JUST LOOK AT THE KENNEL NO WINDOWS JUST COLD FLOORS , NO BED OR CLOTHE PLEASE HELP HIS OWNER DIED AND HE WAS SURRENDED TO THIS PLACE , AT ONE TIME HE HAD A BED AND A LOVING HUMAN NOW JUST COLD WALLS PLEASE HELP HIM GET OUT . JILL
