The Red Flags Rule requires many businesses and organizations to implement a written Identity Theft Prevention Program to detect the warning signs – or “red flags” – of identity theft in their day-to-day
operations. By focusing on red flags now, you’ll be better able to spot an imposter using someone else’s identity to get products or services from you. As a practical matter, the Rule applies to you if you provide
products or services and bill customers later.
To find out if the Red Flags Rule applies to your business, read Fighting Fraud with the Red Flags Rule: A How-To Guide for Business, a booklet published by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). The FTC, the federal agency that enforces a number of consumer protection laws, has designed this compliance template to help businesses and organizations at low risk for identity theft design their own Identity Theft Prevention Program. It has two parts: Part A to help you determine whether your business or
organization is at low risk, and Part B to help you design your written Identity Theft Prevention Program if your business is in the low risk category.
Bottom line; Hatred is not the way... All that hatred does is destroy the person filled with it.
Real peace is hard to accomplish, because it means honest communications and providing for everyone according to their need. This means sacrifice and compromise.
A cease fire is not an opportunity to re-arm and plot the destruction of the enemy. We will see. It does not help that Israel went into Lebanon and killed some more people during the cease fire. Do they really think this will help? I think that they are shooting themselves in the foot, just like the US is, in Iraq. I hope they do not shoot themselves in the heart with all of this hatred.
I see the first steps towards peace with the cease fire, because the agreement is not totally one sided, but much more needs to be done. A cease fire does not erase hatred.
What we need is a day of forgiveness and atonement for all of the crimes committed, with hopefully everyone participating. We need an end to the hatred and fear.
Cleansing the hearts and coming together as one people can and will lead to peace. Signing a worthless piece of paper with politicians or the UN forcing something on both sides will not work long term. The hatred and fear is still there. That will cause more death and eventually MAD; Mutually Assured Destruction.
