1 cup whole wheat pastry flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon aluminum free baking powder 

1 cup almond milk

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon light agave nectar

1/4 cup frozen blueberries


Mix everything together in order given. Spoon onto hot non-stick or iron skillet and smooth out. Cook till nice and brown on each side. 

Serve with sweetened strawberries or whatever you like.
