Hi all.

I started a petition intended for Attorney General Troy King in Alabama. My husband and I are being prosecuted as "drug traffickers" due to a plant that grew in our backyard. There was never any intent to sell, it's only based on the weight of the plant. It was huge!

The local DA's office has already spent more than 200 hours working on our case and we haven't even gone to trial yet. This is a blatant waste of taxpayers money in that there was ZERO impact on the community. No harm was done, and no harm was GOING to be done.

Please help send a message that we will no longer tolerate the wasting of precious resources going after peaceful people of God. They are actually trying to put us in prison for 10 years! Can you imagine?

Thanks in advance for signing. Our next court date is April 22, when our motion to dismiss will be heard. Pray for victory as we remain strong in Christ.

I am a registered nurse and minister of the Gospel. I practice organic gardening and am learning about the medicinal uses of plants. I plan to get my master's as a Nurse Pracitioner and use my knowledge of plants and nursing together to spearhead our healing ministry.

God gave us all the plants and told us to use them. And why would a God who loves us send us somewhere where everything we needed to be healthy wouldn't be there waiting for us? So I believe that man has a naturally symbiotic relationship with plants. Plants "complete us." The only trick is figuring out which plant. That's where our ministry would come in. But I digress...

If you don't know, my husband and I just spent 22 days in jail because we "peed dirty" for cannabis. We are currently being charged with drug trafficking by the state of Alabama. We are ministers of God who use the Holy Anointing oil of Moses, which contains cannabis. We also believe that cannabis was the burning bush of Moses, as well as the many references in the bible about holy smoke, cloud of the tent, etc. In fact, frank-incense is HASH! I want to be the one in the church who carries the incense around from now on!

Oohhh, where'd that come from? Anyway, I experienced some real miracles while I was in jail, and some of the stories we can tell!!!! Don't get me wrong, jail is no picnic and having a loved one locked away caused much stress for our families, but what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, right? So I think my gift for enduring all that was the ability to teach. I spent a lot of time with other women incarcerated because of the War on Drugs while I was in the pokey. When the punishment for drugs is worse than the effect of using the drug itself, there is something seriously wrong in this country.

And Bruce, my husband, finally was pried away from his computer (he's a web designer), long enough to read God's Word on a daily basis. This was such a blessing, in that he was finally able to learn more about what the two of us are here to do. Read 1 Corinthians, it blew our minds!

After 6 days, we were able to communicate with each other enough to write letters twice a day. We have all those letters and will be publishing those as well.

So keep checking out our website, http://GreenEarthMinistries.org
I'll be seein' ya' there!

Reverend David Cook of the Nevada THC Ministry is facing drug charges for using his sacrament. We must, once and for all, put an end to religious discrimination in this country. It doesn't matter if you believe in his religion or not. All that matters is that we stand together to end this persecution for not having a "government approved" religion.

Today, we have the opportunity to change the way people think and the way our government treats Cannabis users. The Constitutions of the United Nations, the United States and the State of Nevada are quite clear on our religious rights and freedom, however the courts and law enforcement are still sadly ignorant.

Please sign the petition and leave a comment here.

Please read and sign the petition for Reverend David Cook of the THC Ministry Nevada. He is facing drug charges for using his sacrament. Freedom of religion is protected by the First Amendment of the Constitution.....even if your religion isn't "government approved." Let's tell the Attorney General of Nevada what we really think about all this drug war nonsense.

Please find the petition here http://www.thepetitionsite.com/1/alert-deadline-ends-soon-help-keep-minister-of-god-our-of-prison

Thanks in advance!

The FDA is trying to outlaw natural medicine!

This is very timely! Please stop what you are doing and respond to this right now!!!

I know it's a long article, but once you start reading, you won't want to stop! It's just pure craziness what the FDA is trying to pull!

Please follow through on this!

If you only pick one letter to write this congressional session, this is the one to write! It's just too darned important to let this one slip right through our fingers.

PLEASE HELP!!! This is really bad voodoo! We have to stop this!
