The Book I'm Reading : Women in the World Religions By Arvind Sharma
 
I found this book by chance in a cardbox in front of my porche (I know, there is no coincidence!).
It's explaining role of women in world religions.The book explains essentially that women helped starting religions and then lost their influence for man-driven societies.

Here is the "feel good" post...name something polluting that you did NOT do today -that you usually or often do, of course! Don't tell me "I did not drive a helicopter" if you never do!
Ok I'll start:
Today I DID NOT take my car
Today I DID NOT use shampoo in plastic bottle to wash my hair
Today I DID NOT take the plastic fork/knife to eat my to-go food

Technology enables constant connection, yet at the same time it turns us distant. The information revolution can not change our innate nature, even though most techie friends of ours would prefer to be left to their own social devices.
