GOOD News for the Freeway-Rescued Rooster!!!!!

I have really super wonderfully happy news to share with everybody I bothered yesterday, whilst trying to find a safe haven for the rooster that Minoo and her brother-in-law rescued from the side of the San Diego Freeway, in Los Angeles.
 
Minoo just rang me up to say she is on her way up to Techachapi (what a long drive!!!!) to bring this sweet, and now SAFE, rooster to his new home!  He will spend the rest of his life in happiness, and in good health, because he will now be living (LIVING!!!) at Peaceful Valley Donkey Rescue.

P.S.  Oh!  Almost forgot:  because SO many people were nice enough to forward my original worried post, Minoo also got contacted by someone who needed a home for two OTHER roosters, and someone ELSE -- who'd also contacted her -- will be able to take THOSE two lovelies in!  So, THREE SAFE AND HAPPY ROOSTERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
I sure love a happy ending.........................
