Men, you are not going to believe what I am about to tell you. I’ve been around the block a few times, so what I am about to tell you is the absolute truth.

In spite of the glass ceilings of some organizations, there are places where there are no limitations. And those places are in private and small businesses.

This isn’t a pitch for my business. It’s a pitch for any business that knows where it’s going and what it wants to achieve.

Who do think outnumbers men in any successful venture?

WOMEN!

Before you guys cross me off your mailing list, take a look around your environment. Look in any Homes for Sale or real estate magazine and look at the pictures. WOMEN. Example: the most successful real estate sales company in Los Altos, California was started by WOMEN. The men in the real estate company they left didn’t want to give them what they asked for, so they left to form their own company and succeeded beyond their wildest dreams. And they even brought in a couple of men.

Should you attend a seminar on how to make money, count the WOMEN. The people I know that are successful and untiring in the development of their respective businesses are: you guessed it, WOMEN. Even in private family owned businesses, there’s the cliché, behind every successful man is a woman.

The signs are everywhere. Even the leads I receive to build my business contain mostly WOMEN. The writing is on every wall, men. Women can make a difference in the success of any business. For example, in Neways International, the company I work with, one of the founders was a woman. The associates in my business are mostly WOMEN. In fact, the first person I sponsored was a nice family oriented woman in Colorado. She went gangbusters and sought out other WOMEN. And I’m looking for more.

But don’t be discouraged, guys, men do very well in this business, too. But if the WOMEN do better than you, you can smile all the way to the bank with this secret. Just don’t tell anyone.

So now, gentlemen, now that you know another secret for success, isn’t it time to get busy? This is a business that both men and women can succeed with. It is a business that lets women experience their full potential. So, seek them out and encourage them, for they possess a gift we would all be so lucky to have.

And ladies, since you already know the secret, isn’t it time for you to get busy, too?
