And Big Oil is doing everything they can to defeat it.

In just the first 4 months of this year they've spent almost $80 million trying to defeat clean energy legislation, pulling out all the stops to kill it - from high-paid lobbyists, to misleading ads, to threats to turn off the campaign funding spigots.
