CrossFit has developed a love-hate status among many fitness buffs these days. Some people have proven it to be effective while there are those that say it is highly dangerous. So if you have no idea what they are talking about, let me dissect the pros and cons of this so-called fitness craze and if you are living in Atlanta, this might also be a good chance for you to decide on whether you should sign up for this training program or not.

Let’s first focus on the pros of CrossFit Atlanta. First of all, there are a wide variety of workouts to choose from in this training. You will never be bored with the routines as compared to your regular gym hours. You get to work and train with other people who have the same interest as you which is a good start. Next, they can help develop you to become an all-around athlete and not just focus in one area of the training. It also allows you to use weights as cardio exercise which helps in losing weight. CrossFit can also help you experience an effective and fun training. Although these are good advantages, there are also downsides of being in this training. For one, this can attract many people who have no knowledge about this training. Though there are gyms that are legit and affiliated with this program, some may just claim that they have knowledge about this in order to attract customers. If you happen to be someone who has no idea about this, you could end up taking the wrong program yourself. Since this program includes lifting weights at the fastest time, it could be dangerous and can cause injuries. Lastly, this training includes a diet plan that may not be applicable to all. So it is important that you are able to understand these things before signing up. It could save you tons of money if you think about it. Other programs such as Muay Thai Kickboxing can also be good but you also need to give time to think about it.
