I think your work has to be in pdf format, so you can go here and download primo pdf...

you type up your document in word or whatever other program you would like, and then when you are ready to print, select "primo pdf" as your printer and print it.  It will create a pdf of your file.  First it will open a window where you can customize your settings such as security and embedded information and what not.
