This particular pound has a 74% euthanasia rate... If you know anyone that can help, please crosspost this.

will find the available pets at Clay Animal Control as of 12 pm this
afternoon 3/29/08. Quite a few animals were euthanized this week and we
are in dire need of assistance to rescue these guys. Please look at the

Water is a 9 yr old senior who is wonderful with other cats, dogs, and all types of commotion. He loves getting right into the thick of things hence his name, Water. You see, we wash the dog bowls where Water "lives" and he "helps" out by constantly lapping at the running water pouring out of the kitchen faucet. A true gentleman worthy of a new lease on life during his golden years.









To adopt/rescue a kitty from Darlington it only costs $40.  This includes the cost for spay/neuter, FIV/FeLV test, first distemper vaccination.  This shelter is VERY rescue friendly.  If you can help Water, please email Bridget - her email address is below.  Water has been at the shelter for a long time now and would love to finally go home!
