I'm looking forward to learning about peoples favorite blends. I am a massage therapist, and I need to be re-awakened to my profession. I'll be seeing clients out of my home soon, and would like to offer them a selection of blends to choose from. My favorite healing smell is lavender/rosemary. I also love birch/juniper.
Hello to all the healing women of the planet! I'm so happy to find this site. this gives me great joy to know women can connect and share safely here. I am a mother, sister, wife and massage therapist. I find it hard to connect with women, and sustain a healthy friendship. I have a few friends at least I feel free to share things with. I am a good listener, and I think I give good advice.
I'm having a gathering at my house on Saturday. (Husband is away)
Does anyone have ideas on how I can make it magical, for about 4 other women)
I was thinking we can share stories, recipes, poems?
I really want to make it fun!!
This group is started 8 years ago out of Brooklyn, New York. Dan is singer songwriter formerly of the "Del Fuegos" , a band I don't know that much about from the 80's. He's considered a rock star for the children, and I've seen his band live three times, and get the chills from the good energy that is created between the band/ audience connection. It's not corny kids music, it's music that is timeless, original, and inspiring. Dan crossed the cultural barrier by including musicians of different ethnic backrounds to make it appealing to a vast audience. I reccomend purchasing "House Party, Family Dance, and a grammy award winning childrens album, "Catch that Train" for all you deadheads out there, Dan does a great song with Bob Weir called Wabash Cannonball. I got turned on to Dan from that noggin channel for pre-schoolers about three years ago. Even when my kids get bigger, I'll find nieces/nephews to take to see Dan.
