Cory needs our help by  'THIS WEEK"!~  A juvenile psychologist made a wrong diagnosis on Cory! The doctor referred that diagnosis to Probation, who gave it to the court! Judge Devaney went along with the decision of placing him into a residential treatment facility! Cory has been assaulted by other teens, over medicated, and has become over weight with a weight gain of 52 pounds sent he has been in the facility. "NO" excercise program in the facility. The facility is located in El Centro CA. The heat there is at 115 degrees on most days. Corys birth date of 10/29/90 is what they ID him with. Cory's probation officer is Sonya Caeballos. She refuses to sign a release. I need all my members and friends to send an e-mail to the Chief of Probation asking for a release based on what I have told you. So lets get to work and get him home! Thank you for your support!

I was recently in KMJDF, it was the forth time this year....And im not a bad kid i have all passing grades dont steal or do drugs nothing...My original chrage was assult and battery...i lived with my grandparents for 10 years and my grandpa became very sick and unable to supervise me so i was sent out to live with my mother here in san diego....the second week after coming to live with her....i was in juvnile hall because she had hit me for somthing i did and i hit her back. In all my years of life phyical force was neevr used as a punishment to me so when it finally was i didnt know what else to do. The court orderd me to a years proabtion. Throughout the year there have been diffrent things the court has tried to charg me with....i was 30 mintues late  of my cufue because i got lost on the bus. I had a major ear infection and was arrested for being truent. And while in juvinile hall u are treated terribly. If you have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night u have to turn on your light and wait somethings an hour before they come and unlock your door to let you go.  Its rediculous....the staff treat you like you are a low life and that you mean nothing. The staff pic favorites and allow them to use the phone when ever they want and the others must stay in there rooms. We all get peper spraied when there is a fight ever in we go to cover they still spray us. If we are outside excersing and need out inhalers we wont get them. Its crazy they treat us horrible in there. The only reason they want us int here is so that they can take our money. They fine us for everything!

The SD Juvenilel Court is like a GESTEPPO court very much identical to the
WW II courts in Germany when Hitler ruled, and when the courts were used to
incarcerate and execute everyone Hitler wanted put away.  
Like Hitler, her made sure there was no jury. In SD Juvenile Courts over at
MEADOWLARK, you also WILL NEVER SEE 12 CHAIRS for a jury. THERE NEVER
WAS A JURY in any Juvenile Court. Somebody might win and then the COUNTY
gets less funding for having less inmates and less case load and less REVIEW
HEARINGS.   IT is a FACT that SOCIAL WORKERS, CPS WORKERS, win 100% of their cases. This is because JUDGES are 100% for SOCIAL WORKERS, the
rotten to the core, unfit, idiots that go around snooping, stating that they have the police power to put anybody in jail, and if you don't cooperate, they will charge
you with numerous counts of failure to meet someones emotional needs, or some other junk coming down from thin air.  No testimony against them is allowed. Even the record is manipulated, destroyed.  They then win on appeal, too.

STOP! JUVENILE DA'S PERJURY IN COURT

Many families who have a child in the juvenile system are victims of the corrupted DA's. While trying to communicate with the Board of Supervisors on this matter, I seemed to get no where. I contacted the office of Bonnie Dumanis the head DA of San Diego and they suggested I contact the Grand Jury. I wrote a letter to the Grand Jury and have not yet gotten a reply! What gives any DA the right to lie in a court of law? If a person like my self lied in court I would get arrested for perjury! Fabricating issues to get kids arrested ? If our courts are allowing this, then how can anyone trust a judge or a court we may have to deal with in the future? Children are getting locked up by the courts and used as a commodity to make money for the County to be able to pay off their debts to the State! Getting this petition signed to stop this corruption within the court system is a vital issue to protect our children and families from being victims of the court system.

The California Youth Authority (CYA) has long been known to be a disaster of violence and abuse of authority. Several recent events have created a public outcry that could force changes to this 63 year old institution.
In January, two 18 year olds were found hanged in their cells. The families of the two teenagers filed suit against the state for "denying mental health care and treatment and education to its wards." A state study then revealed that CYA "inmates are often locked in cages (Photo) as punishment, and those with mental problems are frequently drugged and improperly cared for."
As the news media focused long needed attention on the CYA, questions were raised and many counties took action. San Mateo County was the first county that announced it would stop sending children and teenagers to the CYA. On February 19th, Santa Clara County joined in and on the 23rd Santa Cruz County officially joined the ban. On February 24th, the San Francisco Board of Supervisors adopted a resolution "urging the San Francisco Trial Courts, District Attorney, Juvenile Probation Department and Public Defender not to sentence or cause to be sentenced, any person to the California Youth Authority (CYA) unless a CYA commitment is required by law". But these actions paid no more than lip service to the problem with many existing wards still stuck in the system.
By March 14th, Santa Cruz District Attorney Bob Lee was already claiming that "changes have been made at CYA facilities" and calling for new teenagers to be sent into the system. On March 17th, San Mateo County also quietly rescind its moratorium on youth referrals. On March 25, supporters of Loreto Arizpe, a youth who was scheduled to be committed to the CYA, rallied in front of the Santa Cruz County Courthouse to demand that Lee stop sending children into the CYA. San Diego Juvenile Justice Corruption

San Diego Juvenile Justice System has issues that need change and reform! It's the public that can help us to get change and reform. It is important while trying to initiate the corruption that the system has drowned itself in! Our children suffer under the hands that are suppose to be protecting them! No child or teen should ever be abused by staff or anyone else. Children are precious gifts and we need to help those who cannot help themselves! Signing our petitions is a vital form of getting the chnage and reform we need!
