How alone he must have felt as he slowly died yet, there were people watching! 
The 'artist' told them not to give him food or water & they complied!
What morally sick & ethically diseased human being could take part in this? 
I hope to get the story out and hopefully put some heat on the government officials of Costa Rica & let them know that this cruel behavior is not acceptable!
