Stop The execution Of Delara Darabi

Delara Darabi, aged 20, is at risk of execution for a murder that took place when she was 17 years old. In Iran all death sentences have to be upheld by the Supreme Court before they can be implemented. We understand that this has now happened in Delara's case so campaigning on her behalf has taken on a new urgency.

The use of the death penalty against child offenders - people under 18 at the time of the crime - is clearly prohibited under international law, yet a handful of countries, including Iran, persist with child executions.
