Her God watches now, A vigil as ours;
We pray she makes it through The coming hours.
Dreama; a dear person, More than just a sister,
More than just a friend; I love her tho’ I ain’t never kissed her….

What plaudits could I offer As you would, for such a girl;
Kind in heart, in deed, in honour; A real lady of this ol’ world.
Dreama is my friend, I treasure her.
If she loses this fight I’m gonna miss her.
I mean, she’s got me praying, No-one else got that
(as I’d often tease her).

Wherever she goes, she’ll see us all
And maybe then I’ll get that visit,
Even if holographically!
Don’t forget me Dreama, my sweet….

So, there is a moment in time, Today, pray for Dreama.
She as unique as African snow, Eyes bigger than a lemur
(well, what else rhymes?).

She’s on my wavelength so She will see this as I write,
I won’t get slushy and silly But there is a tear in my eye.
Join me in a vigil, alongside her God And wish her the very very  best.
Dreama has faced such adversity But lives her life for others and with zest

And if she goes I am gonna miss her so. I love that woman with some of my heart.
I admire her. I honour her. I respect her, In my life she’s become a huge part….
Dreama, an earthbound angel, My friend, my ‘sister’, almost a soul-mate;
Her love shines like a beacon of heavenly proportions, will her God wait?

So this is MY eulogy to a dear sweet (ie) friend and it matters little if you know her,
If she goes a light will fade one last time in all our lives and a heavenly choir

Will serenade till eternity comes around again, a smile will adorn the sky.
I love that lady and miss her if her time comes tho’ I always have that smile
She brought to me on countless days and will again on countless others
For her family (Mom Lucy), her friends, her ‘sisters’, her’ brothers’ (and me).

“Dreama, you are so loved. Step out from the darkness that surrounds you, embrace
the joy that heralds you. Reach out and touch my stretching hand, see my face
next to yours and fall into the smile I reserve just for you on this day.
I love you sweetie and my aura is with you in every sweet way….

Take care dear friend and I will, as always, think of you often….
All my love Ron XXXX

Didn't me do well? My list of friends has crept up gradually over the last few months and I am absolutely elated that so many people think enough of me to become my friends.

My group Make A Difference-Smile has reached 1763 members, so for that also, I am elated and very very grateful, it says more about the people that have joined, be they friends or not, than it ever could about me.

The last year has seen ups and downs for me, unfortunately more downs than ups but I remain [somehow] optimistic because of you all, my friends and/or members of one or more of my three C2 groups; from people who have had or made contact through other groups I am a member of, sometimes inactive in but I do endeavour to get around them all eventually.

I had trouble at this time last year over my beautifully gorgeous handsome grandson Cameron now known as "The Smile", mascot for M-A-D-Smile group. I am extremely proud of him and love him to bits. He gives me reason to smile EVERYDAY. I phoned his Mum today and she was cursing [while laughing] because Cameron was making a hell of a noise with his drum kit I, um, bought for him. I know it said 3-5 years on the box but he's learnt to play them already and he's not quite 14 months old. Soon I think he might even play in tune

Last summer we had to have our pet dog Tess euthanized because of ill health. She was 17 and we had her such a long time, she was part of our family and being taken from us hurt like hell.

Then in November my dear Mum, Heather,  passed away after complications caused by Parkinsons which she suffered for five years. My Mum was a very dignified lady and the disease robbed her of that as well as the pain she was suffering/had suffered.

Recently we have lost our cat Scully. He had been quite ill and worse since Tess went, they were best mates and Scully was 12, so that shows how long they were friends. If Kim P. is reading this, well, Kimmie, Satan has gone .

I take solace that both Tess and Scully are being fussed to the extreme limits by my Mum, she loved them both and they always made a fuss of her when she came to the house. Once or twice we took Tess to her house and Mum was always pleased to see Tess and Tess reciprocated in kind, quite zealously tho', ALWAYS careful and aware of Mum's illness. Tess was one clever mutt.

Care2 has been a revelation for me. I had a run-in with one member when I first joined up, over something I had written. I forgave him and it is forgotten but, and because of what Care2 stands for, he couldn't reciprocate, so, c'est la vie as they say someplace or other...

So, 1002 friends. Wow! that is collossal!! I know many other members have as many and more but for me, in what seems a short time, is tremendous. My door is always open, you only have to shout and I'll be there. If I can help, I will endeavour to do so, even if it's just a kind word or something...

I advocate many charitable things, more especially signing petitions and making comments in support, some of which could get me into trouble because I tell the truth; If politicos are listening, they'll have heard me, I tell it like it is...saving people, animals, lands, forests all manner of things, I like to be involved. I don't have much in the way of money to donate as I would like to but I have a voice and when it comes to many things that are wrong in this world, I like to be heard, whether they like it or not...

Right, now a bit of an advertisement for the group "Make A Difference-Smile". It's header is somewhat self-explanatory. We can all make a difference, simply by smiling. A smile will give cause for your own bodily endorphins to rise and animate. Endorphins give a feeling of 'elation'. Smiling at another person will react their's thus making your own action double so you will feel twice as good because you made someone else smile.

This is humanity. We are who we are and we are all brothers and sisters under one sky. We ALL only get this ONE chance at life, it simply ISN'T a rehearsal for something else, this is it! And we have to make the best of what we have or why bother to live at all. It's an old cliche but "love is everything";  Tomorrow is always a  day away, so do today what you may feel like putting off until tomorrow. For tomorrow too, may not come. Smile and make a difference.

To my friends going 'through the mill' asitwere, due to illness, injury or some other of life's obstacles, may your God be with you all and our prayers and thoughts are with you. I must name at least one such friend, Dreama Runyon, luv ya Sweetie...

OK, thank you for listening guys [or reading at least] this novelette. May peace and blessings always be on your path.
Take care
mucho amore
