As your read this report about the elaborate CYBERSTALKING operation the country has in the Yahoo news below, think about what I advocate against.  The article reveals that there was an "unprecedented surveillance program" operating under President Bush.  I know that there still is, although I don't know who is over it now.  Right now, the cyberstalker is working as I work, deleting text and making some text repeat.  While I fix one paragraph, he messes up another one. 

THEY DON'T LIKE FOR PEOPLE TO TELL.

Could be that some of the folks who were in the program became cyber-consultants when the program was dismantled.  They are likely still doing all of that cyberstalking for the highest bidder nowadays.   I only know that I am censored and terrorized on the Internet and in person, and the courts, the FBI, the police, and the USDOJ do nothing about it.

I write about prison profiteering, capital punishment, criminalizing mental illness to increase prison rolls.  I guess that attracts negative attention when the country has gotten so full of Big Brotherly types. 

I write in favor of prison reform, post-conviction DNA testing, and a taser ban or restrictions.  I try to help increase racial equity and respect for all people across all lines of division -- race, economic status, and national boundaries.   I believe war should be a last resort in human conflicts.  Generally, my opinions are classified as being very "Left," but I only try to follow God.

Mr. Gonzales was attorney general of the U.S. when my brother went missing during the Bush Administration, and I wrote a couple of articles about his indictment in Wallacy County, Texas that alleged he was a prison profiteer - paid kickbacks to withhold investigations from abuses of inmates in county jails.  My brother, Larry Neal, died under secret arrest in Shelby County Jail, and Gonzales' DOJ would not investigate.  No records or accountability almost six years after Larry's demise. 

I did not know we were getting into all of this by suing the Johnnie Cochran Firm for fraud after they tricked us and did not do a single thing as our wrongful death attorneys against Shelby County Jail when Larry died.  But here we are - my 86-year-old mom and I are stuck at home, censored on the internet, stalked when I leave my house, no records on Larry's demise yet, the USDOJ ignoring its responsibility STILL. 

Sometimes, my articles are deleted off the Internet illegally, my freedoms of speech and press are nothing to those who send cyberstalkers to suppress the information I publish.  My rights are apparently nothing to the police, FBI, USDOJ, and others who we have gone to for help.  Even 911 ignored me when I was accosted.  WHO IS THAT POWERFUL?  Anyone could be that powerful with enough money.  It does not have to have a connection with any supercyber program or the government.  Cyberstalkers have no concept of right and wrong - just getting paid.

HERE IS MY PETITION TO THE USDOJ TO PLEASE DO ITS JOB - INVESTIGATE MY TERRORISM AND LARRY NEAL'S DEATH.  FIND MY CYBERSTALKERS AND MAKE THEM STOP.  GIVE US RECORDS ON THE USDOJ ALLOWING SHELBY COUNTY JAIL TO PRESENT IN FEDERAL COURT THAT THE JAIL HAD LOST NO INMATES - HIDING LARRY'S DEATH IN 2003.

We are hanging on here - staying home, watching out of our windows, online for hours sometimes before we can post a single paragraph - but we need your help!

WASHINGTON – Not enough relevant officials were aware of the size and depth of an unprecedented surveillance program started under President George W. Bush, let alone signed off on it, a team of federal inspectors general found.

The Bush White House pulled in a great quantity of information far beyond the warrantless wiretapping previously acknowledged, the IGs reported. They questioned the legal basis for the effort but shielded almost all details on grounds they're still too secret to reveal.

The report, mandated by Congress last year and delivered to lawmakers Friday, also says it's unclear how much valuable intelligence the program has yielded.

On the subject of oversight, the report particularly criticizes John Yoo, a deputy assistant attorney general who wrote legal memos defending the policy. His boss, Attorney General John Ashcroft, was not aware until March 2004 of the exact nature of the intelligence operations beyond wiretapping that he had been approving for the previous two and a half years, the report says.

The report, compiled by five inspectors general, refers to "unprecedented collection activities" by U.S. intelligence agencies under an executive order signed by Bush after the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks.

Just what those activities involved remains classified, but the IGs pointedly say that any continued use of the secret programs must be "carefully monitored."

Most of the intelligence leads generated under what was known as the "President's Surveillance Program" did not have any connection to terrorism, the report said. But FBI agents told the authors that the "mere possibility of the leads producing useful information made investigating the leads worthwhile."

Iraq spokesman Ali al-Dabbagh spoke directly to The Washington Post on November 6.  He repeated Iraq's request for a firm troop withdrawal date and that there be no U.S. attacks on other countries from Iraq soil.  Dabbagh proposed that the status-of-forces agreement should say that the vast majority of U.S. troops must leave Iraq by the end of 2011.  He also stated that American soldiers who commit grave offenses while off their bases should be tried in Iraqi court.
