I am sorry to all of you for being gone so long but I needed a long break from the memories.
I am now recharged and ready to take on the world once again. Our plans to reopen the investigation and for the Remembrance walk are still going ahead.
We now have our page up and running it is http://www.veterans-for-justice.com please look it over, go to the message board under the members section and join us there as well in discussions and remembering our fallen.
I look forward to getting to know all of you again.

Peace,
Steve

We demand justice for those murdered in their sleep in Beirut in 1983.

I served in Beirut in 1983 and worked on the rescue and recovery detail after the terrorist attacked our peacekeepers while they lay in their bunks. It was on this clean up that I found a message that warned of the attack, my life changed forever at that point and time. Now 22 years later I have suffered enough, my brothers and my family have also suffered enough. Now I come to you and ask for your help, sign this petition and ask Congress to reopen the investigation. We must know why the Alert was cancelled 4 hours prior to the attack, if Israel really did know the exact description of the truck used in the attack and if so why didn't they relay it on to us. Why were so many men in one building on a piece of land that no one would be able to defend properly. Why werent the Marines in Beirut allowed to have clips in their weapons or return fire when fired upon.

If you agree then sign this petition Beirut Investigation

For more information on this movement read the feeds on my page or on the Beirut Veterans for Justice group page.

For those who support our troops I salute you, for those who have or are serving I salute you and for the families of all I salute you. As long as we all stand together we will never be alone.
