5. HUMOR—Here are two morsels of raw foods comedy we couldn’t resist:

We saw this Robert Mankoff cartoon in The New Yorker and thought it was great!  A man in a business suit stands beside a guy sitting at a desk. The standing man is looking at three picture frames on the desk, the type office workers use to display photos of family members. But these frames contain pictures of a bunch of grapes, two apples, and three bananas. The guy sitting at the desk looks up at the visitor and says: "I love fruit." 

On Halloween, TV funnyman Craig Ferguson appeared on his talk show dressed as a banana. He said when he was a boy, his mother was always telling him he would turn into a banana if he kept eating so many of them. (If that’s the case, he must have eaten a lot of jokes, too!)
