Throughout the month of November, McDonald’s restaurants invite customers to participate in World Children’s Day fundraising efforts. Restaurants contribute a portion of select product sales and others offer a $1 Give a Hand to Ronald McDonald House Charities paper hand for customers to display their commitment to children around the world. All the money raised will go to help children in need.
For the seventh year, McDonald’s restaurants across the country will celebrate World Children’s Day on November 20th by donating $1 from the sale of select menu items to Ronald McDonald House Charities. In addition, from November 10 -20, customers in the U.S. can support RMHC through the Give A Hand in-restaurant program. For each hand sold at participating McDonald’s restaurants, $1 will go to support RMHC.
Celebrated in more than 100 countries, World Children’s Day at McDonald’s has raised more than $124 million for RMHC and other children’s causes around the world through support from McDonald’s customers, employees, owner/operators, and suppliers.
Visit your nearest McDonald's between Nov. 9th and 20th to Give a Hand for just $1, and give children a chance at happier, healthier lives.
Through its three core programs, Ronald McDonald House', Ronald McDonald Care Mobile', and Ronald McDonald Family Room', as well as its grants and scholarships, Ronald McDonald House Charities works to improve the health and well-being of children in our community.
Your $1 makes a difference. Give a Hand today at your nearest McDonald's, or donate online at rhmc.org
