Breed Gender:  Female

Crate:  Amy comes equipped with her own crate

Leash/collar:  Amy comes with a harness and leash

House Trained:  Yes she is housetrained

Crate Trained:  Yes

Health Certificate:  Yes

Vaccinations and Shots:  All vaccinations are current and up to date

Known Medical Problems:  Amy has only one known medical problem.  She is completely blind.

Known Behavior Problems:  I have not had any problems with her.

Other Comments:  Amy has never shown any aggression.  She is a cuddler and loves to kiss.  IT IS IMPORTANT THAT ANYONE HANDLING AMY REALIZES SHE IS BLIND AND TALKS TO HER WHILE EXERCISING OR POTTY BREAKS.  SHE DEPENDS WHOLELY ON HER SENSE OF SMELL AND HEARING.  SHE NEEDS HELP CLIMBING DOWN, BUT IS ABLE TO CLIMB UP IF SHE KNOWS SHE NEEDS TO.

Thanks!  Hilda Schultz
