In Sanskrit and in all Indian languages the word for happiness is SUKHA. Opposite of this condition is DUKHHA. If you look at it etymologically SU means good and KHA means AKASH. AKASH is more than sky. Thus happiness simply means good atmosphere. Happiness is a state of the mind. So you purify the atmosphere and you become automatically happy. How to do this is told in ancient science of AYURVEDA. Bhagwan Jesus says, “Be ye transformed by the renewal of the mind.” By purifying the atmosphere as a material aid your mind becomes totally full of LOVE and you automatically react in the spirit of ‘ love thy neighbour as thyself’. Bhagwan Krishna says, “Mind is the instrument of your bondage. Turn it into an instrument of liberation.” Here are again we are told to transform the mind for happy journey on Earth. Bhagwan Buddha says, “Desire is the cause of your cycle of birth and death.” This means eradicate desire and go into state of ‘Not my will but thy will be done’ and you will become happy. Bhagwan Mohammad says, “The Lord regards not the prayer in which the heart does not accompany the body.” “Verily, your actions will be brought back to you, as if you yourself were the creator of your punishments.” “Assist any that be oppressed whether Muslim or not.” All the above can come about only by transformation of the mind. Famous author of the book ‘Rights of Man’ H.G. Wells, wrote to several world leaders what should be the rights of man. Mahatma Gandhi replied, we should first think of duties of man and rights of man will occur by themselves. This is again transformation of the mind. We live in extremely polluted conditions of the planet with acid rain, ozone holes, and toxins coming from the earth, toxic gases in the air we breathe. All these affect the mind. All these affect the soil, water, sub-soil water. If acid rain falls on top soil of Earth for three years all soil will become acidic and nothing will grow. Scientists have no solution for this. We have a solution. It has been tested on thousands of acres of land by the agronomical engineers belonging to the Office of the President of the Republic of Peru, South America. A farm in Austria proved that radioactivity can be negated by this Ayurvedic method. If atmosphere is purified, automatically mind becomes full of love. Mind is too subtle to deal with. However we know prana and mind are like two sides of the same coin. Prana can be manipulated through breath. Purified atmosphere – purified breath – purified prana – purified mind – leading to what Bhagwan Jesus said, “Love thy neighbor as thyself.” Science given through Vedas paves the way to KINGDOM OF HEAVEN ON EARTH.
