Special Considerations: Low Carb

INGREDIENTS:
1- egg
1- cup of sugar
1-cup of Peanut Butter (creamy or crunchy)
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all 3 ingredients together well
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto non-stick foil covered cookie sheet and gently press down with fork in a crisscross fashion with a fork.
Bake at 350 for about 7 minutes.
Makes appx. two dozen. 
This recipe does not call for flour and they're delicious!!!........Enjoy!
