RAPE, ASSAULT of me 7-18-04...charges against ALASAKA STATE TROOPERS (ADAMS & JONES - TALKEETNA), PALMER POLICE DEPT (information being witheld as to all officers involved in this attack on me) and VALLEY HOSPITAL (again a lot of information is being witheld) a whole list of persons inside this Hospital as well...see..."SUM = GLTY! CHRGD 'R' -" S.I.G.N. in view my pics... These charges were filed from North Pole @ my families residence after I was 'ulled out' from this attack...

Evidence uncovered during the investigation phase of operations has now revealed that the State of Alaska, Municipality of Anchorage, Anchorage Police Department, Providence Hospital (primary) and OTHERS (secondary) are ALL GUILTY OF : - MURDER - THE ELECTRONIC MURDER & SUBVERSIVE MURDER OF : RUSSELL RICHARD ROBINSON - (DOB 8-11-67) (ADL 0930880) (SS 574-64-8622)...this is my name on birth certificate (HOMELESS JOE...is my codename).

This murder of me took place during the attack on me 6-18-04...item 1 Case 04-30221 where-in : during the kidnapping & raping of me inside Providence Hospital where they launched a gang force attack on me inside there - raped me down / strapped me down / needled me / drugged me / plugged me / probed me / proded me / poked me / scanned me / went up in me / had their way with me / STOLE MY DNA (we still don't fully know what all they did to my body)!

They subversively & electronically murdered me by "tapping the keys" in the data base (computer system tied in to the state, police etc...) basically saying ... "...there is nothing wrong with him physically, he is psychotic - suffering psychosis & delusion..."... Some seriously crazy shit they did - basically.

Especially when you consider that I had a dislocated rib cage / vertabrae rotated within my spinal column / hips & pelvic bone displaced, dislocated / internal organ displacement / and my neck is broke... hell when they attacked me inside the hospital I was waiting for a doctor to supposedly x-ray me (examine my body physically) - which they never did. They took no x-rays or physical exams of me what-so-ever!

I/WE HAVE ALL THE EVIDENCE IN THE UNIVERSE OF MY VERY REAL PHYSICAL INJURIES : WE HAVE X-RAYS / EXAMS / WITNESSES ETC...& OH, HEY, GUESS WHAT... HERE IS MY BODY RIGHT HERE (WANNA TAKE A LOOK)!?

There is much "blackout" time from this attack on me where I have no concious knowledge of what they were doing with my body. My attorney sure wasn't present while they were raping & murdering me & I was never even advised of their computer data base "key tapping" or their fabricated up "diagnosis"! In fact, this information / evidence did not become apparent to me / us until sometime in October 2004 - several months after they murdered me! Noteworthy to mention - it was only through OUR investigation operations that this information was uncovered and revealed.

This is all VERY DEEP and EXTREMELY COMPLEX to go into any further for the moment ... I am now closing, with these charges of MURDER :

Case ..04-28093...which is the fabricated batch of lies, attack launched on JOE that Henikman and thier 'crew' tried to use against JOE to back up their "ATTACK ON ME" and this case... which they used an array of operatives, 'layers', anonymous caller telephone attackers etc...was dismissed from court, thereby making my case for me in reference to 04-30221 and so many others you will learn....I personally wanted this case 04-28093 to go to TRIAL so I could expose all thier shit back then...that's why theCOURTS, D.A.'s, JUDGES etc...dismissed the charges against me because they knew I would flush them all out and expose them all...so they just played it out to set up & stage further, future, subsequent attacks on me....

Case ..04-46257...filed Sept 04...Theft of one of my vehicles that was stolen from me back in '04...which is only one of many of my company - "YOUR MECHANIC" - vehicles and things stolen from me...including my DNA, backhoe down my home steal everything I own...my SAFE, my money, my dogs, a 1940 classic Chevrolet BIG RIG 17,000 GVW, a 1950 classic Dodge BIG RIG 16,000 GVW...dump box... at any rate...this case..04-46257 officially filed, I attempted recovery on 3 different ocassions through A.P.D. only to be denied my own vehicle - registered/titled in my name - and they played more games and attacks on me...like you can't imagine... Keep in mind as you go through this list....it is a partial list only - I have massive documents & research time to go through to get this to you - additionally, many of the attacks on me and stuff stolen from me were never reported to the Police or were reported but the Police "trash canned" a lot of this because they were figuring on "TAKING ME OUT" so they'd never have to worry about it....ha ha ha / hee hee hee...I'm still alive you all do see!!!! October of 2004 we met personally with the Internal Affairs and Ombusdmans in their office at City Hall...present were : I.A. Ofcr Lt. Paul Honeman, Ombudsmans Patty Smith and myself where-in I communicated to them information of the investigation operations, attacks on me all over the state and I advised and educated them about the Subversive Tactic of the "TELEPHONE ATTACK" that has been, is being and will be, used against me by the "ENEMY ATTACKERS". Well, these guys all disrespected me, discriminated against me bad...they DROPPED THE BALL BAD & LEFT ME VULNERABLE TO THOUSANDS MORE OF THESE ATTACKS... YEAH! I did even have further meetings with Ombudsmans @ City Hall - Greg Moyer (I think his name is) I believe heis the head man there...only to be discriminated against some more... This man actually said to me..."I don't 'want' to believe...." so rather than acknowledge that which is true and real and deal with the reality on my streets he 'chose' to not 'want' to believe... none of these ever even took the time to review the evidence that we have...Trust me... we've got a MASSIVE CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY BUSTED OPEN WIDE...he doesn't 'want' to believe crack dealers are running rampant on my streets....he doesn't want to believe cops are on 'the take'... corruption inside the depts...Hell it's his job to deal with these issues....anyway....on with the list.

5. Case ..04-59177....filed 12-19-04....this was an attack on JOE where a gang of black guys - sent to take the 'hit' on me - tried to take me out with baseball bats, hammers, gang force involving a whole 'crew' in multiple vehicles @ multiple locations, including but not limited to, {Aurora Towing - driver Don, DTW704, 2 Go Mart 68th/Lake Otis, Holiday Station 68th/Lake Otis} they failed in their attempt to murder me, so decided to use their cell phone as leathal weapon against me (once again-more than 5,000 times now all over this State for 2.5 yrs straight) make up some crazy ass bullshit lies...sick the COPS on me... The Police have since been covering this whole thing up!!!! IN FACT...The Police have witheld information from my INSURANCE INVESTIGATORS, ME, WE as to the names, license plate number etc...of the persons that attcked me...the Police have all this information but deny us access to it. They have left me open book & vulnerable to the violent criminals attacking me; thus protecting them and further hurting me...12 days later as you will read in item 6...another violent attack/attempted murder of me. This makes the Police guilty of further charges of OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE, INTERFEREING WITH A CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION & AIDING & ABEDDING A CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY...which have officially been filed against A.P.D as you will be advised further down the list.

6. Case ..I.A.05-0026...filed 1-6-05...ATTEMPTED MURDER & ASSAULT of me on 12-31-04...charges against A.P.D. & Officers : Jenson, Roberts, Kwasigroch, Sarber, Shore - see..... "SUM = GLTY! CHRGD 'R' -" S.I.G.N. in view my pics.....This was a staged attack on me @ Auto Stop Dowling/Old Swrd involving those mentioned, Auto Stop & employee Dusty Christopherson, as well as other operatives and 'layers' they use to launch 'anonymous caller' "telephone attacks"...Basically, I drove in there that night to buy $5 gas...after paying for my gas I got in my truck, barely even drove 20 feet from the pumps & was instantly encicled/surrounded by this GANGSTER SQUAD of Police whom just "DREW DOWN GUNS ON ME, VIOLENTLY JERKED ME OUT OF MY TRUCK & PROCEEDED TO KICK THE SHIT OUT OF ME"...I had done nothing wrong, wasn't breaking any laws at all - of course that's been the way this all goes...I just scratch my nose & THEY ATTACK!!!! At any rate, they were only able to get away with VIOLENTLY ASSAULTING me because people showed up just in time to 'SECURE ME', so the cops fabricated up some bullshit to use to "kidnap me, my dogs, my truck" and they took me to jail...all to rough me up in there and try to set me up further once inside the "building". 7. Case ..05-1893...filed1-13-05...Stolen Dog report...on this date someone stole my "BULLDOZER" from 36th/Dorbrandt. We did recover him thanx to the flyers we put out & the beautiful ladies @ Anchorage Animal Control...Bulldozer is the brown dog rolling with me...his mother "Sassy" is the white dog...To my knowledge, nobody was brought to JUSTICE over this but @ least we recovered him....As you can see though...day after day...another after another... ATTACKS ON JOE...YO!!!!

Case ..05-16566....filed 4-19-05...gas can stolen from me @ Fred Meyer Abbott...called in report from Lake Otis Chevron... largely to cover my back because one of my investigators told me they were doing, planning to do or had done arson work and were leaving cans behind with my finger prints on them after starting the fires in an effort to get me implicated in the arson...Follow me....anything & everything they can think of & try to set me up, trap me up...TAKE ME OUT....They've stolen several gas cans from me now. *Surely it's safe to say ... shit be happenin' every day! (not given by responding officers - Gary Martin & another)....filed 4-20-05...stolen gas can...stolen from me @ 2 Go Mart 68th/Lake Otis - suspect on video, with Store employee witnesses too & police neglignetly failed to secure video from store & didn't bother to follow up on any of this...even after I advised them of the conversation with one of my investigators, the "conspiracy's" plan to use my cans for arsons & the multiple cases filed of gas can thefts from me already. *Surely it's safe to say ... shit be happenin' every day! Just put $1.52 gas in, set can down for minute on trash can to get coffee and they snatched the can that fast....Called in report from 2 Go Mart theft occured ~12:15 am....Store employee was witness. *Surely it's safe to say ... shit be happenin' every day! 11. Case ..05-26172...filed 6-16-05...Stolen S.I.G.N. "I AM - I AM HOMELESS JOE...WE ARE CONDUCTING A...MAJOR INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION...YOU - ALL - NEED TO KNOW...UNCLE SAM - I AM - I AM &....MURDER ME THEY TRY" stolen from the corner light post by Courtneys Tudor Service...owner Dave prime suspect as he has "telephone attacked" JOE everytime I worked that sector...the sign was tied to light pole on corner by Courtneys, I was across street "flagging" ABC Alaska...I looked - sign was there...15 min later it was gone & this guy Dave (owner) was getting into a red corvette & driving away....I phoned in the repot to APD. Partly just to cover my back & expose them....On another occassion working that sector, I was "flagging" Courtneys & he/they were "telephone attacking" me, trying to sick the cops on me and Officer Tuia responded to come harrass & violate me...This Officer Tuia's behavior was way out of line and he was violating me, telling me I couldn't be there I would have to go across the street...I told him no I have free legal right to picket, protest, demonstrate, communicate & investigate....he began threatening me & basically forced me to choose either engage with him in violence or go across the street. I chose to avoid the violence, go across the street & wait for another day to bring him to justice as well, such is the case with the rest of their "crew" - the guilty bastards....

Case ..05-27571...filed (I don't have the date with me right now - will update later)...Vandalism Attack on my truck with my dogs inside @ time of attack...This attack occured while I was "flagging" CARRS GROCERY ABBOTT (where JOE has been attacked @ before, by CARRS & employees Asst Mgr Angel ?? something or another ??)...I was just finishing my work in that sector, was walking to my truck (which was parked a good distance from me) as I saw 2 guys attacking my truck, messing with my dogs & they threw a big boulder into my windshield...I hollered at them as I was approaching and they took off on their bicycles running away from the scene....I let them go because they appeared to be underage; so I gathered the eveidence, lic plt number of possible (witnesses ? or conspirators ?) present @ time of attack & then went to 2 GO Mart 68th/Lake Otis to phone in the report to APD....officers responded...took evidence etc... but no persons have been brought to justice.... As I'm sure you can see...this is why my truck can't be far away from me, nor out of my sight....you all need to secure & protect my truck all the time. 13. Case ..05-28285...filed (I don't have date with me right now -will update later)...Felonious Assault/Attempted Murder of me....charges against (UNKNOWN ASSAILANT FROM &/OR BY - "THE GREAT ALASKA BUSH COMPANY", "THE PEANUT FARM" & all persons & unkown assailants involved....

I was able to lure out/flush out these 'guilty-ones' on this particular night while "flagging" THE BUSH COMPANY...on the sidewalk near the entrance to the BUSH CO (wearing the S.I.G.N. : CALLING OUT...MAYOR BEGICH &... MURKOWSKI...NEWS MEDIA...WHERE 'R' THEE) a gang force attack was launched on me involving many individuals and both businesses....

Where-in : the very minute I arrived on sidewalk they started sending men out at me...one approached my right front (keeping distance) 2 more immediately out to my left front (in my face trying to start shit - incite me to violence etc.) another man out now to my far right front and another coming in behind me...(tried to sneak in behind me with - like a 2x4, 2x3)...I saw him moving in behind me, looked back @ him & said howdy... stayyed my position - was actually in the middle of singing a song when they unleashed their assault plans on me...and this was one JOE had to LET play out...I didn't dare defend myself because they had it all staged to take me out ... their plans are usually dsigned to pressure pop me...get me to snap & start killing/hurting people ... then they have their "GANGSTER SQUAD" on the police force ready to dispatch from around the corner just a quick "cell phone call" away to come in & 'take me out' that day...

However, JOE is way too smart for all their stupid shit, so their plans backfired...I never flinched, didn't pressure pop & snap like they wanted....so, while singing the song for one man whom supposedly wanted to hear it...They unleashed their gang force "rat pack" assault scenario on me...Afterwards, the guilty ones "bugged out"...I got back up saying "Damn, that felt good - may I have another please?" Bloody & disheveled now, my S.I.G.N. ripped & bloody and they actually were going to bring more violence to me...I decided to let it ride...told them all JESUS CHRIST you guys are all busted & in BIG, BIG TROUBLE...I'll go over to PEANUT FARM CORNER & wait for Police Man there...to come & collect evidence/investigate scene etc... So here I am, bloody as shit on Peanut Farm corner.. "Where's the policeman now?"...

JOE barely even steps out on the street with a sign and these bastards are sicking GANGSTER SQUADS of Police on me...all over the frickin place & they respond withing seconds against me whenever any ole anonymous caller rings em... Here I am, violently attacked by all these, bloody and shit...no policeman in sight....one does come by (finally) but just drives on by and keeps going....So I'm waiting for POLICEMAN, come collect evidence, arrest the guilty etc...and then out comes a couple 'goons' from the Peanut Farm to start disrespectin' JOE trying to tell me I have to go, can't be here Bar's closing & they want to start threatening me, gonna sick the cops on me...Dude, I'm on the sidewalk...waiting for police to do their job...these guys just wont flippin stop attackin on me...So I end up driving my truck to the Holiday Station Store Tudor/Old Seward and phone in report to police from there...

Responding Officer Foraker and another finally arrive to investigate/take report....they take pictures of me all bloodied/statement etc...but by now the Bar is closed & everyone around has gone...so when they go to investigate...there is nothing/nobody there...What has been done SINCE THEN?? They sure don't come talk to JOE...nobody fixing anything ... have police even investigated, done any interrogations, any ARRESTS MADE... ha ha ha YOU ARE ALL IN BIG, BIG TOUBLE... LOVIN TO BURST YOUR BUBBLE. IMPORTANT INSERT - Wednesday, January 24, 2007 ...

...we have since contacted A.P.D. & Ofc Foralker on numerous occassions requesting police reports and photographs taken of me by A.P.D. after the attack (this is crucial evidence) these photos are extremely graphic showing clearly the bloodshed and violence of this attack on me that night --- and, guess what ... we have been ignored by the Anchorage Police Department. Not once have they returned my phone calls nor provided us the police report and evidence/information requested. We will post these photos here for you as soon as we receive them.

14. Incident Report ..646 (which really should be a Felony Theft case number)...filed 10-13-05...Stolen S.I.G.N. : "SUM = GLTY! CHRGD 'R'"...(see view my pics)...Officers Keys / Cameron & another (especially Cameron and the other totally discriminated against JOE & DISRESPECTED ME BAD!) They took more than 2 hours to respond to my theft report call & violated me in a number of ways when they did finally arrive. This sign was a critical Communications Broadcast Sign...I had a lot of hours into building this sign...@ time of theft it was far more complete than in the "view my pics" so more information was on it when stolen...theft occured ~9pm timeframe from Tesoro 2 Go Mart N.Lts/A st...possible suspect 2 White Males in 4wd Truck license plate ESD901...scenario: I was "flagging" Barnes & Noble @ corner N.lts / A st when 2 guys in truck ESD901 drove by screaming obscenities at me, verbally assaulting me - calling me "Dickhead" etc../Discriminating against me & what not on their "drive by"...they pulled in to the Tesoro afterwards...I figured a good time for coffee fill so I walked over, see if these guys might want to talk some smack like that in person, to my face...out of their vehicle...you follow me...The passenger was in truck, driver in store...I folded up sign & put it behind trash can outside entrance...as I was making coffee, I looked and sign was there...driver was at register, I went to register after the driver completed his transaction...niether passenger nor driver would even look @ me / make eye contact with me...driver exited store...I completed transaction at register and in just that short bit of time with my back turned...sign was gone & so too were the guys in the truck. What has Officer Cameron done on this case...nothing probably...they failed to obtain video securtiy from store...tried to say they don't have any for outside the store ... Basically in a nutshell the officers responding to this call are guilty of discrimation against me, disrespecting me (which is a discrimination) no matter what they base their behavior/actions on ... any way you slice it ...DISCRIMINATION ... AND DISCRIMINATION IS A CRIME...because then, in closing, the officers all of a sudden wanted to talk about "Trespassing" me ... and stupid shit ... when I'm the one under constant attack...in fact the "Trespass Attack" is one of many different forms and tactics used to attack me...all part of the "hit" on me...they keep attacking, keep setting traps...keep pushing me past the "breaking point" so as to speak... 15. Case ..05-50200...filed (I don't have date right now, will update later) ...Assault with Paintball guns...charges against UNKNOWN ASSAILANTS (2 or more white guys) in late model Chevy 4x4 truck white...They did a DRIVE BY SHOOTING on me and dogs while we were sitting in truck @ Sams Club lot at Old Seward / Dimond...late evening (winter) their license plate was covered by snow ... possible Alaska plate (chilkoot pass style) I at first was instantly on them in pursuit...but I let them go & decided to call local police make report...Officer McCully responded & met me @ S.E. Corner lot Dimond Old Seward where he took report...Did any of the police follow up on this...did they obtain any video security from Sams Club, Taco Bell (because the guys in truck just came out of Drive thru line @ McDonalds or Taco Bell) all of those have that entire parking lot COVERED with surveillance cameras...did police secure anyting...any arrests made???? I seriously doubt it!

Case ..05-57128...filed (I don't have date right now, will update later) ...DEATH THREAT...note was placed under the passenger windshield wiper on my truck at Sams Club lot while I was on the street working...it was pencil written on the back side of a business card from a Kenai photography studio. I secured the evidence, called police & waited for them to respond. Not like I really care about a threat to do that which so many have already tried to do - so many times now all over the state - but...let's call local police and put them to the test...give them another little "project" to work on. I believe it was again Officer McCulley and another that responded...and they did so fairly quickly this time - which surprised me. I turned the evidence over to them & made statement...

The note said:

"YOU HAVE YOUR HEALTH
YOU HAVE YOUR BRAIN
YOU LOST YOUR FAMILY
MOVE ON DUMBSHIT
MOVE ON WITH YOUR LIFE
TIME IS WAISTING AWAY
MOVE ON DUMBSHIT
I WILL KILL YOU IF YOU DON'T" ... something to that effect.

Now, did police secure any video from any of the Sams Club or others....I HIGHLY DOUBT IT!!!...What is the STATUS on this and all these other cases????? Hmmmmmmm?? I wonder......ON WITH THE LIST

17. Case ..05-59171...filed 12-25-05...Assault / Robbery of me Christmas night ~ 11:15 pm in parking lot by GALLOS / Sams Club...charges against 4 or more white males in mid 80's era S10 Blazer possible plate = ? CVA146 ? ...this was the first group of this style of attack we were able to "lure out"...

This little gang of what seemed to be underage guys pulled up to me as I was organizing some stuff in the back of "Ghetto Motorhome"...they engaged me in conversation ... asking me if I would go buy alcohol for them (which by the way ... there have only been hundreds of "undercover minors" sent at JOE to try to trap me up, set me up, etc...constantly I am bombarded with these every where I go....buy us cigs/alcohol etc...I TELL THEM ALL NO - besides I am far too AWARE)...

As I tell them "no, JOE won't do that, we are conducting a major international criminal investigation - the police & internal affairs are under investigation, they play like (pretend to be) interested in the investigation and want to know more...as I communicate with them;  I'm at passenger door occupants inside vehicle...they wait until I get close enough then they "snatched the cash & punched the gas" which is one of the puposes of the money in the "gift locker" - it's the bait for exactly that...well they took the bait & tried to peel out / drive away...except I grabbed ahold of passenger door (window was down), held on & was about to pull myself into the vehicle & exercise my right of self defense (thus likely killing all 4 or 5 guys inside the rig, rig crash into light pole or some shit like that & I get my money & hat back.....thank you very much).

Well it was Christmas & dead men can't talk so as I held on - them racing away gaining speed dragging me....I debated to kill them or let them run...I decided to let them run ... ALTHOUGH I'M NOT VERY HAPPY ABOUT IT!...they only got $27, but they got my hat which was a special hat given to me by this 12 year old girl & I had been wearing that hat for a year or more...but the scene was heating up to serious violence because they had gained quite a bit of speed now and they had all been punching the shit out of me (my head) trying to keep me from gaining entry into the vehicle....

I decided to let them go & call report in to local police. So at this point I let go of vehicle - probable speed 30 mph or more now - and they drove off...there were people that saw this go down....PLUS...I wonder...did police secure any video from the businesses that have cameras all over that parking lot.. I FUCKING DOUBT IT.....YEAH POLICE...YOU'RE IN BIG TROUBLE!!

A.P.D. Officer S. Keating responded when I called in the report and another officer may have been McCulley as well... Notification Insert Wednesday, January 24, 2007 : We have since obtained confimation and concrete evidence on the Assailants and the vehicle License plate # CVA146. We have called A.P.D. & Ofc Keating on numerous occassions to relay this information and evidence to local authorities for them to "MAKE THE ARRESTS" and, guess what ... they have not returned my calls - even after leaving numerous msgs on Ofc Keatings voice mail as well.

Below are pictures of : "THE GUILTY" and the vehicle they used in the attack! We also have witnesses in addition to concrete evidence for their arrest and prosecution! This is the driver (Dale - aka "Dally") and the vehicle used in the attack - possibly belonging to his father.

 

These are photos of some of the other suspects, assailants, passengers in the vehicle or ones that may have knowledge about the rest of the guilty ones involved in the attack 12-25-05.
