It's a cooler than usual Sunday afternoon here in the glorious state of Colorado.  Mid-seventies is the prediction.
Did I ever tell you that we are actually in the Southwest sun belt.  The sun shines 300+ days a year here whether it's warm or cold.  Yes it's a glorious state.  That's why I have stuck around for the past 29 years on and off.  All the weather that you see on the news is just that news.  When it snows it pours, but because of the high altitude and the sun factor it doesn't stick around long.
There are also many entry level jobs available here for English speaking educated individuals.  The unfilled rate is extremely high at the moment.
In the McJob's sector it's running about 70%, in the better job sector I am not too sure.  If you are in the construction trades their are several large construction projects that need union workers.  One of them a power plant is expected to last 10 years.
The availability of housing is tremendous.  However the rents are a little more higher than the national average.  But hey when you are getting $14.00 an hour to start and you have a possible two income family it becomes affordable.
Now the reason I am selling my state is the fact that we have collected enough signatures to get the possession of marijuana on the ballot this November Now we need your votes!.
I always have said that the more the merrier at the "tea party."
Please come join our party!
Peace through agriculture,
Wayward
Bill
