Hello In there,

I am going to try to introduce myself. (ahem)

I have been "absolutely single for 62 years. I think I made the decision to remain single after surviving the 'sexual revolution' and all the other stuff associated with the '60's and '70's. The fact that my Sister has nine (9!) children might have been a factor. My wandering ways played a part also. But mostly I was not too keen on bringing children into a World that I seemed totally out of wack. And I do know that being single doesn't mean just not reproducing...

I now realize that community has always been more important to me that Romance, although I AM a Romantic person by nature.

Besides, I realize that we are never really alone...

I do hope this makes some sense!
