I am a long time member of Care2. I am deeply disturbed and frankly appalled that Care2 accepted a paid ad from the "Elect Scott Brown to US Senate Campaign". Scott Brown stands against most everything that I thought Care2 stood for.

This is Ted Kennedy's seat after all, who worked so hard for equal rights, education, social justice, environment and fought hard for the average person. Scott Brown is the exact opposite. If Care2 is that desperate for money, what is next ?

As you can see from his own website:
Scott Brown is against universal health care, doesn't believe in a woman's right to choose, is against  civil rights for same sex couples (going so far as having some non-profit make inflammatory phone polls to get people to vote for him - if you believe marriage is between a man or woman, say you will vote for scott brown), is pro big business, is opposed to a national cap and trade program for carbon emissions, stop further stimulus plans, wants hard-line controls on illegal immigrants, believes in the death penalty, does not believe in negotiation with Iran, and will not give a stance on Afghanistan. 

I am not so sure that Care2 is a community I want to share in if this is where they get their support.
