Extremists Mark Chryson and Steve Stoll helped launch Palin’s political career in Alaska, and in return had influence over policy. “Her door was open,” says Chryson — and still is.

Oct. 10, 2008 PALMER, Alaska — | On the afternoon of Sept. 24 in downtown Palmer, Alaska, as the sun began to sink behind the snowcapped mountains that flank the picturesque Mat-Su Valley, 51-year-old Mark Chryson sat for an hour on a park bench, reveling in tales of his days as chairman of the Alaska Independence Party. The stocky, gray-haired computer technician waxed nostalgic about quixotic battles to eliminate taxes, support the “traditional family” and secede from the United States.

So long as Alaska remained under the boot of the federal government, said Chryson, the AIP had to stand on guard to stymie a New World Order. He invited a Salon reporter to see a few items inside his pickup truck that were intended for his personal protection. “This here is my attack dog,” he said with a chuckle, handing the reporter an exuberant 8-pound papillon from his passenger seat. “Her name is Suzy.” Then he pulled a 9-millimeter Makarov PM pistol — once the standard-issue sidearm for Soviet cops — out of his glove compartment. “I’ve got enough weaponry to raise a small army in my basement,” he said, clutching the gun in his palm. “Then again, so do most Alaskans.” But Chryson added a message of reassurance to residents of that faraway place some Alaskans call “the 48.” “We want to go our separate ways,” he said, “but we are not going to kill you.”

Though Chryson belongs to a fringe political party, one that advocates the secession of Alaska from the Union, and that organizes with other like-minded secessionist movements from Canada to the Deep South, he is not without peculiar influence in state politics, especially the rise of Sarah Palin. An obscure figure outside of Alaska, Chryson has been a political fixture in the hometown of the Republican vice-presidential nominee for over a decade. During the 1990s, when Chryson directed the AIP, he and another radical right-winger, Steve Stoll, played a quiet but pivotal role in electing Palin as mayor of Wasilla and shaping her political agenda afterward. Both Stoll and Chryson not only contributed to Palin’s campaign financially, they played major behind-the-scenes roles in the Palin camp before, during and after her victory.

Palin backed Chryson as he successfully advanced a host of anti-tax, pro-gun initiatives, including one that altered the state Constitution’s language to better facilitate the formation of anti-government militias. She joined in their vendetta against several local officials they disliked, and listened to their advice about hiring. She attempted to name Stoll, a John Birch Society activist known in the Mat-Su Valley as “Black Helicopter Steve,” to an empty Wasilla City Council seat. “Every time I showed up her door was open,” said Chryson. “And that policy continued when she became governor.”

When Chryson first met Sarah Palin, however, he didn’t really trust her politically. It was the early 1990s, when he was a member of a local libertarian pressure group called SAGE, or Standing Against Government Excess. (SAGE’s founder, Tammy McGraw, was Palin’s birth coach.) Palin was a leader in a pro-sales-tax citizens group called WOW, or Watch Over Wasilla, earning a political credential before her 1992 campaign for City Council. Though he was impressed by her interpersonal skills, Chryson greeted Palin’s election warily, thinking she was too close to the Democrats on the council and too pro-tax.

But soon, Palin and Chryson discovered they could be useful to each other. Palin would be running for mayor, while Chryson was about to take over the chairmanship of the Alaska Independence Party, which at its peak in 1990 had managed to elect a governor.

The AIP was born of the vision of “Old Joe” Vogler, a hard-bitten former gold miner who hated the government of the United States almost as much as he hated wolves and environmentalists. His resentment peaked during the early 1970s when the federal government began installing Alaska’s oil and gas pipeline. Fueled by raw rage — “The United States has made a colony of Alaska,” he told author John McPhee in 1977 — Vogler declared a maverick candidacy for the governorship in 1982. Though he lost, Old Joe became a force to be reckoned with, as well as a constant source of amusement for Alaska’s political class. During a gubernatorial debate in 1982, Vogler proposed using nuclear weapons to obliterate the glaciers blocking roadways to Juneau. “There’s gold under there!” he exclaimed.

Vogler made another failed run for the governor’s mansion in 1986. But the AIP’s fortunes shifted suddenly four years later when Vogler convinced Richard Nixon’s former interior secretary, Wally Hickel, to run for governor under his party’s banner. Hickel coasted to victory, outflanking a moderate Republican and a centrist Democrat. An archconservative Republican running under the AIP candidate, Jack Coghill, was elected lieutenant governor.

Hickel’s subsequent failure as governor to press for a vote on Alaskan independence rankled Old Joe. With sponsorship from the Islamic Republic of Iran, Vogler was scheduled to present his case for Alaskan secession before the United Nations General Assembly in the late spring of 1993. But before he could, Old Joe’s long, strange political career ended tragically that May when he was murdered by a fellow secessionist.

Hickel rejoined the Republican Party the year after Vogler’s death and didn’t run for reelection. Lt. Gov. Coghill’s campaign to succeed him as the AIP candidate for governor ended in disaster; he peeled away just enough votes from the Republican, Jim Campbell, to throw the gubernatorial election to Democrat Tony Knowles.

Despite the disaster, Coghill hung on as AIP chairman for three more years. When he was asked to resign in 1997, Mark Chryson replaced him. Chryson pursued a dual policy of cozying up to secessionist and right-wing groups in Alaska and elsewhere while also attempting to replicate the AIP’s success with Hickel in infiltrating the mainstream.

Unlike some radical right-wingers, Chryson doesn’t put forward his ideas freighted with anger or paranoia. And in a state where defense of gun and property rights often takes on a real religious fervor, Chryson was able to present himself as a typical Alaskan.

He rose through party ranks by reducing the AIP’s platform to a single page that “90 percent of Alaskans could agree with.” This meant scrubbing the old platform of what Chryson called “racist language” while accommodating the state’s growing Christian right movement by emphasizing the AIP’s commitment to the “traditional family.”

“The AIP is very family-oriented,” Chryson explained. “We’re for the traditional family — daddy, mommy, kids — because we all know that it was Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve. And we don’t care if Heather has two mommies. That’s not a traditional family.”

Chryson further streamlined the AIP’s platform by softening its secessionist language. Instead of calling for immediate separation from the United States, the platform now demands a vote on independence.

Yet Chryson maintains that his party remains committed to full independence. “The Alaskan Independence Party has got links to almost every independence-minded movement in the world,” Chryson exclaimed. “And Alaska is not the only place that’s about separation. There’s at least 30 different states that are talking about some type of separation from the United States.”

Say Yes to Our Children, No to Privatization

There is an ever-present injustice in the kitchens and halls of our public schools. The injustice is called outsourcing and ARAMARK and ServiceMaster are two of its most heinous purveyors.

ARAMARK and ServiceMaster both began their respective contracts with Houston Independent School District (HISD) under Dr. Rod Paige's Superintendence. ARAMARK was brought in to manage the Food Service Department and ServiceMaster, the Custodial and Maintenance departments of HISD. The two outsourcing agencies both have a long history of inequitable treatment of workers and fiscally unsound managerial practices. They have not made their endeavor in HISD an exception to this tradition.

ARAMARK has severely cut our kitchen staff all over HISD and substitute kitchen staff has been eliminated almost completely. When one of the food service attendants is sick, the rest of the employees are forced to make up the work, without getting extra pay. Furthermore, many formerly full-time employees have been cut to four hours a day. Four hours is not enough to support one person, much less a single mother with three children. Do you want your tax dollars spent on paying people so little that they are forced to work two jobs?

They have also affected the quality and quantity of the food that your children eat. Before ARAMARK was in place in HISD, the children were served a whole apple as part of their lunch; they are now served only half of one. Prior to ARAMARK, they were served the whole head of broccoli, now only the stems. Before ARAMARK they were served a variety of entrees, including many that were prepared and cooked in the school kitchen. Now most of the food comes pre-prepared and suffers from comparatively poor quality. Because of the diminished quality of the food, participation in school lunches has decreased and-to combat this dwindling participation-many schools have begun serving both pizza and hamburgers twice a week. Wouldn't you like for your children to be offered a variety of quality foods?

They have also begun a program in many low-income schools where the children, most of whom are on free lunch (their meals are funded by the federal government), are served breakfast during class time. Before this program and at other schools the children that want breakfast at school are served before class. At these schools, the children are served in class regardless of whether or not they want the food. The food that is not eaten is thrown away and the district pays ARAMARK whether they eat it or not. This is a flagrant example of a private institution manipulating the system for their profits.

To make matters worse, because the children are served breakfast during class time, time is being taken away from their studies. As stated before, this program is being introduced in schools that have a high ratio of low-income students, those schools that have historically tested lowest in academic performance. Therefore, the students that should be getting more class time are getting less.

Another example of privatization within our schools is the appearance of progressively more vending machines on campus. Some schools even have them in the cafeterias, which is a violation of a regulation set forth by the Federal Department of Agriculture. The children purchase soft drinks or junk food in lieu of healthier alternatives, and again our children's health is sacrificed in the name of corporate profits. The ubiquitous logos on the machines also help to ensure that the new generation will continue to buy their products.

ServiceMaster has engaged in their share of inequities, as well. During the last school year, the custodial and maintenance departments, both managed by ServiceMaster, lost a total of $2.8 million; to offset the loss, they laid off many custodians and maintenance workers alike. Instead of rehiring the devoted employees when more staff was needed for new schools and projects, they brought in outside contractors to fill the positions. Among these contractors is Aztec, who was brought in to fill the custodian positions at two new High Schools, West Side and Cesar Chavez. The district looked past Aztec's policy of not giving their employees a full forty-hour workweek so as to avoid paying health care. Some might find irony in that this inequitable treatment is going on in a school named after Chavez, a union leader and staunch advocate of worker's rights.

ServiceMaster has also taken the responsibility of changing the air conditioner filters away from the maintenance department and given it to the custodial department. Changing the air filters in a large school is a somewhat labor-intensive job and, because the custodians already have a full workload, the task is postponed or, in some cases, never taken care of. Houston has one of the highest rates of asthma in the country and it seems that ServiceMaster is trying to make sure that it stays that way. Not only is this an inequity against the school employees, but this is also a case of profits taking precedence over our children's health.

It is also relevant to point out that neither ARAMARK nor ServiceMaster has fulfilled what they were employed to do. Their respective contracts were first begun as a means to improve the financial status of the district; their contracts were not begun to correct an existing problem. HISD handled these matters internally without any problems before they began outsourcing. As a result of poor budget management, ARAMARK cost HISD $4.5 million over the past two school years and, as mentioned earlier, ServiceMaster cost the district $2.8 million over the past year. Despite the treatment of workers, ARAMARK and ServiceMaster are quite obviously inept in what they were employed to do.

The contracts with ARAMARK and ServiceMaster were begun in 1997 and 1998, respectively. While they are both five-year contracts, they must be renewed yearly, as stipulated by state law. HISD Board Members, who are elected officials, will vote for the renewal or revocation of the contracts. Because of this, we have the ability to discontinue their contracts before the new school year starting in the Fall.

Both ARAMARK and ServiceMaster's contracts were begun with Houston ISD under the administration of Dr. Rod Paige. He has since left his position as HISD Superintendent, to serve as the Secretary of Education under President George W. Bush, and we feel that his legacy of inequity should leave as well.

Both of these corporate menaces have a long track record of inequitable treatment of employees, putting profits before people, and incompetence in budget management. As voting citizens of the city of Houston we CAN make a difference. Send a letter to your Board Member and tell him/her that the contracts with ARAMARK and ServiceMaster must be discontinued. Tell them that the problems of outsourcing far outweigh the benefits. Tell them that you refuse to vote for a Board Member that supports outsourcing. Tell them that you don't want your tax dollars supporting a corporation that thrives on the oppression of the people working in our schools. The practice of using public money for private profit is unacceptable and must be stopped!

Food choices grow inside Pentagon

Beginning early this month, Pentagon employees will begin noticing a change in dining options inside the building, courtesy of the Department of De-fense Concession Committee.

The ARAMARK Corporation, which has provided food services to the Pentagon for 30 years, is being replaced by the Navy Exchange Service Command, that has contracted with several organizations to establish a set of fast food restaurants throughout the building.

The change, said Jeffrey A Keppler, senior food services specialist for the command, will bring a host of brand-name food proprietors to the Pentagon, giving people more choice in what they eat and drink.

"We want to provide the standard for what people can get on the outside," Keppler said, explaining that under the new system employees won't have to leave the building to find their favorite food outlet.

Familiar eateries scheduled to grace the building include McDonalds, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Subway and Sbarro.

Specialty snack shops like Starbucks, Dunkin' Donuts, Au Bon Pain and Baskin Robbins will also be a part of the mix.

Already established regional chains included that don't have a wide Washington presence include Togo's Great Sandwiches and Manchu Wok.

Also in the Pentagon will be a series of in-house restaurants run by Compass Group EUREST, which provided food service at the Winter Olympics and serves the dining needs of such corporate entities as Microsoft and Southwest Airlines.

These in-house restaurants will include The Fresh Grille, Trattoria, Market Carvery, Out Takes and Menutainment.

The last entry is designed for those who like a little flourish with their nourishment. Menutainment will feature chefs whipping up multi-serving portions of stir-fry, pasta, paella and other concoctions in full view of customers.

The wide variety of offerings provides more than just fast food, according to Keppler.

"You'll be able to get fresh salads, meat, potatoes, gravy and green beans," he said.

"We're hoping on picking up a lot of folks who have been brown bagging or going out to lunch," he added.

The new outlets will replace existing cafeterias in the Pentagon.

The Pentagon Dining Room along Corridor 10 will remain open, as well as several snack shops run by the Virginia Department for the Visually Impaired that are in the building.

The new food service vendors have been hiring many ARAMARK employees, so Pentagon workers will still be seeing many of the familiar faces that have greeted them across food counters in the past.

Some cafeterias will continue operating in their current format, with the Navy Exchange taking over management from ARAMARK, until the replacement facility is complete.

Each outlet's pricing will be equivalent to what customers can find at the same outlet inside a 3- to 10-mile radius, Keppler said, adding the restaurants would be setting their own hours of operation.

The restaurants will be set up in several distinct areas in the Pentagon. The largest collection -- including Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Subway, KFC, McDonalds, Market Carvery, Manchu Wok, Togo's, Menutainment, Baskin Robbins, Dunkin' Donuts and Starbucks -- will be located in the Corridor 10 food court.

A second grouping -- Out Takes, Market Carvery, Subway, KFC Express, Trattoria, Menutainment, The Fresh Grille and Au Bon Pain -- will be located in what is called the 234 food court.

This portion of the new food service is scheduled to open first while the rest of the outlets will open gradually throughout the year.

The BC Café, located between the B and C Rings between Corridor 7 and 8, will have a Starbucks and Fresh Grille, both of which will operate 24 hours to better serve nocturnal workers at the Pentagon.

The precise location of other food outlets in the Pentagon restaurants can be determined by accessing the Web site: www.whs.pentagon.mil/foodservice/.

The site is currently under construction, but is expected to be up in the next week or so.

Fairly or unfairly, fast food can sometimes be associated with unhealthy eating.

As a result, the Pentagon's DiLorenzo TriCare Health Clinic's Fit to Win Clinic is sponsoring the course Fast Food Follies to help Pentagon workers make good choices when eating out.

Navy Lt. Kwang Kim, clinic dietician, said Taco Bell had tried introducing low-fat versions of its menu items and Subway had capitalized on a customer who had lost weight consuming its sandwiches.

You can eat healthy at fast food restaurants, he said, "but you have to choose wisely."

Army Sgt. John Rex, who works in the Office of the Deputy Secretary of Defense for Information, Technology and Communications, said he's happy to see familiar brands coming to the Pentagon.

"The food in there is ridiculously overpriced and [soldiers] don't get anything extra for living in a high cost of living area," he said.

Fraud or legitimate pundit... Taylor Marsh biography... Who in the hell is this woman and what does it mean? (NOTE: The saga continues)

A few days ago, I read a confused and silly piece at The Huffington Post by Taylor Marsh.

Taylor Marsh. She's all over the place these days, it seems. She's shown up on TV shows. She's a regular contributor at HuffPo. I see links to her blogs all over the place. I don't think you can call Taylor Marsh one of the great opinion shapers of our time, but she's definitely making an impact in certain circles.

She seems to have a lot of oomph among Hillary supporters. Her blog offers a daily dose of crazed Obama bashing and gets hundreds of comments from Clinton true believers who echo her sentiments as if they were gospel. Compared to little ol' John Brown, Taylor Marsh is BIG TIME.

I've been wondering. Who in the hell IS Taylor Marsh. I decided to find out. Strangely, this talk radio host and published author doesn't have a Wikipedia entry. Although I found several people wondering who she was, I found no bio outside of the one she's provided at HuffPo and the one on her own website. I figured it was time for someone to find out something more than that about Taylor Marsh and/or to collect available information in one place.

I'll be honest with you, though. I wasn't motivated by pure curiosity. I had an ax to grind. Day after day, I find the ramblings of Taylor Marsh and the ass-kissing dittoes of her Hillary-backing fan club more and more irritating. Her remarks are, in my estimation, another sympton of Hillary-induced soul cancer. I think Taylor Marsh sucks.

Thus, I was sort of hoping to find out that Ms. Marsh is a completely unqualified, unimportant, silly hack who just happened to fall into an audience because she decided to pledge an undying allegiance to The Monster during a contentious primary process. Hey, like I said, I had an ax to grind.

Guess what? I did discover that Taylor Marsh fails to meet the Pundit Worthy of Attention Threshhold. She is a wee hack with an audience. She does suck--at least on some level. However, she's also interesting. Believe it or not, I now have an admittedly bizarre newfound respect for her.

The Taylor Marsh story has two parts. First, it cautions us to remember that having a slick blog and a knack for PR doesn't make someone smart, qualified, or credible. Second, it teaches us that anyone can command an audience for his or her opinions. The Taylor Marsh story is about fame for the foolish, attention for the mediocre, and how a kid from Missouri can somehow grow up to be an oft-cited resource among those with an interest in serious matters--even if she might not have any business sharing the stage with serious people.

The Taylor Marsh story is at the intersection of Horatio Alger and Clifford Irving.

It starts with Michelle Marshall.

MICHELLE MARSHALL...

Michelle Marshall was a Missouri girl from a conservative family who entered beauty pageants to earn money for college. She ended up winning the Miss Missouri title in 1974. Even though she didn't take home the big Miss America tiara in Atlantic City, pageant circuit winnings helped her pay her way to Stephens College. Stephens is an all-female college in Columbia, Missouri. Michelle Marshall graduated, receiving a BFA.

She left Columbia (and if you've ever been there, you'd appreciate the decision) and went to New York. Her good looks, grace and talent landed her on a few Broadway stages. For whatever reason, Michelle's Broadway career was brief.

That's where Michelle Marshall vanishes. We don't hear from her again. Michelle Marshall becomes Taylor Marsh.

TAYLOR MARSH IN LA...

Michelle Marshall/Taylor Marsh went to Los Angeles. She found herself acting as a "relationship consultant" for the LA Weekly, a free alternative newspaper. Maybe. Sort of. She claims that experience today, but the details are cloudy. An interview with Marsh indicates that she wrote more political pieces. Marsh herself says she wrote relationship columns, but tried to sneak politics into them until someone in the editorial department made her stop. The interesting part of that comment is that Marsh said her future columns ran with an announcement of ADVERTISEMENT above them. Usually, if your colum is labeled an "advertisement" it's because it's not really a column at all. It's an ad.

Who was running the ad? Who was paying her to write the ad? Was it really an LA Weekly article and they just randomly slapped "advertisement" on top of it? I have no freaking clue. I'm a blogger in Kansas. I'm not Mike Wallace. What I do know is that Judith Proffer (Jablonski) was one of the publishers of LA Weekly. I also know that Proffer would later become a Marsh ally when Taylor decided she should be a radio host. I also believe that Proffer's role at the LA Weekly was concentrated on advertising issues

The role of the NSA regarding 9/11, and ironically also the 9/11 truth 'community', is consequently dismissed and ignored by many '9/11 truthseekers'. Apparently because some particular '9/11 authors' and self appointed '9/11 activist leaders' distracted too much with 'CIA, Cheney and the Pentagon'. It was always clear, why. To also delay or distract from all physical evidence, based on military operations, scripted by the NSA and their private contractors. The NSA, but also the NASA had their eyes not only on the 9/11 "plotline" but also on the "military operation" of 9/11. More closely than any other U.S. Government Agency. The National Security Agency (NSA) has traditionally influenced and been a very early and sophisticated user of the highest performance of commercial computer, storage, and networking systems. That includes also the Internet and the internet "daisy committees" of the NSA. These are unidentified online trolls, which nicknames share different I.P. addresses, though only impostering 'one and the same user'. However this "user", represented with a nickname is also able to post 24/7 on particular discussion boards, apparently without any sleep. The NSA can also basically login and monitor all important databases of the U.S., especially aviation databases. Among them the National Flight Database (NFD). Current data elements included are: Airports and Heliports, Standard Terminal Arrival Procedures (STARs), GPS and RNAV (GP or Runways for airports that have a SIAP coded in the NFD. Would the NSA 'log in' on the morning on Sep11th? Sure they would. That's why they also know, that the BTS database of the FAA already proves, that "AA77" and "AA11" did not exist on the morning of 9/11. The NSA knew all alleged passengers on the morning of Sep11th. They know this faster than the FBI or CIA. They know which plane does exist and which doesn't. They also know in real time, what really happened in NYC, Shanksville and at the Pentagon, because of less stress of 'competence'. In other words, the NSA are important part of the perpetrators who 'did 9/11'. "The CIA did 9/11" is instead distraction language of many "9/11 truthlings", based on a dried out old school meme of the 80s. This meme often also includes other inane 'NWO'-drivel like endless distractions of esoterical traps like "MK-ULTRA" or "drug business", to water down the issue. The 'CIA-talk' often distracts on alleged on-topic 'discussion forums' with other off-topics, which immediately deceive their online members with secondary 'research' or even pseudo-religious agenda, new age cults and other historical sideshows. Often "CIA researchers" find themselves quickly among associates of "TWA800 researchers" or worse: "JFK researchers" or "moonflight hoax debunkers". The strategy is obvious. To distract from Sep11th with either paranoia or "80s conspiracy theories". "The Mossad did it"-meme has a similar strategy, though it clearly distracts with other obvious agendas, often even conflicting each other, which has the same purpose: Divide and Conquer. Right after 9/11, self appointed "Mossad researchers", often end up in debates on historical research from over 2000-3000 years ago, which is even more effective. The 'CIA distraction' also helps to stir a fight between the supporters of the 'mossad distraction' and the 'CIA-NWO' sensationalists, often also accused as "zionists", especially if you deny ANY complicity of the Mossad. But what has 'complicity' to do with the actual performance of the inside operation? Basically the same complicity of the so called '9/11 cover-up' can also be easily constructed with the dutch-, german-, saudi- or pakistani intelligence. The result is an endless debate on whether the one or other agency had more or less participation into 9/11. What almost noone realizes, all these 'complicities' refer in the majority to the plotline, not the military operation. Therefore it doesn't matter if either CIA, BND, MOSSAD, Dutch Intelligence or "Able Danger" "observed" or "impostered" the alleged hijackers. It all represents just the 'lotline' and distracts from the controlled demolition or the so called "controversial" TV fakery research. Another "distraction", not less effective, is the "Bush did it" meme, which helps to distract with post 9/11' -"scandals" of the White House or Pentagon, to keep false hope campaigners or the complete 'anti-war movement' busy. The same "bush did it" meme also automatically triggers other inane 'activist drivel' on prior knowledge red herrings like Jeb or Marvin Bush. That's why also so called leftgatekeepers are still clueless about the real players of many other new 'setups' against their own citizens: Among them In-Q-Tel, Titan Corp., BoozAllen Hamilton, CSC/DynCorp, SAIC and many others. The NSA has their own satellite surveillance trackers, developed by SAIC and other private intelligence contractors. There also was no "Rumsfeld around". Neither a silly "Rove influence", "Cheney" or "Joe Wilson", all carefully designed limited hangout puppets. Truthlings and Gatekeepers apparently watched too many soap operas. If the name isn't known to them, it isn't 'cool' to talk about. That's why more important players of the 9/11 perps never arrived on any '9/11 truth flyer', among them: Douglas Feith, Stephen Cambone, Jay C Davis (ANSER), James Woolsey, Ruth David, James R. Clapper, Duane (Dewey) Clarridge, Andrew W. "Yoda" Marshall, Scott Myers, Eliot Cohen, Christopher Demut, Thomas S. Foley, Charles Holland, David Jeremiah, Michael Ledeen, Norman Podhoretz, Bruce P. Jackson, the Naudet Brothers, the Club of Rome, Raytheon and many others. That's why also the role of the NSA is underrepresented in this 'truth movement', because much closer to the truth than anyone else. That's why cointel-pro still succesfully runs or deceives the biggest 'activist' groups in the 9/11 truth movement. Anyone knows, that the Heritage Foundation runs meetup.com, where most of the 'activists' met in the first time? Obviously the majority doesn't. "Profile producers" are less important than "profile paranoia". When 'Civil Right activists' try to distract with "controversial surveillance facts" on the NSA, they follow a clear script from their leadership groups, itself also infiltrated by government agents or sponsored by right wing think tanks, ironically also often close to the CIA. The same or similar pattern can be also seen in the 'alternative media'. Often cited in this connection: DemocracyNow!, FAIR, Nation, PBS or truthout.org. It not only helps as a gatekeeper distraction from 9/11, it also helps to increase the limited hangout agenda for the political theatre. However the role of the NSA for both 9/11 'lotline' and 'military operation', but also 'disinformation front' and 'surveillance industry' regarding 9/11 'activists' is much more important. It wasn't the CIA, but apparently the NSA with their most advanced high tech, which really was in charge of the so called "9/11 plotline". However the official 'lotline' of 9/11 had nothing to do with the military operation. The 'lotline' of 9/11 helped as most important distraction, even still in 2006. While the 9/11 perpetrators used the CIA as helpful distraction idiots, the NSA knew exactly who observed whom in the 'lotline' and when the 'military operation' would take place: "Tomorrow is Zero hour" (September 10th, 2001) The alleged suspects of 9/11 met next to Fort Meade. Also, it was ex-NSA agent Linda Mills (BEN, who lived in the same city as some of the alleged suspects of 9/11. And BENS helped creating the Tail to Tooth Commission, an important tool for the neocons and PNAC. BENS is located in front of the White House (1717 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington, DC 20570). Chairman Stanley A. Weiss is a member of the Advisory Board of RAND's Center for Middle East Public Policy, a member of the CFRand writes for Journal sentinel. Members of BENS are also: Norman R. Augustine (Director Lockheed Martin), David S. Browning (Vice President of Schlumberger), Daniel H. Case, III (Chase), Rudy de Leon (Senior VP, Boeing), Victor Ganzi (The Hearst Corporation), Richard Grasso (New York Stock Exchange), Frank W. Jenkins (SAIC), Paul V. Lombardi (President and CEO of DynCorp), Stephen T. McClellan (Merryl Lynch), Philip A. Odeen (TRW), Peter G. Peterson and Stephen A. Schwarzman (Blackstone Group). Significantly, all these companies have extreme close ties with particular elements of '9/11 research', some of them also represent distractive issues like 'ut options', 'war', 'media control' or 'oil industry'. The "military operation" of 9/11 therefore also included a P.R. and media operation and was a close cooperation with their very own private military- and intelligence contractors: AMEC AMEC renovated the wedge of the Pentagon, which 'coincidentally' was attacked on Sep11th. Then also AMEC was in charge to remove the rubble of the Pentagon, but also from Ground Zero. Among other contractors: Tully Inc., which subcontracted Controlled Demolotion Inc. (* see also http://team8plus.org/e107_plugins/forum/forum_viewtopic.php?2173 The AMEC- Turner-WTC 7 connection) HONEYWELL Honeywell produced the cockpit recorder, which was officially found in Shanksville. Two Honeywell employees 'followed' the Colgan Flight of 'Mohammad Atta'. WESCAM A high tech military camera system (meanwhile belonging to L3 Communications), installed on an unidentified and prepositioned helicopter, which filmed the only available "live" footage of the 2nd attack. This 'footage' was then exclusively wired to W-ABC (ABC7) which synched their final camera operator position feed 11 seconds (!) before the 2nd attack took place, with CNN, FOX and NBC. (CBS had no 'live aired footage' Also, it was the hangar of the NASA (NASA Glenn Research) in Cleveland, where unidentified passengers of two U.S. flights (among them Delta 1989) had been interrogated by the FBI. Strangely "Delta 1989" was only forced to land in Cleveland, because it had the same flight pattern as "United175", officially hijacked on that morning. Oddly also the other flight was early identified as "United93", confirmed by Mayor Michael R. White and 9News Staff (Liz Foreman), which later denied the accurancy of their story. The CIA (same to FBI) was also used as a distraction for the 'limited hangout' to divert not only attention away from the NSA but also NRO and NIMA (later renamed into NGA). The National Imagery and Mapping Agency was also known as "the 'eyes of America' On August 8th, 2001 (two days after Bush received a new PDB with a clear warning on Bin Laden), James R. Clapper was announced as new head of NRO. The countdown for 9/11 continued. These 3 intelligence agencies had been already in charge during the mid 90s to develop a so called 'secret surveillance project', closely also linked to former Reagan's "Star Wars", which was in reality well known, even for U.S. Congress: ECHELON and PROJECT TRAILBLAZER. During 1998/1999, under Bill Clinton, the NSA and NRO handed out their first contracts of "Trailblazer" to almost a dozen of less known private military- and intelligence contractors. In the same years, controversy breaks out over the NSA "Echelon" project. U.S. Congress 'figured' a problem with Echelon and looked into it. However in 1999 both General Hayden (NSA) and George Tenet (CIA) neither denied or confirmed the existance of Echelon and their sub contractors. If they would have confirmed the existance of Echelon and its sub projects, noone would have believed into negligence on the morning of Sep11th. The denial was therefore most important, because 9/11 was already in planning. In March 2001, Logicon TASC officially announced their five-year, $57 million contract for "Trailblazer". 'Logicon' was in reality a team of others: "Logicon Task Team", part of Northrop Grumman, included Veridian (in 2003 aquired by General Dynamics), Advent Systems Inc., Mountain View, EDS, Advanced Engineering & Sciences, RDR Inc., SRS Technologies. Another subcontractor of Logicon TASK (diff. sp.) became Modern Technologies Corporation (MTC) of Dayton. MTC included Kenneth A. Minihan (ex-NSA, ex-DIA) and General Lawrence A. Skantze (ex -U.S. Air Force). This brings us also directly to a popular example for an infiltration hipothesis of the 9/11 "truth" movement: Neil Armstrong's sister is married with Jack Hoffman, who is interestingly the uncle of '9/11 author' Jim Hoffman, recently again accused as disinfo provocateur (against the "Loose Change" people). Hoffman's former institute is sponsored by the NSA, NSF and ONR (Office of Naval Research) http://www.msri.org/people/staff/jim/ http://www.msri.org/sponaff/Support_Federal After Jim Hoffman plagiarized his 'wtc7' research from the '9/11 science and justice alliance', he oddly turned into a so called "planehugger" (supportive of the idea that a plane crashed into the Pentagon, in Shanksville and into both Twin Towers) Back to 'Trailblazer': Some parts of this program had been also developed in the very same wedge, which was attacked on 9/11. The 'entagon attack' not only 'wiped out' the Office of Naval Intelligence, but also three employees of James Woolsey's Booz Allen Hamilton. Woolsey (ex-CIA director and PNAC)'s company was working on "Trailblazer". Also killed: two employees from BTG Inc., another sub contractor of Trailblazer. Only 10 days after Sep11th, BTG Inc. was suddenly purchased by Woolsey's other former company, Titan Corporation. Needless to say, Titan was another main contracter of Trailblazer since 1998 (contracted by both NSA and NRO). Coincidence? What "role" did the NRO really play? The NRO is main suspect among some '9/11 truthseekers' for the Pentagon attack, with the cover of a live terror exercise drill on the morning of Sep11th. Again, this also helped to re-establish the myth for an alleged commercial aircraft at the Pentagon. A terrorist drill which was "cancelled", but in reality took place but didn't include a real plane either. When the importance of the pre 9/11-terror drill research in general became more popular (among them also the terror drill exercise for the anthrax attack during June 2001, "Dark Winter"), 9/11 research frauds had to establish another plagiarization and distraction: The so called "wargames-focus" and the alleged "Cheney mastermind" role was therefore created to divert attention away from the terror drill run-up for 9/11, and build yet another limited hangout. Once again, the 9/11 truth movement was fooled and still is, because most of the 'wargame activists' ended up as 'eak oil fanatics' or started to talk about 'global warming' or 'alternative energy'. Coincidence? Not if you know, who and why these distractions had been scripted into this movement. It helped to delay and later control the activists of the "controlled demolition". It helped to either discourage or depress many 'activists' in general or keep them busy with false hope campaigns. And it helped to distract from NSA, NGA and NRO. The researcher who found out about all this, was labelled as "erratic". All other supportive associates labelled as 'wackos' or 'insane'. Case closed. But that was 2003/04. Why is the NRO much more important than the CIA? The NRO was established in 1960 to develop the nation's revolutionary satellite reconnaissance systems. It was endorsed by Dwight D. Eisenhower in February 1958 after the Soviet Union launched Sputnik, the first orbital satellite. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Reconnaissance_Office The existence of the NRO was declassified by the Deputy Secretary of Defense, as recommended by the Director of Central Intelligence on September 18, 1992. The Director of the NRO is appointed by the Secretary of Defense with the consent of the Director of National Intelligence, without confirmation from U.S. Congress. (In July 2005 Donald M. Kerr was approved as new Director of the NRO) In late 2001, "Trailblazer" (just another sub project and codename of Echelon and others) was integrated into "Misty". The information was still 'classified'. Finally during December 2004, the so called 'classified' project, popped up in U.S. mainstream media. Now described as "controversial spy satellite program" or "stealth satellite program", it was debated by some U.S. congress members, among them Sen. Ron Wyden of Oregon. Finally General Michael Hyden (NSA) somehow confirmed, that this 'spy satellite program' was a cooperation between the NGA (National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency), the NSA and NRO. Hyden also confirmed, that Lockheed was then picked as one of the main contractors for this Satellite Surveillance program. http://www.globalsecurity.org/org/news/2004/041212-misty.htm On December 8, 2004, Sen. Jay Rockefeller of West Virginia, the senior Democrat on the Intelligence Committee, "complained" ...that the spy project was "totally unjustified and very, very wasteful and dangerous to the national security." Rockefeller and three other Democratic senators - Richard Durbin of Illinois, Carl Levin of Michigan and Ron Wyden of Oregon - refused to support this 'secret project'. It took only 3 weeks to kill the debate and approve the project. It was the result of an officially labelled 'natural disaster': The Sumatra-Andaman earthquake, followed by a series of tsunamis throughout the Indian Ocean, killing large numbers of people and devastating coastal communities in Indonesia, Sri Lanka, India, Thailand, and elsewhere. Meanwhile, noone in U.S. Congress, especially 'since Katrina' argues about any 'satellite surveillance threat' anymore. While so called 'weather modification theorists' are getting accused as 'aranoid' and/or 'without any evidence', the coincidental timing of these events should make some people think, especially since U.S. Congress already debating two Weather Modification Bills. Meanwhile also Hayden has the guts to claim, "had this program been in effect prior to 9/11, it is my professional judgment that we would have detected some of the 9/11 al-Qaida operatives in the United States, and we would have identified them as such.." http://www.lawandterrorism.com/civil_liberties/ But eco-, human right- and civil right activists are not getting the bigger picture, because the fundings of their biggest groups are already controlled by globalists -since decades! They rule the agenda, they rule the topics. And if it comes to NSA, only superficial topics are allowed to debate or instrumentalize, often also to manipulate the idea, that democracy still exists in the U.S. And if it comes to e-voting machines, wannabee activists ignore military and intelligence influence into the production of these machines, supervised by Pentagon and NSA contractors like SAIC, Northrop-Grumman, Lockheed-Martin, Accenture (formerly a spin-off of ENRON's Arthur Andersen) and EDS. But does that mean, all other, less organised media activists are having the better strategy? The irony is, that also the majority of so called independent 'activists' and 'researchers' share another thing in common: Their ignorance on google. While many 'truthlings' praying 'google' as the holy grail for their 'breakthrough' for 9/11-research and community creations, it's more than clear, that Google operates as yet another NSA- and NASA front, with the only purpose to profile their users worldwide via cache results, 'google desktop', 'google calendar' and 'google earth'. The facts are: Google works openly with ex-NSA employee Matt Cutts (since 2000). Google works together with the NASA. In April 2004, google acquired one of the companies in which CIA firm In-Q-Tel invested, @Last Software. Google already acquired Keyhole, Inc., which was developed by In-Q-Tel as well. The CIA doesn't care about all this? It should therefore noone surprise, why noone wants to buy google. If it belongs to the NSA, it will be impossible The 9/11 truth movement community and many other false oppositions are played by the NSA. Should THAT discourage us? No, it shouldn't. Because we altogether still have the same chance on this very same cyber chess board. It depends on which figure you're playing at which time. The real tools are the 9/11 truthlings. They're also not the real "googlers". They will not find any real clue about what's going on. As long as the truthlings run the show, the NSA doesn't care about more serious 'google activists and -researchers'. Instead they focus on the 9/11 truthling sheeple: The NSA know every step of them and therefore sending from time to time new alleged false hope campaigners and gurus into this 'movement'. Whether it was ex-CIA firm In-Q-tel 'negotiator' Karl Schwarz or Mike Ruppert (who himself even claims, both parents worked for the NSA). It still works: A real "truthling" never questioned their 'leaders'. And that's why General Hayden will most obviously BECOME head of the CIA, surely after some fake debates between the democratic- and republican party, in case they won't find someone better, who once worked for NSA, NRO or NGA. And maybe also the one or other 9/11 truthling might point out, that the NSA knew about 'zero hour'. But since this is already yet another poisoned meme, this truthling might deceive another truthling to buy a book by Paul Thompson. This is often due to lack of knowledge of the intelligence community. A lot of people for example state that the CIA worked in tandem with the Pakistani ISI during the 1980's to build training camps and recruit Muslim fighters in the battle against the Soviets, while in truth the DIA (Defense Intelligence Agency) had a far more important role compared to the CIA. I guess it's not meant to distract on purpose, but is mainly due to ignorance on the subject ?

The timing is certainly curious, coming hard on the heels of the CIA’s confirmation last week that Kyle “Dusty” Foggo, the number three in the nation’s spy centre who was hand-picked by Goss, had attended poker games at the Watergate and Westin Grand hotels in Washington with Brent Wilkes, a defence contractor and close boyhood friend. Wilkes is under investigation for allegedly providing Randy “Duke” Cunningham, a disgraced Republican congressman, with prostitutes, limousines and free hotel suites. The net is also closing in on Foggo, who is being investigated by the FBI over the award to Wilkes of a $3m contract to supply bottled water and other goods to CIA operatives in Iraq and Afghanistan. Although Foggo has admitted playing poker with Wilkes, he insists that no prostitutes were present. A former senior CIA official said this weekend that he had been told by a trusted source inside the agency that Goss, 67, had attended one of the poker games.
