Please note the above news story. Thanks.

When a teen is left alone to develop and breed festering hatred against others, we create monsters.

When teachers, social workers, parents and police do not intervene to prevent this kind of acting out, we loose terrorists into our midst.

When teens can role play with violent video games that foster using weapons as well as killing to solve problems such as hatred, racism, etc, we can expect to see more of these kinds of events.

Guns and weapons of mass destruction are not the problem. The inner life of a child is the root cause of Columbine style shootings, terrorists, and genocide.

Children grow up to be adults, even if they are damaged goods....

The intensifying U.S.-backed Israeli assault on the Palestinian people in Gaza and the West Bank is aimed at dismantling the recently elected Palestinian National Authority (PNA) government and forcing the Palestinians to accept an Israeli-dictated "peace settlement." [more]

Destroyed Gaza bridgeUsing the capture of one of its soldiers as the pretext, the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) launched a brutal assault on the entire population of Gaza in the early morning hours of June 28. U.S.-supplied F-16 fighter-bombers destroyed the main power station in Gaza and destroyed bridges on the only major roads linking the northern and southern sections of the region. The people of Gaza are now without water and electricity -- and many will die. The use of U.S. planes and other military goods against illegally occupied territories is a violation of both international and U.S. law

In the past, Christians tried to kill anyone who did not believe in Jesus. Millions of foreigners were killed as a result in "holy wars". Today, we call these same holy wars a "jihad", when viewed from an Islamic perspective.

Some Christians still call for killing all of those who do not believe. Some in the Islamic world call for the deaths of anyone not believing in their specific and extreme form of religion. Who is a terrorist and who is just a religious believer?

Calling other religions, faiths, beliefs and leaders terrorists usually does not do any good, especially if it promotes fear or hatred of that group or person. Promoting fear and hatred has the opposite effect of the one aimed for.

The real solution to terrorism is not bombing, killing and committing genocide with DU, napalm and other weapons of mass destruction as has been the usual policy of late. These policies and procedures as well as the propanda that supports them do not work long term.

Hatred and fear inspired actions, whether through assassinations, bombings, torture, killing, or others only reinforce and increase the hatred, fear and revenge that results from these actions ON BOTH SIDES of the issue.

Both sides call each other terrorists and then justify using all means (both illegal, immoral and unethical) to achieve their aims. Political and religious reasons are thrown into the mix, on top of race and ethnicity, in addition to hatred and fear. The result is a chaotic mixture of greed, corruption, violence and mayhem that only leads to mutual destruction.
