Who Was The Last Real American President?

Politicians have become nothing more than front men for elitists, corporations and a hand full of investors. The fiduciary responsibilities of a nation were either ignored or auctioned off to the private sector such as the penal system, healthcare and the financial system. Dwight D. Eisenhower warned us about the corrupt military industrial complex. John F. Kennedy was assassinated because he dared to stand for America. Then Lyndon Johnson took over and it went down hill from there, we are screwed. more

 

Kennedy’s predecessor Lyndon B. Johnson and his wife already had their hand in the cookie jar when Kennedy was killed. Lyndon’s collusion with Brown & Root Construction Company in Vietnam made him wealthy beyond words while filling his political coffers. Ladybird’s investments in Bell Helicopter made her a king’s ransom on the blood & bones of our soldiers. Their connection with the military industrial complex was no coincidence and the LBJ presidency marked the beginning of corporatism writhe with lies, greed and corruption within American government. It also marked the end of democracy.

 

Since the Vietnam War the pattern of corruption has not changed, in fact it has taken on a life of its own as nation after nation continues to be invaded for the sake of corporate interests.  Tin horn dictators who launder money for corporate thugs are embraced by China, Russia and the West while ignoring the pleas for democracy by people who continue to be oppressed, their land confiscated or simply euthanized. This is accomplished with the help of the western banking system of course. Unfortunately democracy is no longer in the vocabulary of most world leaders. From an indigenous point of view, it’s the same ole, same ole and now other cultures can hear Gary Owen echo across the landscape as the corporate cavalry rapes, kills and steal the land. And it is a sure bet promises, contracts and treaties are not worth the paper they are written on. Civilization has come full circle, welcome to the Stoneage.

 

Like a cancer corrupt American politicians (better known as investors) invent excuses for war only to mask the two pronged agenda of selling war toys and the conquest of natural resources. With a vengeance the corporate controlled media plants seeds of hate and discord in the direction their corporate handlers point them while a lemming society digests their lies with morning cup of coffee. If there are natural resources in a country that does not allow global elitists to exploit the media labels them atrocitious criminals with weapons of mass distruction. Eventually war breaks out to ‘save’ the nation for humanities sake. That is the only time humanity matters. Only after vested corporate interests are in place would the nation be called ‘liberated’ but in reality another culture lay in ruines. The seed of hatred is planted but war is a lucrative venture so it all works out anyway.

 

China and Russia has not been spared the wave of corporate corruption either. Vladimir Putin & Hu Xing Tao and their corporate cronies have distorted and destroyed communism and replaced it with corporatism. The corporate shills (politicians) who’ve hijacked America and destroyed the Constitution were truly the architects of this axiom of profitable treason. Europe is already doomed with its sham European Union and national sovereignties are nothing more than a quaint side note to a nation’s history. Corporate shill David Cameron is only marking time before he makes his move on England for Tony Blair has already destroyed the UK with the royal family’s blessings.

 

If only we paid more attention to President Dwight Eisenhower when he warned us about the military industrial complex, maybe JFK would have been served out his term. It is ironic that Lyndon Johnson was the father of gun control though his true history is writhe with thuggery, death, and corruption. What a coincidence it was for Kennedy to be whacked in Dallas. Clearly Lyndon Johnson was the first corporate shill whose presidency paved a treasonous path for others to follow.

 

Now the corporate controled media presents two candidates while ignoring the others; Romney and Obama who are owned part and parcel by the very corporations Johnson entrenched in government many years before. The election is lost as far as the American people are concerned because the military industrial complex has already won.

 

So tell me, who was the last real American president, was it Eisenhower or Kennedy?

The Kachin People Bury another One of Their Own

On August 1, 2012 in the tiny village of *Yi Hku in Pangsai (Kyokok) town, Northern Shan State, the mutilated body of a Kachin man, Galau Bawm Yaw, 26, was eulogized by his family and friends. He was tortured to death then tossed into a shallow grave. His body was almost unrecognizable and bore the marks of extensive torture from ghoulishly barbaric handlers, the Burmese Army. And Hillary Clinton celibates the lifting of sanctions, surely she is the Queen of Death.

Why are sanctions being lifted in the first place? Maybe it’s because of the ceasefire agreement Burma recently signed with the Shan Army. That would have been something to celibate but unfortunately that agreement was as worthless as the paper it was written on since the Burmese Army continues to rain death and destruction on the **Shan people. But it did make good press for the western media as US politicians like Senator Jim Webb promoted the lifting of sanctions on behalf of corporate interests. What’s a few murdered minorities anyway? It’s all about the money.

 

Unfortunately it’s the American taxpayer that will bare the burden of responsibility for the misconduct of their politicians. Hillary Clinton will have spilled the blood of innocent Kachin people onto the hands of US citizens but it will not be the first time. Chinese goods are contaminated with the blood of innocent slaves and indentured workers that made Bill ‘GMO’ Gates and other corporate vermin wealthy beyond words. Fortunately their curse will be a personal one. But Hillary made sure to share the shame with the American people for the sake of vested mining interests from both Canada and the US. South America and Africa are examples of this wicked agenda of death for resources. But we will pay a price for our stupidity, there is no question.

 

Corporations are eager to mine Kachinland for all the natural resources it possesses. We-the-people will bare the brunt of hatred by the innocent while corporate thugs reap the wealth of a stolen land whence those pesky Kachin’s are finally killed off. Now ironic the Kachin claim the Red Indian as their decendants and now suffer at the hands of the dencendants of those who tried to kill the Red Indian off. The media by and large also share in the blame for ignoring the cries of the innocent. But as we all should now by now, the mainstream media is only the mouthpieces of the corporations who ultimately own them. Greed will march forward in spite of public outcries to the contrary but their days are numbered. After all, this is the time of change and even though the innocent people of Kachin and Shanland are being ignored there cries are being heard.

 

For my Kachin brothers and sisters I offer them hope and to retain their absolute faith for change is coming and man is powerless to stop the inevitable. As the ole saying goes, “What comes around, goes around”. One day Than Shwe and all his global allies who follow a false prophet will suffer in ways we could not have ever imagined. It was prophesied that man and his greed would seek world domination but this push would actually be their death nil since it is the beginning of their end. The Kachin will prevail where man has failed even in the darkest days and those who tried to destroy her would live in infamy, if they survived. If only I could tell all that I ‘see’. But why ruin the surprise.

 

In my tribe it is said; ‘The top will become the bottom and the bottom will become the top” in Kachin ideological principles it is said; ‘The Meek Shall Inherit the Earth’. But this is only a microcosm for all of humanity will rise out of the ashes of greed & tyranny and there is nothing man and his false prophets can do to stop it. The sacred beings of the elitists will betray their fetid earthly followers, their empire will crumble before their very eyes for that is their destiny. Retribution draws near and it will not be easy but the good will survive as prophesied in dogmas throughout the universe.  That is the true destiny of humanity contrary to global aspirations of the greedy.

 

My prayers are to the family of Galau Bawm Yaw for they are the ones who suffer his passing. But rest assured he is in a place of great beauty and will be waiting for his relations whence they take their journey.

The UN’s ‘Lifting Sanctions Scam’ in Burma
Don’t get too excited about the lifting of sanctions in Burma. Western and Asian corporations have been in Burma for decades with the blessings of the United Nations and Countries of the free world. As criminal puke Ban k-moon plays up the lifting of sanctions he failed to mention all the existing corporations who continued to violate sanctions for decades. Now this bogus Than Shwe and the IMF developed is inviting investors to Burma. The reality is, they are sugarcoating corporations who are already there. Some have been there for decades. I am providing you a very short list of these criminal corporations. Thein Sein is only a front man for Than Shwe, so get over it stupid!

 

Daewoo International of South Korea

Along with gas exploration they also have numerous other enterprises. Take a long hard look at the shelves of any store. You will find TV’s, Radio’s, DVD Players, Cars and trucks. One strange bedfellow just happens to be General Motors. Fact is, Daewoo of South Korea is well entrenched with the Burmese Military Junta and have gleaned quite a handsome profit from this nation. And of course, they are invested in Burma’s gas fields.

Chevron Texaco of the United States

Including Chevron Phillips Chemical (CPChem), GS Caltex and Mrs. Beasley Cookie Company. They are invested heavily in Burma’s gas fields. With record breaking profits every quarter you’d think they would not be so greedy. Every drop of their oil and gas is nothing better than drops of human blood.

Like Chevron, they are heavily invested in Burmese gas. Their excuse is that they are convinced they will help the people of Burma. In all actuality, they are invested in death and wholesale murder of ethnic people. When will the lives of human beings take priority over capital gains? Surely the people of France will be appalled whence they know this reality.

Just like the rest of the greedy oil profit hungry companies. They are heavily invested in Burma’s gas and inadvertently financing the killing machine of the criminal military government of Burma. Again, the people of Japan would be appalled by this statement from this company. It is not the people of these countries; it’s the greedy people of these corporations who’ve placed profits over human rights.

They are invested in many ways with this military junta. Of course gas is a primary cause for their greed and total disregard for human suffering.

Lloyd’s, located at the heart of the City of London, describes itself as, “the world’s leading, specialist insurance market.” According to the Burmese Ministry of Finance and Revenue, Lloyd’s provides reinsurance to Myanma Insurance. Lloyd’s syndicates (Lloyd’s terminology for their member companies that sell insurance) have also sold insurance to a regime owned airline. Lloyd’s admitted in April 2008 that some shipping and aviation reinsurance for companies in Burmagoes through Lloyd’s. As a consequence of the actions of their syndicates Lloyd’s were placed on our “2005 Dirty List”. Later that year Lloyd’s stated that they were not able to compel their members to end their involvement in Burmaand claimed that it would be “against competition law for members to collectively decide not to operate in Burma”.


Pending investigations of these claims Lloyd’s were removed from the Dirty List. Our investigations failed to identify any UK law or act to substantiate Lloyd’s’ claims. Lloyd’s conceded in July 2008 that “Competition Law is not relevant in this case”. When asked to make a statement to their syndicates alerting them to the human rights concerns associated with selling insurance to companies in Burma Lloyd’s refused, instead issuing the following statement on July 23rd 2008: “Unless there are official UN sanctions in place, Lloyd’s does not instruct the market where it can and cannot write business. Competition Law is not relevant in this case. However, we do not make public comments on the politics or economic policies of national or international bodies.”

Although we asked the company’s Londonoffice to account for the policies of the company they replied in late July 2008 stating we should “contact other XL companies to ascertain their position”. Al Wasl is a Dubaibased (re)insurance reinsurance broker. The company’s website states that its Bangladesh offices are responsible for marketing the companies operations in Burma.

And we can’t forget SWIFT Financial Group of Belgium who has laundered trillions of dollars to corporation and individuals on behalf of General Than Shwe over the years in an effort to dodge taxes from the nations they come from.  The United Nations is also guilty of taking bribes throughout Burma’s bogus sanctions. UN envoy Ibrahim Gambari is a swine who enriched himself over the years in Burma, Ban k-moon is also a reprehensible puke of an individual for allowing his vested corporate interests from  Korea to literally enslave Burmese while raping their women. Refugee after refugee all identify US, Australian, Chinese, Japanese and Korean business men who used women as sex toys, even to the point of beating and murdering them. TATA, Hyundai and much more are on the list as well. On a sidebar; SWIFT is most likely laundering drug money as well. If not, calling all cartels, SWIFT is open for business but so is BoA, Wachovia and Wells Fargo for that matter.



It is also known the so called civilian government scam was basically a sugar coated attempt to legitimize these and other corporations who continued to violate sanctions and line the pockets of Than Shwe and the vermin of the Tatmadaw who are still in control of this beleaguered nation. It was through the International Monetary Fund and the World Trade Organization the Bilderberg group conspired with the Junta to pull of this scam. I guess it’s also a coincidence that these companies were also Bilderberg conscripts. The United Nations itself is a Bilderberg shill organization and that is why they sided with Bilderberg cronies like Assad of Syria, Mubarak of Egypt and other Bilderberg vermin throughout the Mid-East including Netanyahu. Suu Kyi is still a hostage and still subject to assassination if she makes to many waves. And it will not be the first time the junta tried to kill her in plain view of the world. After all, she was elected president and almost died because of it and the world did nothing, just double talk and bogus ignored sanctions while she spent her life under house arrest.



The Kachin people or Jinghpaw are under siege as war is being waged by the junta of Burma for the benefit of international mining interests who are hungry for Kachinland’s natural resources including oil, gold, uranium, emeralds, and the prize of rare earth minerals. Hillary ‘Eugenics’ Clinton is the face of the mining industry in both Canada and the US and they are letting Than Shwe’s military do the ‘dirty work’. It is obvious she is waiting for the junta kill off the Kachin so her constituents from the west can turn Kachinland into an open pit mine. But that’s OK, just remember; what comes around goes around and we are living in the time of change and soon the destiny of evil is carved in stone. We face some hard times but it is the elitists of global fraud who will ultimately take the biggest hit when it is all said and done, so will their investors.

From what I’ve discovered over the years spirits of many designs actually need the living to pull off their capers. Star guys are only spirits with spiffy stuff to zip around the universe with and a bazillion toys that can do just about anything I suppose. Other spirits float through walls and perform parlor tricks to intimidate and ultimately control people. But if these dudes were so bad then why do they need earth guys in the first place? Clearly, beings that claim to be ‘all that’ surely are not G*D’s. They express ego and talk smack about how cool they are but on the contrary they are codependent and need us more then they let on. Screw’em!

 

 

Years ago I had one of many ethereal conversations with a client of mine when I was his personal bodyguard. He was a member of an ancient secret society, retained an advanced degree within his ilk and proud of his Rothschild lineage. We got on the subject of aliens, UFO’s and space when out of the blue he said; “What makes you think they all come from outer space?” Hmm, that was a good one. Rather than dispel such foolishness about life in space he jumped in with both feet and he gave me some insights from his perspective. Apparently he had encounters of an intellectual nature rather than getting the ole anal exam or chased around a cornfield by orbs with flashing lights. From what I gathered his ‘sacred’ encounter was initially made through his lodge whence he achieved a higher degree. OK so he may have been a nut case, but a multi millionaire nut case with lodge brothers who shared in this sacred liaison with Mork or what ever his name was.

 

 

Though I was not in a lodge at the time I’ve encountered star dudes on more than one occasion under many different circumstances through the years, what a pain in the ass. I discovered some were just as lame as spirits from the spirit world who feed on people’s fears to gain control. After you get over the ga ga it is the same ole same ole since there are good and bad beings in the universe and they are dealt with in the same manner as butthead entities who influence spiritually blind earth guys. If Constantine were to realize this fact then he would not have killed in the name of G*D several thousand years ago. Personally I believe he was a total B.S. artist or simply went ga ga when approached by spirits in shiny contraptions. After all, Ramses II concocted the monotheistic religion scam simply to gather troops under one flag and that was Constantine’s goal as well, what a dick.

 

 

The waning years of Roman domination made ole Connie a desperate man in need of retaining Roma’s greatness. His miracle in the sky was nothing more than an encounter of the third kind or the turd kind, do the math. Evidence points to the latter and man has been killing in the name of G*D ever since. You just got to wonder, why would G*D break his own commandment simple so Roma could retain it’s dominance of an empire? That was not a sign from G*D.  Man got it all wrong and elitists have been following what I perceive as the proverbial Anti-Christ ever since. It should be obvious that mainstream dogmas from around the world also suffered a similar fate as man mistook evil spirits for good. In it’s wake ‘Holy Wars’ pock marked world history with genocide and killed in the name their respective G*Ds. How far beyond stupid is that?

 

 

More people than not have experienced terrestrial, extraterrestrial and spiritual encounters through the ages. From the average Joe to professionals in all quarters of society encounters continue to occur. For the most part many people placed their experiences in a safe place deep within their subconscious because this reality was too much to bear. The very notion of paranormal activity sends them over the edge with fear making them the perfect candidates for unscrupulous beings to take them over mentally. Others are simply in deep denial and rebuke anything to do with supernatural activity. They are also prime candidates for manipulation by evil types, space or spiritual because this is just another expression of fear regardless of their nay saying. But then there are those who’ve grasped the totality and the reality of the paranormal.

 

 

The people who’ve grasped the nature of our true existence in the grand scheme of things come in only two flavors, good or evil. On one side there are folks and sects that embraced evil because of the rewards it gleans. From secrets of the universe, technology and the gift world domination they reap the benefits of their unholy alliance with cracker-head spirits and beings. Their mystical connection with evil supernatural beings was an encounter of the turd kind from the perspective of victims who endured atrocities elitists reined on humanity with impunity. The easiest path to walk is the path of evil for it reaps a material reward as compensation for doing evils bidding and there are plenty of people who literally sold their souls for material wealth over the centuries. They even formed sects that retained this connection with bad spirits and the knowledge they shared. These secular and exclusive organizations live on today and the axiom of greed and deception are their calling card.

 

 

Europe was rinsed of their traditional people long before the holocaust of the America’s. Africa continues to suffer unconscionable human suffer at the hands of elitist corporations who denude the land of natural resources in the name of prosperity but for whom? Obviously the sons and daughters of Africa were left out of the loop and continue to live in abject poverty. Cries for democracy from the Mid-East fall on deaf ears as dictators are coddled for crimes against humanity. Their alliances with corporate thugs is getting harder to conceal as the United Nations (Useless Nimrods) skirts crimes against the humanity labeling women & children as rebels to coincide with Assad’s loathsome rhetoric in the case of the Syrian uprising. Egypt can’t forget how the west placed Mubarak thugs in positions of authority after the Egyptian Spring. What were you thinking or was it intentional?

 

 

In Asia the Kachin people continue to be slaughtered for their land and natural resources by the hopelessly corrupt government of Burma while the western world rewards eugenics by lifting sanctions. China harvests human organs from unwilling Falun Gong practitioners and other slaves at labor camps, cooked female baby corpses are used as aphrodisiacs and the CCP continues to murder people and whole villages if they are opposed.Tibet continues to be raped by China and her people murdered like rabbits in a barrel. Uyghur’s are singled out and labeled Jihadist terrorists to garner western support because they oppose China’s oppression of their people. The robbery of natural resources and ethnic cleansing on traditional Uyghur land has become an excepted business practice as the corporate west looks the other way. It is probably do to the fact the west is doing the same thing in Africa and South America to the indigenous populations.

 

 

Chinese people continue to kill themselves as the only way to free themselves from tyranny and forced labor to produce goods for American firms but we still buy their fetid blood soaked goods. And the list of atrocities committed in the name of profits continues unabated all because we want a cheap TV or stupid gadget filled cell phone. And it’s all because butthead humans intentionally choose to follow evil spirits of all design. This is evil personified but the list does not end there. The West ignored evils grasp and influence in the past and now they are paying the price for their ambivalence. Austerity is the unscrupulous destruction of national sovereignty by global elitists, the descendants of the original ass kissers of evil entities or space puke. And I find it ironic Greece was chosen as the first nation to have democracy destroyed by the very criminals who bankrupted her. The symbolism behind the destruction of the world first democracy by corporate oligarchists is compelling evidence Greece’s financial disaster was intentional. The empire of greed and deception has counted coup on its first nation under the guidance of evil sewage.

 

 

Then there are those who are aware of our realities and choose to walk with good spirits. Their story is not cluttered and distorted by the quest for material wealth at the cost of their soul and the blood of others. The rewards for walking a good path can’t be measured tangibly but spiritually. The wealth of knowledge gained from this sacred union is priceless and there is no monetary figure one could place on the insights good entities provide, especially in the time of change. The destiny of man is carved in stone but evil is working overtime to alter their destiny but that is the fodder of prophetic teachings from around the world.

 

 

Open your sacred text and read it for yourself. Unfortunately the good path is writhe with tumultuous events designed to break the spirit and cripple ones faith. There are no stones that will not be turned as evil tries to destroy lives, families and the world in their efforts to conquer the elements of good. Below the belt, you bet but that is to be expected from cowards and vermin who proclaim to be G*Ds and masters of the universe. Paleeze………

 

 

According to entities of good from all dimensions of the universe; evil will betray the minions who followed them as the demise of their fetid empire comes irrevocably closer. Generations of elitist loyalty will draw to a close as evil entities scramble to save their own boney asses. Unfortunately for them, they are toast as well as their minions for their efforts to alter destiny will fail. The intangible aspects of change will reveal life that was once considered the stuff of fairytales and science fiction as worlds merge with ours on a grand scale. At some point everyone will know life’s reality but many will still choose the darker more convenient path and race to their own demise, willingly. One woman told me she would rather die in Wal-Mart shopping in a catastrophe rather then face any spirit good or bad. That’s just to lame.

 

 

The earth will be indiscriminate as she cleanses herself of everything that causes her discomfort and man is on the top of the list of hemorrhoids that has become a real pain in the arse. Man’s mindless race to rule the world will be answered in a deliberate series of disasters both known to man and events that will stagger the imagination. There will be nowhere one can go that will not face absolute change and it was said many elitists will perish in their man made tombs, their memory erased from the annals of humanity. The laws of physics and chemistry will change rendering contemporary technology useless at best as entities of good make a stand with Ma Earth for humanities sake.

 

 

Within my tradition it is said, “The top will become the bottom and the bottom will be the top”. Other dogmatic teachings foretell, “The meek shall inherit the earth”. I say, “You greedy bastards of the elite class are toast so enjoy your platinum toilet while it still has worth because you are about to have a close encounter of the turd kind asshole”. As for you supernatural pinheads of deceit regardless of where you reside your days are also numbered for the spirits of good already have you in their gun sights and there is nothing you and your technological asses can do about it, bada bing, bada bang, bada boom, capice?

 

 

I was going to write about my personal encounters and the many different kinds of people who reside within this universe but it does not really matter. If you the individual possess absolute faith within your dogma or ideological principle it will not matter what a spirit or alien entity looks like for you will posses the ability to discern the good from the bad. It is written within your sacred books and oral traditions. I’ll give you a few little tidbits from my personal experiences and encounters though. Not all space travelers require space suits or ships to traverse the universe, all spirits both good and bad speak a universal language we all understand regardless of our earthbound ethnicities and angels are angels not space dudes in metallic Frisbees. For that matter religious icons and the spirits within all sacred teachings and dogmas are just as they appear not to be confused with other entities we will soon encounter. It’s not a secret for the ancients tried in vain to give us the rundown on stone and oral traditions.

 

 

I am only one of many people from around the world who shares this knowledge & experiences and if you think you are alone with this sacred knowledge, think again. But please, don’t run around claiming to be a medicine man just because spirits chat with you, that’s soooo tacky. If you want to pick up chicks, find another angle homie because that one will get you into serious trouble in the real world of the paranormal. The spirit world and the so-called secrets of the universe were originally meant for everyone not hoarded by an elite group of thugs who used this knowledge to enslave the world while enriching themselves. And umm, you might find yourself a nice seal skin coat and a quality pair of mukluks because after global warming will come the great chill. There will also be places on earth the snow will fall for weeks if not months burying communities so deep they will be impossible to recover. That’s what they say, so don’t blame me.

 

 

In some regions people will experience the temporary loss of atmosphere from celestial events our alchemists never knew existed, to the tune of about -456 F so grab a sweater. Don’t ask me for a timeline, ask your sacred dude because this info will be exclusive to those living in that region so have your spiritual ducks in a row or you might miss the warning. December 21st 2012 will only mark the end of one cycle and the beginning of another. Earth changes have already begun and will continue well beyond the 21st as Ma Earth counts coup on stupid earth guys and pinhead entities of evil. Even the good guys will have to break a sweat to survive but having a spiritual connection will definitely be the cats meow and increase survivability a thousand fold.

 

 

Opps, I may have mixed visions with conversations I had with good spirits and space dudes, sue me. I’ve also seen earth after the change but I’ll save that for another time provided the plug is not pulled yet. All I can say is if there was ever something to live for it would be the future when the buffalo return to the plains and humanity is the law of the land. Yup, there is life after change but if you are way into materialism then you might be better off following the false G*D of your choosing. It will be to boring for you in the future provided you survive. Take it or leave it, it’s all on you now.

Clearly the Everone/Ludwig Files that were released to public access during the attempted take over of the California Valley Miwok Tribe have opened up a Pandora’s Box. Writhe with names, dates and personal transmissions from some of the most affluent politicians in the United States of America spells absolute corruption. The Everone/Ludwig Files clearly identify conspiracy and corruption from billionaire politicians and developers alike whom chose to break both state and federal laws while under the guise legality.

The paper trail I followed began with Dianne Feinstein and her personal friends formerly employed within the California Gambling Control Commission whom still enjoy strong and influential ties to that organization and the Bureau of Indian Affairs who have in violation of The Federal Code of Regulations (CFR 25) once again as in the past withheld tribal funds in essence effectually starving the CVMT out of existence. Though the Miwok were vindicated and Yakima Dixie disgraced, admitted to the original lie that originated this sham in the first place, the tribe is still without means. It was with the stroke of Under-Secretary of the BIA/DOI Larry EchoHawk’s pen on the re-affirmation of the department’s final agency action that mature status contract funding is now being wrongfully withheld from the tribe in spite of the totality of the fraud perpetrated against this proud and impoverished sovereign tribal nation. Guess that means that, if you’re rich enough and have political standing you are above the law and fraud is acceptable conduct as in the case of Dianne Feinstein and all her political and bureaucratic cronies.

I’ve only scratched the surface of the over 2,500 files Chadd Everone/Ludwig painstakingly collected. Frankly I was overwhelmed by the shear number of politicians and businessmen, carpetbaggers and gold-diggers that were involved. Senators, Representatives and Congressmen on both sides of the isle are implicated and their personal e-mails tell a very compelling story of absolute corruption just to build a casino. The California Governator Arnold Schwarzenegger was involved according to an e-mail from his office. Even the military was not spared by the Everone Files since it clearly identified a retired Rear Admiral of the US Navy who was trying to gain control of Treasure Island as a possible location for the casino, “Once the Tribe is secured”. What a shame it is to realize Indian Wars are still raging within the borders of The Land of the Free.

The frosting on the cake was when Chadd Everone/Ludwig casually stated to a question in open testimony what amounted to that Albert Seeno flew Congressmen George Miller to Washington in his private jet on numerous occasions to visit with Nancy Pelosi, Dianne Feinstein, Barbara Boxer and other influential high ranking elected officials to discuss the Miwok situation. There is a vast amount of information on these political figures and government employee’s, more than I could possibly relate in the confines of this story. It’s a good thing these juicy tidbits were made available for public record for there are more people implicated in this wholesale miscarriage of the public’s trust. Just for the record the University of Berkley, Californias’ Anthropology and Sciences Department cronies of Everone were in on the scam up to their eyelids according to documents, e-mails and other transmissions Chadd managed to collect.

Though there will be many more future revelations the Everone Files will undoubtedly expose there is another story here I do believe. What was Chadd going to do with all the documents he copied and stored on his web site? From all indicators it would appear he was collecting the goods on all the politicians he could get his hands on since these doc’s are very revealing to say the least. But wasn’t Albert Seeno his co-conspirator? Why was Chadd collecting the goods on Albert & Associates and another investor named Kuna as well as all the dirty politicians this scam brought into the limelight?

There is no honor among thieves and it would appear Chadd Everone was ultimately working for himself since his files are very incriminating to everyone involved. On the streets there was once a code of silence. Guess Chadd failed Wiseguy 101 and now everyone he was associated with will have to pay the price for his wikileaking in the now infamous Everone Files. With insiders and soon to be revealed co-conspirators in the DoJ it’s a small wonder none of these players need to worry about raids from the feds. The Everone Files also identify DoJ employees who are currently in ca-hoots and like I said, this is only the tip of the iceberg since I’ve only read a hand full of documents at this time. The business contract Yakima signed was a total fraud giving “Friends of Yakima” controlled exclusively by Chadd Everone, absolute financial control of the tribe while sidestepping well established federal Indian law. Yakima’s last will and testament was another masterpiece in fraud since it made Yakima’s descendants culpable for payments for generations to come. Chadd himself authored this document and being no attorney his lack of legal prowess is obvious.

On a side bar Chadd argues he was a PhD even though he never received his degree from a credible university. He simply decided he was a PhD, just because it makes him feel smarter. Eventually other journalists will wade into Chadd’s 2,500 documents and dig out even more salacious material on elected officials who’ve shirked their duty and betrayed their oath of office. Some of the largest developers in California also face some major challenges for their participation in this fraud. While the world is astounded at the magnitude of corruption involved in the attempted destruction of a sovereign tribal nation, the California Valley Miwok Tribe will continue to live and run the tribe on unemployment checks and USDA commodity foods. In America, in this day and age, really? Is this only as far as we have come in addressing the civil rights and legal and moral obligations to Americas federally recognized tribes and their members? How far beyond stupid is that? What is next for the CVMT? Death threats and crank phone calls are commonplace and just another day in the life for these people. Starvation and robbing them of their tribal income failed to eliminate them. One thing is for sure, now the world has an eye on the California Valley Miwok Tribe.

If you were paying attention to your respective dogma or ideological principle you would already know that we are surrounded by many different beings or spirits. Reams of sacred texts have taught how people coped with spirits that influenced their lives over the years. For the most part these restless souls are still wandering around within the confines of the spirit-world kicking over garbage cans. Granted there are many more apparitious dudes floating around and some of them are not so cool. If you paid attention to your sacred texts or oral traditions these dorks are actually no biggie and a simple request or prayer will whisk these buttheads of the dark out of your hair.


It does not really matter which dogma you follow since they all speak about these minions and how to cope with them so it should be a no brainer. Unfortunately many people continue to walk this duel life where spirits or ghosts don’t exist yet they claim to be devout followers of their respective dogmas. Now really, how far beyond stupid is that eh? The cold hard fact of the matter is, spirits exist and always have existed since before your dogma was ever written. The only real difference between us and spirit is that sack of meat we lug around called the body. Other than that, we are spirits in every respect and whence we kick the proverbial bucket we will be floating around doing what spirits do. Hopefully you don’t decide to pushing ashtrays around and terrorize your widow. But if that’s your choice then so be it. But I believe there is a protocol within all dogma’s that guide you through the routine after you leave life on earth so maybe its time to pay attention.


Frankly I find any and all parlor games some rapacious spirits like to pull off quite lame and I am not impressed one iota. Give me a break, so you’re dead but that does not give you license to barge into my pad and screw with my sleep or move my furniture around. Moving chairs is just plain stupid for a spirit to do in my opinion. Why the hell would these boneheads waste their time trying to freak me out anyway? If they really wanted to do something they could clean out my fridge or water the horses but waking me up at odd hours of the night just pisses me off and they don’t get the response they were looking for. Fact is, a person should never be brow beaten by any spirit no matter how ugly they try to make themselves. I prefer to whisk the air around them while showing them the door since I have no use for these foolish apparitions. I could give a flying crappola about their threats either and I’ve been given all kinds of threats by these goons of darkness in the past. They don’t have power unless you feed them with your fear, plain and simple.


Oh they will rush up to you with some hideous looking face they contorted to freak you out but that’s all they really can do unless you play into the fear factor. But if you stand your ground, even if you’re freaking, they will eventually leave you along since you did not feed into their B.S. After all, bad or lame spirits feed on fear and that is what gives them power, just remember that. But your respective dogma will provide you the necessary tools to cope with these butt-cracks of the hereafter provided you are paying attention. Within my tradition we don’t give these crumbs an inch since they will take a mile if you let them and fear is their primary objective. It is not to say I would not get startled but who wouldn’t if someone or something tried to spook you in the dark. But once I get my bearings I am chasing them around with a broom just to screw with them and they don’t like that at all. As far as I’m concerned, they were punks and sidewalk commandos in life and they still are punks in death. Besides, they were too stupid to continue their journey and chose to hang out here. How far beyond stupid is that eh?


The big deal about coping with spirits, especially at this juncture in time, is the fact the spirit-world is interfacing with our plain of existence more and more. People are doing some lame things these days and its all about those “voices in their heads” gawd. Those voices are them butthead spirits telling people to toss Joey in the oven or whack their spouse’s heads off. Within my tradition we already know the shroud of evil has descended on humanity. Deception and greed has become the order of the day where humanity is of minor consequence and regardless of how bad this is, it’s only a sign of bigger things to come. The reality is the fact man’s nonsense will soon be washed away as people struggle to survive natural events rendering man’s influence only to a pimple on an elephant’s ass by comparison. We may think we are struggling now but in the future this will be a fond memory.


My people embrace this time of change since we’ve lived in squalor for generations, well after my people were colonized and placed in reservations that is. For us indigenous types this time of change is liberation from hundreds of years of lies and broken promises. You guys only get play in this fetid crappola for the next few years, so you lucked out in a way. And I don’t want to receive any hate mail telling me how prejudice I am with white people because I have a ton of nonnative friends I work with in the entertainment industry. The message of change and spirituality is a universal message for all of humanity and not relegated just to us red guys. We are not privy to this time of change; it’s just that this axiom was never removed from out tradition.


Charlemagne and his minions made sure all you Euro dudes lost your ancient traditions and in a way he was Europe’s General Armstrong Custer for all the death and destruction Charlemagne and his lineage bestowed on those who did not pray his way, what a spaz. And they called him the great builder of Europe, paleeze. Hmm, come to think of it why is it when I mention my indigenous history people get the red ass and tell me that I should be more kind and sensitive about it? There is nothing sensitive about what happened to my people since it was wholesale genocide, rape and torture and there is no kind way to describe a holocaust either. Unfortunately this was committed by Europeans and their descendants so there is no way to gently unmask this reality. There, I vented…


I still think spirits from the Creator have a great sense of humor since, for what ever reason, they chose me to be one of the many messengers preparing man for the time of change. Believe me, I did not choose this job since I was perfectly happy being a goon in my corrupt little world shaking down creeps, pushing my weight around and doing wheel stands with my 53’ Panhead. But nooooooo, here I am warning people of impending danger and asking them to seek out their own spirituality within their respective dogmas in order to survive the times that lay ahead. In a way there is consolation though, it was also prophesized many people would not heed my ramblings or that of their respective religious icons so if you don’t buy into my stuff, oh well, ain’t no skin off my nose but at least I did give you a heads up.


I am just not the fluffy messenger with trumpets playing and all that. I’m just a crusty old native guy with a salty disposition and a chip on my shoulder who could give a flying crappola what people think since I really don’t care. Just remember that spirits are on the prowl and the secret to dealing with them and the time of change is written within your scared texts, I know because I even read it. Maybe you should read your sacred texts; it may save your life in more ways than one. Now was that fluffy or what?
