We pushed them to the brink, but House Republicans rammed through CISPA yesterday afternoon, ahead of schedule. 

Let's make sure it dies in the Senate: Please click here to email your Senators right away.

Our hundreds of thousands of emails and tens of thousands of phone calls have had a real impact:

Amendments were adopted that made CISPA (marginally) better.
Earlier this month CISPA was supposed to sail through, but we helped foment real opposition, and the vote was far closer than anybody could have imagined even a couple of weeks ago.
Most Democrats held firm in opposition, and more than two dozen libertarian-leaning Republicans defied their leadership and vote no.
Most importantly, President Obama has threatened to veto CISPA.
The Senate will consider cyber security legislation in the coming weeks.  Let's turn up the heat right away:

I am grateful for the communication I have received from so many of you. Your candid remarks and thoughtful responses to questions we asked have proved to be very illuminating to me. The IWWG Board and I have listened to you, and because you wanted the Guild's activities--The Spring Big Apple and the Summer Conference--to continue, the Board voted unanimously to move forward with the planning and preparation of both activities. And now, here we are with only a few days away from this season's BIG APPLE CONFERENCE, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY, April 14-15. We have also begun planning and organizing the Summer Conference at Yale (Friday-Tuesday, June 22-26)!!

I am delighted to announce that Marj Hahne, longtime Guild member and teacher, poet, and friend to so many of you, will bring her expertise and incredible integrity and focus to the Summer Conference planning. Marj has accepted my invitation to work as our Summer Conference Coordinator. We are working now to determine the new structure of our four-day conference. political prisoners and claims of wrongful conviction, one that
addresses:

--law enforcement's use of improper techniques or coercive tactics,
as well as fabricated evidence;

--laboratory personnel's use of poor scientific techniques,
mishandling of evidence, provision of skewed or completely false
testimony to support prosecution claims, or providing fabricated
evidence; and

--prosecutorial misconduct such as courtroom misconduct;
mishandling of physical evidence (hiding, destroying, and/or
tampering with evidence, case files or court records); failing
to disclose exculpatory evidence; threatening, badgering, and/or
tampering with witnesses; and using false or misleading evidence.

As regards the case of Leonard Peltier, this review must also
include examination of post-conviction actions on the part of
federal officials, former and active FBI agents, and prosecutors,
to prevent fair consideration of Peltier's applications for parole
and Executive Clemency.

They say women have no rights to affordable healthcare, women’s healthcare, reproductive care, equal wages for equal work, etc..  They say "contraception isn't a right", and are now trying to insist through legislation; while they make believe they're against abortion and disease, we can stop their devolutionary directions' destruction by dispelling the republican conspiracies pathological lying, and even the dinos pathological half-truthing, with truth telling- let's.   Currently, yes Trayvon was racially profiled, killed, yet, let's get all the facts.  All smearing in this multi-media conspiracy weapon of mass-distraction tragedy is wrong; until there's a factual and complete timeline presented, all we know is 2 'have it like that' individuals collided and the one with the gun and the dad whose a judge won, tragically, so far- indicating the "stand your ground law" isn't appropriate for united suck of assassins citizens, at this time, while self defense is necessary, the law must be changed, "feeling your life might be threatened" is too low a threshold for a deadly force response.  Oh, yeah, no "million hoodie march", besides the fact that hoods, short for hoodlums, do wear hoods, and this is a necessary warning sign for everyone to note, in their constant self-defense, spending 200 million dollars on a show of how much the supposed left is a media whore, and marketeers on tragedies and the left, isn't allowable 6 months before a presidential elections cycle.  The attacks on Trayvon's reputation in the media are disgraceful, and disrespectful to his memory and his mourning family, as well.  These attacks reflect the same kind of racial profiling and stereotyping that led to his death and then protected his killer from investigation and arrest, yet, how many others, non-African-Americans, for example, were murdered or killed, that same day, and they‘ve no relevance to the supposed civil rights movement.  Trayvon's killer, George Zimmerman, still hasn't been arrested. The focus of the media and our public officials should be on getting justice for Trayvon and addressing the dangers of racial profiling in our society.  As well, just because Zimmerman was wrong, that doesn’t make Trayvon right, why was he in a gated community he wasn’t visiting, etc..  All supremacies from all conspiracies within all demographics, who all collaborate with the white supremacy, must stop dictating their demographics embrace the devolutionary direction of the corporate structure’s convolution; and support allowing kids to be kids, and young women to become women, at minimum, before they’re introduced to any and all forms of corporate whoring.  The war on the middle-class to poor targets men, and more acutely, non-remocrat boys to men who are Caucasian, first, destroying infants testicles; second, using the republican’s psychic terrorism, the ‘suck’, to assassinate infants in the crib, feeding on their souls; third, raping them repeatedly to destroy their defenses and anus, fourth, over-stimulating them in every way so they might think there’s something wrong with them while all conspirators attack them in every way, including anatomical destruction to prevent them from getting sports contracts, etc., fifth, separating their astral bodies, souls, from their bodies during dreaming, with ‘falling off the cliff’ scenarios where one’s astral body leaves the body before it hit’s the ground, and is then led to understand the immense freedom an astral body can have, instilling in the astral body a dread of returning to the body, and its life, that is destroyed and weakened by all conspirators continually attacking the boys; sixth, can consist of enumerable scenarios where through voodoo, yoodoo, satanism, supposed Yoruba, Santiera, Sikh, Shinto, Witchcraft, Kali, Druidism, etc., the astral body is stolen from them, and led to the demonic forces of the republican conspiracies’ psychic terrorism, the suck, destroying as it is ordered to.  This is why I disagree with Islamic countries, in their general, deeming of the united suck of assassins the “great satan“, for, the ancient Hebraic, then Judeo-Christian, and presently, the Roman Catholic imperial lies purporting the existing of a devil, etc., while swallowed whole by those weak minded enough to be brainwashed into being believers, abominations, instead of students of the real: Jesus’ teachings, Islam, Judaism, Hinduism, art science, agnostics, atheists, Buddhism, art, science, Wicca, Native American Spirituality, existentialists, Shinto, psychology, Sikh, etc., knowers, are just that, lies; of the $ 500. you pay to every Israeli citizen yearly, you’re enabling their destruction of Palestine, and foreign aggression, cementing their supposed policy of peace and their real policy of it’s never going to happen; to the defense dept., a large % of it goes to usa military bases abroad, and the dino-in-chief is increasing the number, in Australia, etc., directing paying for the military protection of the world by you, not the citizens of those countries, so, they don’t have to, they use those tax dollars they don’t have to spend on military to have an exponentially better way of life than usa citizens do, etc., just so the republicans can get their cut of that scam money; a % of it goes to the medical industrial complex of technocratic innovation as their panacea, medical model Dr. Mengeles, who uber-charge for unnecessary almost everything, and premeditatedly mass destroy and murder their patients as they’re ordered to, for e.g., when you get a fancy test, the results are communicated to the psychic terrorism, informing them on how to murder you more effectively, etc.; a % goes to the engineered over the last decade, pre “Plessey vs. Ferguson” supremacy court decision, education system of 70 years ago, being born again, where a “separate and unequal” education system was allowed, by the ”ebony and ivory, working together in perfect harmony…”, supposed Christian conspiratorial white, black, etc., supremacists, republicans, immoral minority, and kluckers, all aboard the S.S. They say women have no rights to affordable healthcare, women’s healthcare, reproductive care, equal wages for equal work, etc.. They say "contraception isn't a right", and are now trying to insist through legislation; while they make believe they're against abortion and disease, we can stop their devolutionary directions' destruction by dispelling the republican conspiracies pathological lying, and even the dinos pathological half-truthing, with truth telling- let's. Currently, yes Trayvon was racially profiled, killed, yet, let's get all the facts. All smearing in this multi-media conspiracy weapon of mass-distraction tragedy is wrong; until there's a factual and complete timeline presented, all we know is 2 'have it like that' individuals collided and the one with the gun and the dad whose a judge won, tragically, so far- indicating the "stand your ground law" isn't appropriate for united suck of assassins citizens, at this time, while self defense is necessary, the law must be changed, "feeling your life might be threatened" is too low a threshold for a deadly force response. Oh, yeah, no "million hoodie march", besides the fact that hoods, short for hoodlums, do wear hoods, and this is a necessary warning sign for everyone to note, in their constant self-defense, spending 200 million dollars on a show of how much the supposed left is a media whore, and marketeers on tragedies and the left, isn't allowable 6 months before a presidential elections cycle. The attacks on Trayvon's reputation in the media are disgraceful, and disrespectful to his memory and his mourning family, as well. These attacks reflect the same kind of racial profiling and stereotyping that led to his death and then protected his killer from investigation and arrest, yet, how many others, non-African-Americans, for example, were murdered or killed, that same day, and they‘ve no relevance to the supposed civil rights movement.
