Anyone Else Having a Problem Redeeming Credits?

I regularly get enough credits to help raise a farm animal humanely. It's my personal pact, and I've done it dozens of times. But today, with enough credits again (they quickly add up each week) I tried, but I keep getting told that I can't.

Does anyone else have this experience today?
