BYRON KATIE; How To Find Peace And Happiness Within

The only way to accomplish peace is for the participants to go within. All wars and killings are started by wrong beliefs, as well as by an excess of hatred and a lack of love. There are ways to turn hatred into understanding, forgiveness, compassion, and finally love.


For example, Byron Katie has a method called "the work". This method of going within to heal oneself is very powerful. This method has been used by both Israelis and Palestinians with great positive effect for all participants.
  

The method taught by Byron Katie is misleadingly simple, but also VERY powerful. It works. What is it?  


JUDGE YOUR NEIGHBOR, WRITE IT DOWN. ASK FOUR QUESTIONS. TURN IT AROUND.

I have personally used this method to heal myself of hatred, misunderstanding, and misperceptions which caused me to want to choose hatred and violence as a method of solving problems, when I did not need to do so. Her method works and I encourage everyone to use it.


After all, our goal is the pursuit of happiness and peace, is it not?


Why not use her method to not only pursue happiness and peace, but to actually experience it and enjoy it?
