Cholesterol Contest
- from Hal A. Huggins DDS, MS

There are many fallacies about cholesterol in advertising, general conversation, and even in medical diagnoses. Much of this is due to untruth in advertising. We have compiled a questionnaire regarding some of the basic truths about cholesterol, and are interested in seeing how many people are aware of the truth versus how many have bought into what is "common knowledge".

We have spent 3 months creating an extremely large database referencing the medical and scientific literature regarding cholesterol. If there is enough interest we will convert this to a DVD on the actual biochemical reactions and purposes of cholesterol. The following questionnaire is to be used as a survey to see where its application would be of the most value.

To encourage you to help me, we are offering a contest for those willing to download the questionnaire and mail it to us. At this time, we cannot set it up for you to answer on the web. Sorry.

First prize ---- USD $250
Second prize ---- USD $150
Third prize ---- USD $100

How close are your thoughts to the truth? The closer you are to actual knowledge - based on legitimate scientific research, not advertisements, the better your chances of winning $250.

Thank you for your consideration.
