Bonnie's Sharebook-Each day, a new page in Life 

At one point and time in life, we all need to look at stuff we have.  For heirlooms- like antiques, jewelry, dishes and collectibles, I started to give them away to relatives. Friends are now added to the list. I already downsized a decade ago- but still have a lot of stuff. 
My problem is- I have a big website, and a reasonable volume of essays. I do agonize what to do with these- need to plan while I can. I am copying my website to a flashdrive- but would any relative or friend care? They are not even remotely interested in my writing.


It is easy to say get rid of your  clutter- what others consider clutter can real treasure for the owner.  I have books- some collectibles- I have a massive library of metaphysical books and piano sheet music.   What about photo albums?  Photos in your pc collected over time, travel photos with your loved one- in the end- who really can be bothered with these? Do the younger generation care?

There is so much written about the law of attraction. I like this article- qualifying the energy system at work in the human body. Focused intention really works for me. I call it my goal for the day. Some apply this principle but in the deep recesses of their mind, there is doubt. This negates the power of manifesting. One has to have faith too, and what they wish for is actually reasonable. A very broad topic- thank you for this angle and the info on the energy systems. Believe and go for "it".

Amid the clutter in our minds and demands on our time, it's important to find peace in our lives. It starts with an attitude of gratitude. There is always something in this life to be thankful for at the end of the day.

Thinking of the shortfalls of life clutters your mind. This is a negative energy that can get magnified and open you to its power. Don't  let it gain momentum. Troubled minds have a bad habit of  magnifying issues,  rehashing the unpleasant and dwelling on the negative.
