only the second month into 2007 and already we are being unudated with who is putting a bid in for the president.

i have been receiving email and snail mail along with hearing it from friends of who would make a good president and why.  the gambit runs from a to z as to who will make the better president.

i m already hearing and reading what promises these presidental hopefuls are making and i will admit they are promising a lot. 

the real problem is that these promises are seldom ever kept.  the reason is according to the president is congress is against him for the majority rules. 

sorry, mr or ms president -- it isn't that congress is not against you but you have forgotten your civic lessons from school.  congress makes the rules -- you can only suggest.  i know that you can veto a law but remember that congress can over-rule your veto.

the day that i hear a presidental hopeful make a promise that he will work with congress to pass laws that will benefit this country -- i will support this person even if i m not from his political party. 

until that time:  TAKE A FLYING LEAP OUT OFF THE SPACE STATION INTO THE DEEPEST TRENCH INTO THE OCEAN, PRESIDENT HOPEFUL.
