Cops say he is an alcoholic. Cops say he is a chain smoker. Cops say he has a cocaine addiction. He is into martial arts. Last Seen Cleveland, TX Cops in arrested Greer in Cleveland on Dec. 22, 2006 for public intoxication. Other Possible Locations Garfield, GA Last Known Locations Spring, TX Police in Houston, Texas say William Greer is an abusive man who shot his 28-year-old girlfriend to death and then got rid of her body, which hasn't been found yet. Police say the NorCal rapist drove this white Toyota SUV on the night of October 13, 2006. Since 1991, police believe that one man has been responsible for a series of sexual assaults on women in various Northern California communities. Police say Timmy Shaw is a manipulative, controlling man wanted on multiple charges. On Feb. 10, 2005, Timmy Shaw was convicted in Jefferson County, Colorado for sexually molesting a young girl.
