True jihad: spirit of inner struggle to lead Godly life

I'm really interested in a new book by American John W. Kiser (Board of Trustees, World Council for Religion and Peace; Director, International Center for Religion and Diplomacy) on Abdelkader of Algeria. Not so much about the man, but because his website also includes some good information on what true jihad is (it's NOT terrorism, that's the opposite of jihad!).

Hopefully it will contribute to people not getting scared when I mention I'm on a 'green jihad', a struggle of justice for people and planet, part of which is publishing a book on '199 ways to please God, how to (re-)align your daily life with your duty of care for Creation' (I should get proof from publisher in the post in coming days).
