250 g grated cassava
75 g rough grated coconut
25 g tolo peanut
1 onion stem, slice softly
oil for frying

Soft Spice

5 red onion
2 garlics
1 teaspoon corriander
1 cm galingale
2 orange leaf , discard the venation
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar

How To

1. Soak tolo peanut for 1 hour. Boil until cooked. Lift and leak it
2. Stir all ingredients and soft spice
3. Make it flat oval
4. Fry into heated oil until cooked

Ingredients

400 g rice
700 ml water
3 burger meat , cut like box
100 g peas
50 g spinach
3 shitakke mushroom, cut it
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder

Sauce Ingredients

4 eggs
2 garlics , mince softly
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper powder
6 table spoon tomato sauce
100 g grated cheddar cheese
1000 ml liquid milk

How To

1.Boil water. add rice . Stir until soaked in . Add burger meat, peas , spinach , shitakke mushroom, salt, pepper powder , stir regularly

2. Pour into heat proof plate smeared by margarine

3. Sauce : Shake egg , garlic , salt , pepper powder, tomato sauce , and grated cheddar cheese. Pour liquid milk little by little while stirred regularly , pour it into rice

4. Put into pan which given little water . Put into oven for 40 minutes with 170 celcius degree

Ingredients

1/2 chicken (528 g) , Cut into 10 parts
2 cm ginger , contuse it
2000 ml water
1 celery stem , tie it
1 tomato , chop it
1 carrot, cut dice
100 g sweet corn
1 table spoon salt
1/2 tea spoon pepper powder
1/2 tea spoon nutmeg powder
3 sausage , cut 1 1/2 cm
50 g beans
50 g macaroni , boil it
2 onion leaf , cut 1 1/2 cm
1 table spoon butter for sauting

How To

1. Saute ginger until fragrant. Add chicken. Stir until the color is change. Pour water. Cook until done

2. Add celery, tomato , carrot , sweet corn, salt, pepper powder and nutmeg powder , cook until done

3. Put sausage , beans , macaroni , and onion leaf . Cook until done , lift it

100 g yellow noodle , pour boiling water over it

Sauce Ingredients

150 g fermented soybean, steam , and cut like box
6 table spoon sweet bean paste
3 table spoon sweet soy sauce
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
450 ml water
2 table spoon oil for sauting

Soft Spice

8 red onion
5 curly red eye chilli
3 red eye chilli
3 big red eye chilli

How To

1. Saute soft spice and soybean paste until fragrant. Add fermented soybean , Stir regularly

2. Add sweet soy sauce, stir regularly. Add water, salt and sugar. Cook until boiled

3. Serve tauge, soybean curd , lontong and noodle . Pour it with the sauce , sprinkle the leek.

100 g milled meat
150 g rough grated coconut

Pie Ingredient


100 g margarine
2 tablespoon sugar flour
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon skin

Filling Ingredient

300 g cheese cream
25 g soft sugar
1/8 teaspoon lemon essence
2 egg yolk
2 table spoon corn flour
2 albumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
50 g sugar
50 g fruit mix ( from red cherry , green cherry , and raisin ), cut like box

How To


1. Pie: Stir  pie ingredient until granulous. Blob it. Put into refrigerator for 30 minutes
2. Mill thin and print into pie brass with diameter 22 cm smeared by margarine , Stick it
3. Put into oven for 25 minutes with 180 celcius degree
4. Filling : Shake cheese cream , soft sugar and lemon essence until soft. Add egg yolk. Shake regularly . Add corn flour. Stir regularly , separate it
5. Shake albumin and salt until half growed . Add sugar little by little while shaken until growing
6. Pour into cheese cream mixing little by little while stirred slowly. Add fruit mix. Stir regularly
7. Pour into pie. Put into oven for 40 minutes with 170 celcius degree. Lift and let it cold

Wash fruit mix and leak it into kitchen towel to make the fruit not too sweet and not sticky

How To

1. Saute shrimp with 1 tablespoon margarine until the color is change. Lift and separate it

2. Saute garlics , red onion and red chilli until fragrant . Add salt, sugar and vinegar. Stir regularly, pour water . Cook until boiled

3. Add pineapple . Cook until withered. Add shrimp, Stir regularly and lift it

Grate half part of pineapple to make the pineapple flavour more thick and fresh

2. Pour ginger ale. Blend it till soft

3. Serve it with ice cube

If you don't have ginger ale , you can use soda water & ginger water

Ingredients

100 g margarine
75 g salt butter
150 g sugar flour
1/4 teaspoon salt + 1 egg yolk
100 g peeled peanut , put into oven , let it cold , blend softly
150 g low protein flour
30 g chocolate powder
20 g milk powder
1 teaspoon spekkuk spice
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
15 g peanut, put into oven , mince roughly for sprinkle

Glaze Ingredients

2 tablespoon albumin
100 g sugar flour
1/4 teaspoon lemon water

How To

1. Shake margarine, salt butter,sugar flour and salt for 30 secs. Add egg yolk. Shake regularly. Add peanut , stir regularly
2. Add flour, chocolate powder, milk powder, spekkuk spice, and baking powder while sifted and stirred regularly
3. Mill 2/3 dough 0.6 cm.print with 4 cm diameter ring. Mill dough remains with 0.3 cm thick. Print diameter 2 cm. Put it into brass smeared by margarine
4. Put big cookies into oven with 150 celcius degree for 25 minutes until cooked
5. Sprinkle peanut over small cookie. Put into oven with 150 celcius degree until cooked
6. Glaze : Shake albumin until half grow. Add sugar flour little by little while shaken until thick. Add lemon water , shake regularly
7. Stick small cookies over big cookies with glaze
8. Decorate the edge with glaze

Press peanut sprinkle a bit to prevent it getting loose
