Avocado Salad

Prep Time: Less than 1 hr
Hi this is a nice summer recipe for picnic food, or barbequing at home!!

1 avocado (ripe)
200 grams or small pkt bacon
2-4 potatoes
1 bottle Avocado Dressing

Boil potatoes
Cut up avocado into chunks
Fry up bacon then cut up
Cut up potatoes, when cooked
Throw all ingredients into bowl
Add avocado dressing, and put in refridgerator to chill

Delicious for those long summer days!!!
