He has been taking measurements from air filters in Tokyo..and finding radiation reading that are more than 1,000 times higher than at peak of fallout from nuclear weapons testing..

covering up what is really happening and not testing anything, unless they are forced to due to shaming from outside experts coming in and doing testing, and then announcing it in public. 

Fukushima according to the government (if we can believe a word they are saying) is releasing at least 10 to the power of 13 Bequerels PER HOUR of radiation, 24 HOURS A DAY. This is going around the whole world, affecting everyone.
