Hi all.

I started a petition intended for Attorney General Troy King in Alabama. My husband and I are being prosecuted as "drug traffickers" due to a plant that grew in our backyard. There was never any intent to sell, it's only based on the weight of the plant. It was huge!

The local DA's office has already spent more than 200 hours working on our case and we haven't even gone to trial yet. This is a blatant waste of taxpayers money in that there was ZERO impact on the community. No harm was done, and no harm was GOING to be done.

Please help send a message that we will no longer tolerate the wasting of precious resources going after peaceful people of God. They are actually trying to put us in prison for 10 years! Can you imagine?

Thanks in advance for signing. Our next court date is April 22, when our motion to dismiss will be heard. Pray for victory as we remain strong in Christ.
