Ingredients:
Berry Mixture (Blueberries, Strawberries and Raspberries)
Plain Greek Yogurt
Ground Flax Seed
"Nut" Mixture (Chopped Walnuts, Pecans & Pumpkin Seeds)

Optional: Honey or Agave

Puree the berry mixture and put aside. For added sweetness add a little honey or agave to the berries before you puree. You can make both the berry and "nut" mixture ahead of time. Simply prepare and store in the fridge. Both will keep for several days.

Layer the ingredients in a dish, lunch container or glass. I usually start with the berry mixture, then add the yogurt, followed by a generous sprinkling of flax and then the "nut" mixture and repeat as needed.

Make this on the spot or ahead of time and pack in your lunch, play with the ingredients and amounts and make this your signature snack or even a healthy dessert.

This dish is full of antioxidants, vitamins, omegas and protein. Great for body and brain and that boost of afternoon energy
