Whenever you are walking, sitting, playing on your computer, cooking, working in your office etc, you can burn fat and tone your body by moving your stomach inwards and outwards constantly. After doing this for a few days even whilst walking, your stomach will feel already toned and you will get used to walking this way. When you forget to do it, more often than not, you will still walk with your stomach slightly inwards which not only burns calories, but also strengthens the inner organs and moves blood around them to stay healthy. Also, it strengthens the lower back muscles and helps keep the discs in place which gives you a stronger back. So little exercise with so many benefits.
