Thank you so much for your loyal support. I have some exciting news for you. Not only have we created three more powerful films (The Elephant Lady - Rising Above the Wave - America's #1 Terrorist) but this winter I (Tim Gorski) am on a mission to Antarctica with the Sea Shepherd to engage, disrupt, and document the illegal pirate whaling operations.
This winter the Japanese will attempt to hunt down and slaughter one thousand protected and endangered whales in direct violation of international laws. My job is to work closely with Sea Shepherd captain and crew as co-producer, director, and editor of a documentary that will make "Deadliest Catch" seem like "The Mickey Mouse Club." Real people taking real risks for real reasons is the theme of this voyage. Check out National Geographic's story on last year's campaign. But hold on to your hats, it's intense.
Now here's what we need from you (you knew there was a catch). We greatly overextended our finances during our Hurricane rescue efforts. In order to bring this program to the widest possible audience in the highest quality we must purchase new equipment.
We survive on your support alone and we need it now. We must raise $10,000 before the Sea Shepherd sets sail in December. With that small investment we can shoot on new HD cameras, capture highest quality audio, and actually edit on board. This winter the world will know the truth as they watch the Antarctic whale wars. And you will see the direct results of your generous contribution.
Why donate to a huge corporation with way too much overhead when our funds go directly to productions and campaigns? We have no paid employees, only volunteers. So click the paypal link now (it's on the right). With a donation of $500 or more we will include you in the production credits and with a donation of $5000 or more we will include you as associate producer. Thank you again on behalf of RTC and the animals we serve to protect.
Warm regards,
