There must be a wound!
No one can be this hurt and
                               Not bleed.

How could she injure me so
                               No marks
                               No bruise

Worse!
People say 'My, you are looking well'
..... God help me help me!
        She's mummified me  -
                                   Alive

Why is it that when we get into a relationship, and no matter how bad we're treated in that relationship, we always run after people who treat us like dirt? Why is it that in such relationships we always do whatever the other wants, even though we know that we're giving up everything we are and our happiness? And have you ever wondered that in this kind of a relationship, why is it that we always end up cursing everyone close to us, including our family, when they try to help? What is it about these relationships that make us so selfish? Or is it just bringing out the monster that already existed?

This time my article is for all the friends and families that have to endure endless battles trying to talk sense into their loved ones, but at the same time are always expected to be there when chaos takes over, which believe it or not, tends to happen often. Today's article has no solution and ends with a question. Since this is something that I am as confused about as you are. So mail me back, if you can, and tell me why do we run after people who treat us badly? Remember those times when everything was blissful? When sanity was a way of thinking and not something optional? Then love took over. And for a while things were wonderful. Then came the first fight and like in most relationships this is a part and parcel of understanding each other's differences. But if the fights become more regular and sillier it is then that stupidity starts to reveal itself. Even though such relationships occur with adults often, they happen often when we are in college. And the only reason that I can think of is immaturity. It takes two hands to clap. And when you fight it takes two people to compromise. But when you start to change major things about yourself without the other changing, then it begins to become a habit and soon, all the other will expect from you is change. The reasons then start becoming sillier and sillier. Now, is a lot of you are thinking that you should change, don't, be yourself. But for most of you changing has become so easy, that you've started to believe that you do it in the name of love and nothing that anyone says will change the person you've become. And that in the end will cause you to lose everyone who really cares for you.

So to all these people all I can say is listen! You will see that there are so many who do not ask you to change, simply because you're perfect the way you are.

This is the metro city in which I live. It is a bustling metropolis in the western state of Maharashtra, India and situated on the shores of the Arabian sea. It is the economic capital of India and has a population of nearly 12.5 million.

Album: Glimpse of bustling , wonderful and lively city of MUMBAI
This is the metro city in which I was born, brought up and have lived all through. It is a bustling metropolis in the western state of Maharashtra, India and situated on the shores of the Arabian sea. It is the economic capital of India and has a population of nearly 12.5 million. What I like the most about amchi (my) city is that it is truly lively.
