PLEASE HELP ALL CANADIAN ANIMALS VIA PETITION FOR GOVERNMENTAL BILLS

I am BEGGING everyone to sign the petition for rights and protection BY LAW for ALL the animals in Canada. This covers every aspect of animal protection. There are NO laws in Canada currently to protect animals nor to punish people who harm animals.  This is to support Bills that are actually before the Government of Canada.  There more signatures they receive the more they are likely to pass the Bills and make them law.   PLEASE tell everyone you know.  Thank you.
