Ingredients:

  • 100g of Aloe Vera - diced (remove skin first!!)
  • 2 table spoon rice
  • 100g pork or chicken
  • 2 mushrooms
  • some green onion

How to prepare:

1. Chop the pork into small pieces.
2. Rinse the mushrooms for one hour. Dry up and remove the stem, cut into slices.
3. Wash the rice, rinse in clear water for one hour (soften rice is easier to make into porridge, water should cover the rice surface).
4. Add in sufficient water, cook in small pot. Add in rice, rice water, pork pieces and mushrooms, cook with small heat until become porridge.
5. Add in aloe vera and salt, cook until boiled, then add in green onion.

Ingredients:

  • 150g of Aloe Vera - diced (Remember to remove the skin!)
  • chicken (about 800g)
  • 20 dried longan
  • 10 red dates
  • 1 old ginger


How to prepare:

1. Wash the chicken, scald with boiled water.
2. Wash the dried longan, red dates and ginger.
3. Put all ingredients into clay pot, add in water until 80% full, stew with slow heat for 2 hours.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large slice of Aloe vera- diced (remember to remvoe the skin!)
  • 2 bowls of white rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 scallops
  • 2 bamboo shoots
  • Seasoning: salt, pepper mint and sesame (1/4 teaspoon each)

How to prepare:

1. Rinse the scallop, dry up and cut into slices.
2. Stir the egg and add some salt.
3. Boil the bamboo shoot in hot water for 1 minute, dry up and cut into cubes.
4. Add 2 table spoon of oil into wok, add heat, put in the egg white, stir with chopsticks until become small pieces, add in the rice,
aloe vera,  scallop, bamboo shoot and seasonings, fry for 2 minutes.

Served hot!

Ingredients:

  • 1 large slice of Aloe vera
  • 250g minced pork
  • 300g wonton skin
  • 2 bowls of soup

How to prepare:

1. Remove skin & cut the aloe vera into small cubes, mix evenly with minced pork, to be used as stuffing.

2. Put sufficient stuffing into the middle of wonton skin, fold into triangle, then fold forward to half of the triangle, moisten the sides with some water and stick inwards.

3. Boil the soup, put in wantan and cook until it floats, cook for another half a minute.


Serve hot on its own or add rice noodles!

Note : You can also substitute pork with shrimps .

Ingredients::

  • 100g or 1 slice of Aloe vera
  • 300g fresh shrimps
  • 200g celery
  • 3 glasses of water
  • 2 slices of ginger
  • Seasoning 1: 3 glasses of water, 2 teaspoon salt
  • Seasoning 2: 1/4 teaspoon salt, sesame oil
  • Seasoning 3: 2 teaspoon wine, 2 table spoon water, corn flour, salt, pepper, sugar and sesame oil 1/3 teaspoon each, 2 slices of ginger

How to prepare:

1. Cut the celery and add in Seasoning 1 into wok, cook with medium heat for 2 minutes, keep dry.

2. Get another wok and add in 3 glasses of water, 2 slices of ginger, add in fresh shrimps and cook, then mix with Seasoning 2.

3. Put 1 table spoon oil into wok, add in ginger of Seasoning 3 to fry, add in shrimps,
aloe vera and celery to fry, after that mix with Seasoning 3.
